Marcus Foster Talks About Robert Pattinson Singing His Song "I Was Broken"

Photobucket

In this soundbite Robert Pattinson's good friend Marcus Foster talks about how Rob singing his song "I was Broken" ended up all over the internet.

I think we all know at this stage what Rob's version sounds like (if you don't SHAME on you ;-p)
If you want to hear Marcus' version (which I also love) listen to it HERE

Marcus also mentions Jeff Buckley and the film (which obviously we now know that Rob is not doing)

"Bel Ami" At The Berlin Film Festival In 2012?

Photobucket

Following on from what we were saying yesterday about the possibility Robert Pattinson's "Bel Ami" premiering at the Berlin film festival early next year, it looks like the film sites are carrying this "rumour" too.

Let's hope there's some truth in it and we will FINALLY get to see this!

From Indiewire via PattinsonStew

Based on the book by Guy de Maupassant and featuring Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas and Christina Ricci, “Bel Ami” will find Pattinson playing George Duroy, a sexy social climber in turn-of-the-century 1890s Paris, who seduces his way to wealth and fame from a poor beginning. Thurman will play the wife of one of Duroy’s friends who eventually marries Pattinson’s seductive schemer. Kristin Scott Thomas will appear as a woman who overestimates Duroy’s attachment to her. These pics show Pattinson easily proving his manhood with the female leads, but whether the film is a winner or not, we won’t know for a while yet. (Kate: Oh I think we already know it's gonna be a winner)

From what we hear, the producers are aiming for a Berlin Film Festival premiere in 2012 and it might be a while later before it hits theaters as the film is still without a distributor. So stay strong RPatz lovers and let these pics tide you over for now. (Kate: Stay strong? I don't think I can stay strong for much longer)

I need to watch this again to help me stay strong..................

Robert Pattinson talks about Breaking Dawn and his toughest scene

Robert Pattinson talks about Breaking Dawn and his toughest scene

The Fall Movie Preview from the Chicago Sun-Times profiled Breaking Dawn and had an excerpt from Rob talking about the saga and the scene to look out for:

“I’m curious to see how it will carry out,” star Robert Pattinson tells the Sun-Times. “This movie is so different from the other ones. The stakes are so much higher because now it’s time to turn the entire saga upside down.”

And then there is the matter of Bella’s baby bump. “The birth scene is frightening,” Pattinson admits. “It’s a slap in the face. It’s failure to Edward, who has to choose between losing Bella and transforming her. It’s the toughest scene I’ve ever had to film in my career because this choice tears out my heart.”

...

Talking point: Not since the Kardashian wedding has there been such a rapid tying of the knot. Stewart admits, “I was racing down the aisle during the first few takes because I was eager to get the two of them married.” Pattinson says, “We saved shooting the actual wedding for last because it was so important. We needed to be immersed in it.”

Oh MAN! Toughest in his career?? I need to increase my tissue stock. Remember Rob told us to look out for this scene before. He's gonna kill us I just know it! I'm gonna ugly cry. Robward all heart broken and desperate and pleading is going to RUIN me! Here's Rob telling us (so adorkably) to look for his big moment, just after the minute mark:

I'm sure he'll have MANY moments but we're all going to be with Robward during the climatic birthing scene. *sniffles*

Even Bill...

Robert Pattinson - Ear It Is...

OK, let's mask that terrible 'joke' in the title with some love. Love for the ears. Robert Pattinson's ears... yes, his ears.

A couple of days ago a conversation about this old manip revealed Tink's love for this particular body part. (Nope - it's not Rob, he most certainly does not have cauliflower ears!)

Photobucket

Which got me thinking - I've never pic-spammed his ears! So, no more words needed.... except ENJOY!

"Thanks Robert Pattinson for stopping by Norman's Rare Guitars yesterday!!!"

We kinda believe them because Norman's is a favorite spot of Rob's. ;)

Ok so if you're all still alive after those HOT pics..........according to the website that they're on and using Google translator (because I don't speak Russian) it says "Bel Ami" is being released February 2012.

Is this true?

You're guess is as good as mine BUT the movie tie cover of "Bel Ami" is coming out Jan 2012 & also "RUMOUR" has it that it will premiere at the Berlin Film Festival (which is in February) so.......

Here's the translation done with Google Translator (& for once it's actually not too bad) but the important bit is at the end.

"Robert Pattinson looks equally good as in the image of the modern vampire, and in the way of the XIX century dandy. You can verify this by looking at the new footage from the movie "Dear Friend" (Kate: I don't know why this translated as "Dear Friend" unless that's what they're going to call it in Russia :-?)

No prizes for guessing that the picture - the screen of the novel by French classic Guy de Maupassant. The main character Georges Duroy (Pattinson) - typical minion of fortune. And women. In spite of his peasant background, George achieves inconceivable heights of career and enviable status in society. And all because he did not scruple to use his looks and his adoring women. However, if at first he does not act with malicious intent, it soon becomes a complete scoundrel.

Robert Pattinson has repeatedly recognized the novel "Bel Ami" - one of his favorite works, so the image of a charming but ill-suited hero actor carefully. We think it was easy, because the company made Pattinson experienced actress Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas and Christina Ricci.

We look forward to the movie release (it will be in February 2012), and, to be honest - even more than the new part of the "Twilight" saga. In the end, we know Rob for so many years as the good guy, but we've never seen him as a villain."

Andrea Gabriel States The Obvious About Robert Pattinson

Andrea Gabriel who plays Kebi in "Breaking Dawn" talks about meeting and working with Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart for the first time and kind of states the obvious about Rob but you know we totally agree with you girl!
