Team Edward or Team Jacob?: Fans have crushes on both vampire heartthrob Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), the Quileute tribe member who can turn into a wolf. "I've been asked that many times. My new motto is, I'm Team Berry Cobbler" (the dessert Cora serves Bella). I did get to meet Robert Pattinson a couple of times, and he was fantastic. I actually met his parents before I met him. I have a day job as an optician and they came in, looking to have some glasses repaired."

The "Twilight" effect: "Somebody started a MySpace page for Cora the waitress. I have a huge following in Turkey.(Gozde: Random! LMAO! :)) A 'Twilight' Web forum there approached me to come online and answer questions. People find my MySpace page, and I get lots of acting-related questions, and then more frivolous ones, like, 'What does Robert Pattinson smell like?' Well, he smells like a 21-, 22-year-old guy. He smells like he should smell. I'm sure if anybody smelled him, they'd just be wooed and won immediately."

Catherine Grimme

Age: 7 "Twilight" role: Young Bella

On meeting Pattinson: "He was very nice. I was kind of star-struck. Is he cute? That's what most people say. I'm not so sure about that myself."

Mother Kim Grimme adds: "Catherine Hardwicke made a point of introducing Robert to Cat (as the family calls her). He got down on his knees so he would be at eye level. And, of course, because he's got a British accent, everything sounds better. Cat said she liked him in 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix' (Pattinson played Cedric Diggory)(Gozde: Well he actually played Cedric in The Goblet of Fire and he is listed in the cast for Order of the Phoenix because they used his images from GOF but that's just a detail :). We took pictures of her with Robert, and with Kristen Stewart (Bella). He was talking and joking with the other cast. Kristen was a little more introverted."

The Tale of a Harmless (seemingly:)) Robert Pattinson Stalker

I was first introduced to the "Robert Pattinson Stalker/Intern at Black Book magazine" by my friend TwiCrackAddict then the fab Letters to Rob had a piece about her and now her latest adventure is posted on BlackBookMag.com. She is quite cuckoo but who isn't? And she is very funny :) Enjoy!

BlackBook has a famous lineage of interns; we’ve yet again found another one amongst our unpaid ranks whose existence and presence has shocked, shaken, and amazed the staff in ways we didn’t think our interns were capable of doing. This one, like all the others, has a very special secret: her life’s ambition. No, it’s not a career in publishing. It’s finding and ravishing the man of her dreams (and those of every other girl aged 14 through 40): actor Robert Pattinson. While we simply talked to her about her obsession before, we’ve now given her time to explore it.

I enjoy a nice lunch in Washington Square Park and he just happens to be feet from my favorite bench in the park. I show up in NoLita for a late afternoon stroll and a blood orange gelato and there he is again with his posse of Schwarzenegger-esque guards. He goes to the same bars I go to. He hangs out in the same hotel lobbies I hang out in. And, no doubt, he finds himself wishing he could constantly be surrounded by talented British men. There is nothing blasé about it, but Robert Pattinson is stalking me.

Upon my arrival in Nolita this past Wednesday (June 24), for a lunch meeting/stalking session, I stumbled upon the Remember Me set. I found that the crowds had grown substantially from the first few days of filming. And so had the security—all a ploy for Robert to prove that they were there first. I wasn’t convinced. The crowds were all too cliché; The throbbing hearts of the Tiger-Beat-era, the “I’m too good for this” 20somethings that repeat they’re “over it” but still continue to camera-rape Robert, and the pushy moms that force their children to lie across a filthy New York cab that Robert touched in order to pose for a picture. I wasn’t buying it.

Of course, working for a magazine, I felt it my duty to examine the scene closer. Unknown to the crowds around me, I am the “Robert Pattinson Stalker” or BlackBook intern with an obsessive goal to ravish RPattz by summer’s end. I decide that the best route to keep the creepy, stalker vibe from surfacing is to play dumb. I ask those around me what is going on, and what all the fuss is about. The 12-year-old standing next to me looks up dumbfounded. My co-intern looks at me like I’m crazy. This totally makes me appear less creepy, or so I think. I blink stupidly and search around for Robert ... pretending I don’t know what he looks like.

It’s at this moment that Robert’s eyes graze the crowd. He pretends not to see me (as if he didn’t know I would be there). Yes, the tween next to me probably thinks he was looking for her, but I know the truth. I quickly turn into one of those 20somethings in order to avoid his wanting glance. “I’m so over this scene” I tell my friend and insist that Robert is working and all the people there disgust me by disturbing this poor actor who is just trying to do his job. I have to get to my “lunch meeting” anyway. I check my watch and realize I have five minutes to get from Nolita to Gramercy. A lunch break is not sufficient time for a meeting in Nolita.

As I scramble to catch the train, I mull over why I don’t just run up and grab him when I have the chance. Being a Robert Pattinson stalker, this would be the appropriate move according to many. The truth is I don’t want to be that crazy fan with the Twilight bag and the Fraybans. Maybe there is that small glimmer of hope my dream will come true—that I will meet him in a intimate bar, he’ll find me intriguing for who I am, and in return I’ll fulfill all his wildest fantasies. But in the meantime, I’ll probably frequent my favorite spot, Black & White, or perhaps I’ll catch up with a few friends at the Bowery Bar. I mean, with my current record, Robert will more than likely turn up where I am in a day or two. After all, he is stalking me.

That's like someone saying "It's interesting" or "it looks different" when you get a new hairdo. Definitely NOT good :)

Fan Encounter and Pix from 06/26/2009

He did show up for a short time to film a subway scene. He looks even cuter in person. Not alot of people at all…guess alot of folks didn’t want to chance it with what was said Thurs night and what was posted in various places (it’s really a gamble).(Gozde: okay I'm out of the stalking loop :) What was said on Thurs night?) His main body guard was really cool and nice. He came over to us and said that he will be coming out shortly and to get our cameras ready. He also said that he will not be signing any autographs or taking any pictures with anyone while filming and that he was leaving subway shoot to shoot somewhere else afterward. He pulled up in his car wearing his black hoodie and went right into his trailer. Still wearing his hoodie, he left his trailer to go next door to makeup and then went back to his trailer. Got a few pics of him at that point, but all you really see is his hoodie…no good face shots. Only one pap there and he got some good shots…he showed me. When he was ready to film, he walked right past us and he was within 10 feet or so us with no hoodie….so cute. Got those pics and will send them to you under separate cover once I download. He was only there for a short time and after he went up subway stairs to shoot, the sky opened up and it was a downpour!! Most everyone except for like 2 people, incl myself, hubby and friend stayed right there at the bottom of subway stairs under shelter.(Gozde: In sickness, in health and in set stalking :) Never let that hubby get away :)) Security let us stay, but said we had to move when he came down. About 20 -30 min later MTA Security (?) and some others came down stairs and said that he was going to be in subway car up above for about 2 hrs filming so it would be awhile. I waited about 10 min, not too sure I believed them, and all of a sudden I saw his Security start to come down the stairs. At that point I knew that he had to be with them and he was!!!!! Sure they wanted us all gone so he could make a quick getaway because he left right after that. (they’re just doing their job I know) Can’t always trust what the crew says and just have to go with your gut I guess. Well, it was very exciting and even though I didn’t get a pic with him, it was awesome to see him in person!!!
