I was hoping for more confirmation because all I can offer you guys are gossip sites. But what am I really expecting? Rob is hardly going to make an announcement. 

Ha! He would never. This breakup news has momentum aaaaaaand several actions over the last few months do speak louder than words.



So according to The Sun and Just Jared, that's all folks! Robert Pattinson and FKA twigs have called it quits. Gone their separate ways. Had a conscious uncoupling...maybe?



Here's what we know:
Rob and FKA twigs haven't been photographed since Cannes, she didn't join him for any of his Good Time promo or premieres...which spanned over 2 months.......and included LONDON as one location, she was missing in action when he was honored with a special achievement award and career tribute at the Deauville Film Fest, he's been spotted with family and friends, she's been spotted with people that aren't Rob, a UK gossip guru got the break up scoop and Just Jared got their own separate confirmation.

I say that's a wrap......and I now have a shot. Right??? RIGHT!!!!

I also feel like Rob is in a good space. I know we don't know his inner soul. He could be crying in pillow as I type this. But I DO know he had a blast promoting Good Time and was in great spirits, his laugh has been abundant at every event (you've seen all the posts!), and he's filming a new movie with his long time fave, Claire Denis. He's blessed and doing what he loves.
I am at peace.
And prayer.
I really want a shot with him this time.
I mean who wouldn't want this?????

The cute couple kissed and cuddled as they waited for a show to start at the Comedy Store in West Hollywood. Robert showed lots of love to his lady, smooching her sweetly on the forehead and keeping his arms wrapped around her while chatting with a group of friends that included Australian actor Joel Edgerton [Tink: And Nash Edgerton! You can see him in the pics]. Rob and FKA Twigs have been going strong since August and are clearly gearing up to spend the holidays together. Over the past few months, their love has taken them across the globe, and they were most recently spotted hanging out in Miami during Art Basel festivities; FKA Twigs hit the stage for a small concert, and later that week, she and Rob showed lots of PDA during an afternoon at the beach. The name Robsessed is mentioned and other fandom labels get dropped in the November issue of British GQ as well as talk about Kristen's relationship with Robert Pattinson:

There's no doubt that the young woman sitting across from me, sipping a beer quietly, with the smoke from her cigarette trailing up into the trees, is somewhat transformed from the teenage girl who set out a little naively (her words) on this whole joinery more than four years ago. Lessons have been learnt. "The main moment, when we knew it was going to be a big deal, was at Comic-Con in San Diego in 2008. It was the first piece of promotion for Twilight that any of us had done, so we had no real expectations. There were thousands and thousands of people waiting for us. That was the moment when we felt how powerful this thing was going to be. It was me, Rob [Pattinson], Ashley Greene, Taylor [Lautner], and we just looked at each other and were like, 'What the hell is going on'

All their hopes (and fears) were soon to be realized. Twilight was destined to become a full-blown trans-global youth culturequake and Kristen, along with British-born Pattinson, the main stars at the centre of the maelstrom, not least due to the are-they/aren't-they off-camera relationship rumours. The momentum ignited by the huge fanbase was soon plundered by those at the top of Summit Entertainment, the company at the helm of the cinematic adaptation. Nothing gets movie executives foamier around the mouth than the prospect of cashing in on the young, easily influenced and truly obsessed. Or, as the most ardent fans of Pattinson are known amid the darker recesses of the internet, the "Robsessed". (Tink: dark recesses?? *lights a candle* My laptop gives off plenty of glow from my den of sin.) "From that moment on, the guys from the studio were walking around with dollar signs in their eyes. Like, kerching! And then it began. The insanity. The schedules. The demands. The interviews."

Snow White and the Huntsman is filming in and around Gloucestershire, although Kristen is spending a good deal of time in a rental in Notting Hill, London. The day before, while at the GQ shoot, she had explained that she was looking forward to seeing more of the UK, as “my boyfriend is English”, although when I bring this up again the blood drains into her boots. “I never would have said that if I knew you were going to be interviewing me.”

I honestly hadn’t expected such a defensive reaction, but it’s clear when she feels her privacy is being breached, Kristen is quick to transform into “Tiger Mom”. The whole issue, if you don’t already know, has to do with whether or not she’s dating her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson, the subject of which has seen more speculation than the origin of Barack Obama’s birth certificate. I tell her I’m surprised this is such an issue seeing as the evidence is already out there for all to see on the web - the photos, the stolen moments, the Christmas getaways... “Yeah, I know it is,” she admits. “So much of my life is so easily googled. I mean, it’s like, come on guys, it’s so obvious!” Her mood tights, perhaps all too aware of how much she’s already said. “But this subject, I don’t think you realise what a big deal it is for people. Well, it is a big deal. They would be ‘Oh. My. God’ There would also be still a 50/50 split. Some people would still be, ‘See, told you they’re not together.”

Kristen is acutely aware of all the gossipmongers. Far more so than I am, it seems. She knows about names: the “Robstens” (those who think K-Stew” and R-Patz” are together); the “Nonstens” (those fans who think they aren’t) and the “F***stens” (those who say they don’t give a monkey’s either way - but actually really do). I ask her who it is such a big deal to? These deranged fans? To her and Rob? What is it she’s so worried about?

"I don't worry about it at all. It's just one of those things. I'm selfish. I'm like, 'That's mine!' And I like to keep whatever is mine remaining that way. It's a funny little game to play and it's a slippery slope. I always say to myself I'm never going to give anything away because there's never any point or benefit for me."

Twilight Saga producer, Wyck Godfrey, talked about Rob's hair at the start of Breaking Dawn filming. This is hilarious to me because I remember the meltdown. *clears throat* I might have contributed to the meltdown. The fandom is SO watched! LOL

Rob: They won't notice I don't have bronze hair, right?



Wyck explaining why Bill Condon was a good match for the final 2 Twilight films (mentions Edward):

"With Breaking Dawn, it’s a journey into adulthood. It’s a very mature step for Edward and Bella, moving into marriage and sex for the first time, pregnancy, birth. All of that really speaks to finding a filmmaker who could help our young actors, who hadn’t gone through any of that stuff … go through that process. Bill’s work has always come from a place of maturity, I found … He’s always directed films about misunderstood outsiders. And I feel that Edward and Bella are misunderstood outsiders, in terms of what they want. And Condon’s work also has some visual scale to it. Dreamgirls showed that he could direct a movie that had a really beautiful visual style to it."

Wyck talking about the Twilight fandom and our influence:

"The first day of shooting in Brazil, Rob and Kristen's pictures got taken everywhere. And overwhelmingly the response was, 'Oh my gosh! His hair is too dark! His hair is black! What did they do? His hair is too black!' And it literally forced us to go in the next day and look at him and go, 'Did we go too dark with his hair? Should we lighten it a little bit?' And I think we ended up lightening it . . . Also, you've read all the blogs about the books by the time you're making the movies. So, in some way all that is subconsciously affecting your decisions as you're working on the adaptations of the scripts. I know that numerous times we'll be in a room talking about the script and someone will go, 'No, No! That's one fo the fans' favorite scenes! WE have to do that!

CNN.com lists the "worst kept secrets in Hollywood". The list includes:

• Jay-Z and Beyonce are crazy in love
  
• Adam Lambert is gay
• Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are aliens sent to earth to make the rest of us feel inferior...No it doesn't say that it just says their relationship was one of the worst kept secrets in Hollywood

They also talk about the monster Robsten:



I call it a monster because it has become almost as big as Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, maybe bigger. It's got a life of it's own, you can't read an article about either without a mention of "are they or aren't they?". It divided the fandom into 3 "teams": Robsten, Nonsten and Crapsten. Team Edward vs Team Jacob be damned.

So now CNN calls it one of the worst kept secrets in Hollywood. Well, it's Rob and Kristen's secret to keep. The important thing for us is his happiness whatever/whoever he does and that "If he is not shagging me, I don't care who he shags" :)

I got an email with a "heads up!" message from Loisada, she said:

There's an interview in Grazia Magazine that's going to start a new FIRESTORM, because it contains a clear romance denial. It says it took place at the Nov 6 press meet, but is extremely long for those short meetings....As to the legitimacy of Grazia, it's an international fashion weekly/tabloid with outlets around the globe. Fairly reputable source. The article also has two writers: one a French speaker and the other appears to be an English speaker.

Keep in mind that this interview has been translated from English to French than back to English. I would also like to add that it's very strange how ONLY some international magazines got an answer for this...I personally do not think he answered the question that way...He's been avoiding that answer like plague...

Ever since Robert Pattinson turned up here to give a round of interviews, the hotel has been cloaked in a security system worthy of a Head of State: ten guards watch over all the entryways, while upstairs, where the actor is meeting the press, a team of bodyguards serves as the welcoming committee. A tad overdone, this security setup? Not really. Since he stepped in to play the hero of Twilight, Robert Pattinson has become one of the most hounded men on the planet. Wherever he goes, a throng of paparazzi and fans camp out in front of his hotel trying to get a glimpse of him. They hope to catch a smile or the tiniest ambivalent gesture towards his partner Kristen Stewart (a few days later, photos of the couple brushing hands in Paris will set the Web afire). Since the 2008 release of the first of four movies inspired by Stephenie Meyer’s best sellers, the Robert Pattinson craze has rivaled the sensations sparked by the Beatles and Leonardo DiCaprio in his Titanic days. RP: In the beginning, Edward, my character, leaves Bella without any explanation, because he thinks it’s best for her. We’ve all made that kind of mistake. I’ve broken up with a girl before because I was convinced it wouldn’t work out, and I’ve been dumped without any explanation. In short, just like what happens in New Moon.

Q: Which vampire power would you like to have?

RP: Being able to disappear... for obvious reasons!

Q: You’re considered one of the world’s sexiest men, adored by thousands of fans. Leonardo DiCaprio has even said: “finally there’s someone to take the burden off me.” Is all this fame a burden for you?

RP: Nobody’s given me an instruction manual for dealing with it. I kind of stumbled into it by chance. When Twilight first became a hit, people on the street would call me Edward. I think they’re fascinated with the character, not me. It’s true that I can’t move around as freely these days. I can’t go out alone anywhere I might be recognized. A lot of the time I feel like a nocturnal animal, blinded by the headlights of a car about to run over me. But I refuse to complain about what’s happening to me. I just have to hunker down and let a few years go by. I know this craze will eventually die down. Then I’ll be able to look back and say I lived through some extraordinary things.

Q: What’s the craziest thing a fan ever asked you to do?

RP: The first time a girl asked me to bite her neck, I thought it was funny. She was completely serious; she wanted me to sink my teeth into her....

Q: Has all the hysteria ever gotten to be too much?

RP: I was leaving a beach, at the Cannes Festival, and found myself facing a big swarm of people. The bodyguards had to lift me up over the crowd, to get me to my car. It was surreal... but I’d rather just laugh it off.

Q: So what does draw you out of your lair, despite it all, make you willing to brave the hordes of fans?

RP: Discovering a foreign country. I’d like to take a trip to Vietnam. Maybe I could explore the beauties of Asia on a motorbike, with a rucksack. But I haven’t mentioned that to anybody but you, so keep it hush, so I can travel in peace. (laughs)

Q: What do you do when you’re not filming, or doing an interview, or trying to escape your groupies?

RP: I sleep! I work nonstop, and I’m a pretty shy guy, so I prefer the peace and quiet of my hotel room to a night out in a club.

Q: Are you working on other projects?

RP: I make myself do different movies between every Twilight shoot, because it’s a relief to go back to being a normal guy. That’s why I wanted to do Remember Me (editor’s note: set for release in February 2010) (Gozde's note: It's been pushed to March 2009)in the beginning of the summer. It’s the story of two lovers who try and save their relationship while grappling with family tragedies. I insisted they let me shoot it without make-up. I could finally touch my face and express my feelings without a mask covering my skin. Just be myself.

Q: Apparently you’re not allowed to cut your hair until all the Twilight shoots are over. A bit frustrating?

RP: Hair gel is the greatest modern-day invention! (laughs) It lets me keep Edward’s hairdo, or flatten down my hair if I want. Do I ever dream of just shaving my head? Of course!

Q: You and Kristen Stewart call yourselves “good friends.” What kind of bond do you share?

RP: We’ve both been living through this great Twilight adventure from day one, that alone makes us close. No one can really understand what we’ve been going through over this past year. When we’re together, we’re on the same wavelength, without having to say a word.

Q: To wrap up, the question everybody is wondering about... Are you in love?

RP: No. I don’t have time to have a girl in my life, anyway. I hop from one plane to the next. Nobody could stand sharing the life of a guy who’s always gone. For right now, I’m focused on my career. Q: Who’s your ideal woman?

RP: Patricia Arquette in True Romance.(Gozde: We have so much in common! My ideal man (besides you of course) is Brad Pitt, not his character in True Romance though , he was a loser :))

Q: Will you take anything of Edward away with you, after Twilight?

RP: No. And the first thing I dream of doing is burning these damned tinted contacts. Every day on the set, they’re absolute torture!
