she doesnt , we speak the Queens English. Educated, pronounced correctly without slang or the influence of local dialect. It was also ( unfortunately for some ) a way of seperating the ' common ' people in past times, because they werent well educated and didnt speak like the queen (the Queens English..or Kings ).
