A real Blast from the Past with this post! I remember seeing the Haunted Airman on TV and thinking "Wow! That guy is good looking!" I didn't know then the good looking guy was Robert Pattinson and that years later we'd all be admiring 'that jaw'!!

The Haunted Airman was a BBC movie where Rob played a British airman:

"Robert Pattinson was in a wheelchair for the Haunted Airman, a made for TV movie, based on Dennis Wheatley’s ‘40s occult thriller, The Haunting Of Toby Jugg.At the time, it was a fresh, riveting idea. A disabled British airman recovers from his time in battle. Pattinson’s version was funded by the BBC and aired on BBC4 in October 2006. His performance won fans in The Stage mag, who credited his performance, which incorporated “youthful terror and world weary cynicism”."If you're interested you can read the review here

Looks like this ET interviewer had a good insight in what was in store for a very young Robert Pattinson.
Before Robert Pattinson was romancing Reese Witherspoon in 'Water for Elephants' or the mysterious Edward Cullen in 'Twilight,' he played a pivotal role in two 'Harry Potter' movies.
Robert played Quiddich captain and Triwizard Tournament contender Cedric Diggory in 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire' and 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix,' the latter in which he comes to an untimely end at the hands of Voldemort. When asked by ET in 2005 about his thoughts of becoming a teen idol, he laughed, "I think about it all the time! No, I don't -- it's impossible to think what it's going to be like, because I've never been hugely popular or anything in my life, so it's going to be weird. I hope I get a bit of an ego afterwards!"
