Blast from the Past: Way back when Robert Pattinson and Nikki Reed went box shopping

Another visit to the ROBsessed archives ... I was searching for something else and stumbled on these photos from all the way back in 2008.  Presumably from a time when Robert Pattinson helped Nikki Reed move house.  Otherwise known as trying to fit very large boxes into a convertible!

It just goes to show that if you're lucky enough to have Rob as a friend, you can call on him for help with tricky tasks!  And he'll turn up looking all kinds of gorgeous while doing it!



I can think of some things I could do with a helping hand for .....  ;)

 Nikki Reed is at Coachella and Yahoo Style sat down to speak with her. When they asked her who she's looking forward to see at the festival, Rob came up in a funny way.

Yahoo Style: Which artists are you excited to see perform?
Nikki Reed: FKA Twigs and Ryan Adams. 

YS: FKA Twigs is always amazing.
NR: I know! I’m the biggest fan. I’m a true fan. It’s so rad that she’s with my co-star [Robert Pattinson] because I’m a true fan of her. I’m going to ask him if he can get an autograph for me. 

YS: Did you know about her before they started dating? NR: Yeah. She’s such an amazing musician. She’s an artist through and through. She’s a true artist and always has been. 

YS: Have you met her yet? NR: No! This weekend is the weekend. I can say, “I’m your biggest fan!”

That's hilarious. And a smart name drop.

Nikki: What do you mean I can't meet her??
Rob: We can pretend you never asked...


I kid, I kid. May she succeed in her quest and we someone get a followup report!

When director Bill Condon recently announced Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson would pop in their vampire contact lenses one more time for a few days of ‘Breaking Dawn- Part 2′ pickups, we had one vital question: how would Kristen and Rob get their hair into shape for Bella and Edward? KSN had the pleasure of chatting with celebrity Colorist Jennifer J. about how she transformed both Kristen and Rob’s locks back into that of The Cullens.

While it’s often just another day at the salon for someone like Kristen to alter her hair for her films, we wondered if it was as easy for a client like Rob. We asked Jennifer if there is a different mentality for a colorist when working with men. Jennifer detailed,

There are two different types of color for men. Color that looks like it’s colored and color that looks like it’s not colored. I specialize in men’s hair color because I have a lot of tricks up my sleeve that can make hair color for men look great but natural. So many men have problems with their hair color looking red and brassy which reads fake on a man but I use color in a way so that it really looks untouched and more masculine.

But, Rob isn’t exactly a stranger to changing his hair color since he’s had different shades for The Saga and ‘Water for Elephants’. In fact, Rob was a good sport in the process. “Rob was happy that his hair color was grown out,” Jennifer said, “so he wanted something as temporary as possible.”

Now that filming has wrapped, has Reed been hanging with any cast members?

“This is just the honest truth — I see my costars all the time,” Nikki told Celebuzz’s Taryn Ryder.

“Kristen and Rob live ten minutes away, so that has been great. They’re great! And Peter [Facinelli] lives five minutes away, Jackson [Rathbone] lives three minutes away. We’re all super close to each other so it has felt like we’re still working together.”

Robert Pattinson's "Eclipse" Co-Stars Praise Him To Radar Online

Robert Pattinson was on top of his game at the premiere of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse at the LA Film Festival Thursday night, and RadarOnline.com was on the “black carpet” to watch the fans and even his co-stars go wild for him as soon as they saw him.

“Rob’s a superstar,” Nikki Reed exclusively told RadarOnline.com as R-Pattz walked behind her on the carpet. The deafening screams by the fans that had waited for four days to see their favorite vampire had Nikki politely asking “Do you want to wait? Can you hear me?” when we started the interview.

Looking gorgeous in a Marchesa dress that she told us was “so comfortable,” Nikki said it was better to talk with Rob off the carpet at a premiere. “It’s more fun to see him when he’s not on the red carpet because you can actually hear!”

Bryce Dallas Howard, who replaced Rachelle Lefevre as the evil vampire Victoria, was not above acting like a fan around Rob. “Look what he’s wearing! He’s perfect,” she gushed over her co-star in Eclipse. She even joked that she was “Verklempt over the possibility of talking to Rob!”



There were two new additions to the cast that RadarOnline.com spoke with at the premiere. Kirsten Prout and Jodelle Ferland, who plays the newborn vampire Bree and who said she really enjoyed filming scenes with Rob Pattinson. "He's definitely not Edward Cullen," she dished. "Edward is so serious, he's a really cool guy!"

It was donated by Jen Lameroux, a one sheet from the Twilight script.

NOTE: The item was given to the donor directly from Nokia with a letter stating these were Rob and Kristen's signatures. However, it appears the one sheet is signed by Robert Pattinson and Nikki Reed. They have checked with someone else who has the same item, and they concur after investigation that it is indeed, Nikki Reed's signature, not Kristen's.
