Awww don't be like that. You know you love Torture Tuesday.



TOO BAD!!! Because your grumbles keep this day going. ;) Where shall I begin....

Yesterday, we found out that Rob was no longer going to be a part of Mission: Blacklist. I'm totally fine with this for reasons I shared in the comments but the one thing I am sad about is we lost a film with Rob in the lead and well, Rob as a lead......



This made me think about Rob taking on leading roles after he snagged Twilight yet before he became the KING OF CANNES with Cosmopolis...

In Remember Me, he was the charming and troubled Tyler, breaking our hearts and making us fall for him just like Ally.



In Water For Elephants, he was the compassionate, sweet Jacob, making us again fall in love with him like Rosie and Marlena.



In Bel Ami, he was back to charming and troubled....actually Troubled with a capital T. And this time, you were definitely in danger if you fell for him...like poor Virginie here.



Rob would go on to knock it all out of the park in Cosmopolis as the leading man and start his reign as the KING OF CANNES but what do you think about these three leading roles/characters during the Twilight years? Great you say? Fantastic? Rob was the complete embodiment of Tyler/Jacob/Georges? Well what if I asked you this....

In honor of the Water for Elephants DVD release Madame Tussauds Hollywood will be dressing Robert Pattinson's waxNOTalike up as Jacob Jankowski for a couple of weeks.

Now it will be a Jacob waxNOTalike.... that thing still creeps me out and now my nightmares will return...



Robert Pattinson: Restyled!
In honor of the upcoming DVD release for the movie, Water for Elephants, we will be restyling our Robert Pattinson figure as Jacob, his character in the movie! Our figure will be dressed in Robert's actual clothes from the film... and like all of our other figures, you'll be able to get up close and personal. No rope or barriers!

Stop by Madame Tussauds from October 20 to November 6 to see Robert in his Water for Elephants costume and take a picture with him (he'll be outside in our lobby). Then, Tweet or Facebook us your most creative photo and you could win a FREE Water for Elephants DVD!

And while Holbrook is constantly looking to the past to inform the future, the “Wall Street” actor still has some interesting run-ins with Hollywood up-and-comers. On the set of his upcoming movie, “Water for Elephants,” Holbrook worked alongside everyone’s favorite vampire — teenage heartthrob Robert Pattinson (of the “Twilight” series).

“I was astonished when I met him, because I met him with a couple friends of mine and the minute I looked at him, I said to him, ‘My God, you look like me as a young man,’” Holbrook said. “Everyone who was with me said, ‘Yeah, he really does.’ ”

Hmmmm...well...I come from the school of thought that there has never been nor ever will be a duplicate of Robert Pattinson but...I think the resemblance works. ;))
