If You Are Camping Out For The "Eclipse" Premiere Then You Need To Read This
SO as you already know the premiere this year is being held in the Nokia Theater at LA Live in Los Angeles. The official date & time fans can start camping to see the event of the year - THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE red carpet premiere - is Monday, June 21 at 6am PT.
Ok now this part is IMPORTANT, LA Live is not public property, and will not allow camping before that date/time. You also CAN NOT camp on the streets around LA Live.
MTV News & Coca-Cola are searching for an insider to unlock behind the scenes coverage at the 2010 Movie Awards
Are you creative, passionate and full of energy?
Can you keep your cool on air as part of the MTV News Team?(even if a certain Mr Pattinson was to get close, I don't think i could! It's a good job I can't enter then huh? )
Can you write and report on exclusive content for MTV.com?
If the answer to these questions is YES then you could be the person that MTV and Coca-Cola are looking for.
Here are the details that you need to know! This is not a random drawing. Registrants need to prove their movie knowledge and on-screen personality to enter. They have to make their case in 250 words or less saying why they are worthy of working side-by-side and behind-the-scenes with MTV’s News correspondents.
Once selected, the Movie Award Insider will join the MTV News team in L.A and receive guidance and mentorship on how to capture exclusive behind-the-scenes content- what an amazing opportunity for the winner!
The Insider will get to cover the following:
- What’s going on in days leading up to the awards - Interviews with show nominees, presenters, and MTV talent - Backstage happenings during artist performance rehearsals - After-party!!
In addition, Coca-Cola and MTV will choose 10 more entrants (each get a +1) to be flown to Los Angeles to attend the awards – doesn’t get much better than that! (No it doesn't!)
This Contest is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.(Kate: Remember I said earlier that I couldn't enter :-()
Oh and this is really important: registration goes through midnight EDT on May 17th!
Twilight film bosses have revealed that fans in the UK will be able to buy tickets to see Eclipse from May 21. Those Twi-hards who get in there early will then be able to see the movie on either July 3 or 4 BEFORE the movie opens properly on July 9.
