Miranda Richardson Supports Robert Pattinson & Team Edward

We're glad to see that Miranda Richardson is supporting her ex Harry Potter co-star, Robert Pattinson and is declaring that she LOVES "Twilight" and is Team Edward all the way.

Even though you’re not a part of the final Harry Potter film, do you have any final thoughts on the closure of the series?

RICHARDSON: Oh, I’m looking forward to Breaking Dawn! (Kate: Emmm..... I think they were asking you about Harry Potter Miranda, not Twilight {giggle}) I think it’s a great thing to be part of. I do, truly. I think it’s something that’s going to last. Even though the special effects move on, at a fast pace, I think that the storytelling, which is of prime importance, is pretty great, during that franchise. I think there’s a back-and-forth that happens. The kids don’t just see the movies, but they also read the books. It doesn’t matter if they read them before or after. There’s a wish and a will to get involved in that world, which is great. I know that the stories have a lot of detractors, but [J.K. Rowling] got people reading again, in a mass way.

What is it about Breaking Dawn that you’re so excited about?

RICHARDSON: Oh, I’m a huge Twilight fan! I love it! Maybe they’ll invite me to the premiere now.

Are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?

RICHARDSON: Oh God, don’t do that! I’m Team Edward (Kate: Of course you are!)

Chris Weitz Wishes Robert Pattinson Had Been Able To Attend Premiere Of "A Better Life"

Last Tuesday night was the Premiere of Chris Weitz's new movie "A Better Life" and Kristen Stewart & Taylor Lautner attended the premiere at the LA Film Festival but there was one of his "New Moon" stars that wasn't able to attend and was missed by Chris.......yeap Robert Pattinson.

Oh and psst Chris, come 'ere, *whispers* Rob is shooting in Canada and don't mind what your one says on this video, we do care about the movie ;-)

Fan story

In the middle of the night, all of us who were literally suffering outdoors got a pizza delivery. They told us that it was from Rob, Reese and Christoph.
When it was finally time to meet Rob, I was in the first row with camera and phone in hand (Also a poster I wanted Rob to sign). Everyone around me was telling him "you're so nice," "you're so handsome," and I was paralized as I saw just how beautiful he is. When I finally had him in front of me, all I could think of saying was: "Rob, thanks for the pizza that you sent fans last night” and his reaction is the picture at the top.
There's no doubt that he didn't know what I was talking about, but I love him for being so nice and genuine. His expression will stay with me forever. He then signed my poster with that precious smile of his. I can tell you Rob is a very patient man. He never complained as he signed tons of posters and took pictures with fans.
