AWWW, Rob like Honey-Boo-Boo!..Ok ladies which one of us wants to take her out. LOL
It's my favourite too!!! we must be soulmates!!!! *.*
There's just something about Decode that's so good, although, Heavy In Your Arms gives it a good run for its money.
Count me in for having Paramore's Decode as a favorite too. Yay to any similarity with Rob! :D
I pretty much went into seizure when it was first released because I am a Paramore fan even before they became part of the Twilight soundtrack. :)) My very first internet moniker was actually AParamoreSong4BD, back when I was frequenting a site called NewMoonMovie(dot)Org along with its latter associate sites. I Caught Myself is great as well.
The myspace clip never gets old. I'm still wishing for the cast to be in one room for an interview. Rob's laugh is music to my ears.~
Rob you handsome klepto, most likely to steal, so funny and loving honey boo boo, this man is so eclectic and I love it that way.
That was so much fun to watch! Lol, Michael: "I actually tried to steal Mackenzie Foy from the set." I would love more interviews like this too, Kellan! :D
So true! And I liked when he said he took his Twilight costume and wore it until New Moon, lol...cause I think I remember him saying that from the same question way back then. I just can't recall which costume in particular...? ♥
Yeah, Its such a fun video to watch! My favorite song was "Leave Out All The Rest" by Linkin Park, but I loved the whole CD. I think I even wore it out! Which I didn't know was possible...♥ Paramore is awesome, and Hayley is so cute!
"How did we get Here"...always liked his reaction to the word...lol
I remember staying on my seat through the credits and singing that while my friends look at me like I have three heads. They're not quite into the whole Twilight thing then, whereas little me was so into it that I pretty much memorized the soundtrack at that time. lol
Paramore and Hayley Williams are really awesome in my book. Not in the same level as Rob's, but yaknow... Yep,yep, yep. :D
Ooh, and Flightless Bird, American Mouth is another ♥ of mine, despite its weird lyrics. Hehe. It's all about the gazebo...
I love Paramore but have Muse super massive black hole as my ringtone :)
Rob is ready to admit that he took his Twilight wardrobe and wore it to tatters, because he didn't have much clothing of his own.
OMG, I used to haunt that same website! :D Wasn't it sooo good right before the movie came out? All that build up--anticipation with a capital A!! LOL
Well Rob, sorry but it's a tossup between Flo and the Black Keys for me.. ;-P
Yep. I Agree. With a capital A. lol :D
Decode is my favorite too! That song got me into Parmore!
Yeah, what is Flightless Bird about? I never understood.
I noitice people who are not from the U.S. tend to like things like Honey boo boo and Jersey Shore, while we Americans are embarrassed that these people exist. It's embarrassing to be ugly Americans.
Hmm. Honestly it's hard to pin down, because its lyrics, just like poems, stories and whatnot are or can be open to everybody's interpretation. I've done my fair share of google-ing about this thing ages ago, but 'what it means' or 'what is it about' truly varies. Some claim it somehow has a political message,or related to the American dream, others say it's about regret or searching for someone. In my personal opinion, I'll go with the 'searching' and 'wondering' interpretation. There's this good blog entry on wordpress that could explain it more:
http: //theswellsavvygirl (dot) wordpress (dot) com/2008/12/02/lets-decipher-iron-wines-flightless-bird-american-mouth/
But again, as I said, I could be interpreted in many ways. I'd go with the figurative path. I just love the tune and feelings that the song invokes, along with how it triggers to memory that one momentous scene in Twilight. :)
When I tell friends about my guilty pleasures, I am embarrassed that I like them, so when I told friends I liked Twilight and Robert Pattinson, jeez you would have thought I shot someone. I say everyone has guilty pleasures and no matter if it is Honey Boo Boo, Housewives from whatever city, American Idol, The Bachelor, Twilight, etc. I love it when a big celebrity stands proud and admits that they like it. At the same time I am certain the UK and other countries have their own shows that they hate to admit they like. I guess because we are a bigger country we just have more embarrassing shows to showcase.lol
He is so amusing, you have to love how honest he is about how cheap he is and what he will do to get clothes and other things by bartering on craigslist or taking those clothes from his movie sets. Priceless. Thank God he is not Winona Ryderesque.
As far as watching ''Honey BooBoo'' he may need that southern influence for his character in ''the Rover''. Hope he checks out ''Duck Dynasty'' too...although that's Louisiana accent, different from GA or AL. He would know this and I can't wait to hear him! Wonder if he'll do a combination or if he'll do an accent from a specific southern state or area. Remember when he tried to copy Reese sayin' ya'll on CMA awards? That was priceless! I'm probably the most excited for this one...hope we don't have to wait too long for it and that it gets wider release and tv trailers, too!
Christine I think some of the lyrics refer to catching your 'prey'...loving your 'prey'...and then devouring your 'prey'.. as in Edward's love for Bella will eventually end in her demise...The words 'flightless bird' refers to Bella being a willing victim...and regardless, he remains a predator first and foremost.(''Now I'm a fat house cat...) That's my simple-minded and lovestruck interpertation.
That makes so much more sense now that you explain it!
Thanks :-)
LOL at that video. Really funny.:)
My favorite song from the first cd #3
Oh Sonja, I am so excited about this film. Did you watch Animal Kingdom, it did not have a very big release at all, it was rather limited and I only saw it on Netflix. I hope with Rob in The Rover, it will receive a wider release. Eric was from Arkansas, so maybe he will develop a Clintonesque accent. lol
ITA
Oh my! Can't wait for this movie! Clinton's accent comin' from Rob's mouth..OMG. I'll die!
No that is not snobby, I feel exactly the same way. There are only a few people's careers I am following and only one I comment on. Besides Rob who I do follow and comment on, I also am following Chris Hemsworth. He blew me away in Star Trek and I said who is this guy and he was only in the movie for what 15 minutes. They are really the only two, I luv movies in general, but if any of these two release a movie I am there. Matt Damon was not in Animal Kingdom, it was an all Aussie cast. A very small independent film. Guy Pearce was the only one that was well known in the movie. However, I do agree completely about the Taylor Launter comment. He is a good guy, but I will not follow his career.
What..o yea it was a movie ''we bought a zoo'' or somethin' like that MDamon was in and I got them mixed up. So it's a whole different one to what I was thinkin'. Sorry Satine. So now I wanna see that one with Guy P since Damon is not in it,,lol..And I love StarTrek with Chris Pine (I have it on blu-ray) but I don't remember Chris H in it so I'll have ti re-watch it so I can see him . I loved him as Thor in the Avengers. (that movie was a rip-roarin' good time..RDowneyjr I love ..but I only study Rob. He is my one and only..
Chris played Captain James Kirk's father at the beginning of the movie, he is unrecognizable without all those muscles showing through his Star Trek uniform. I thought that might be what happened, I did not watch that movie, I like Matt Damon but not every movie that he is in. Yes R Downey Jr, I like him as well but not to follow every movie he is in. Like you, I only have eyes for him and what info we can receive from Robsessed.
That zoo movie was pretty mainstream I think.., a lot of talk about it on tv..but I don't give a flip about it.
And since you told me I remember Chris H as Kirk's dad..he's very good-looking and so is Chris P.(That's why I like it) Did you see Avengers? I saw it in 3D at my favorite theater at the midnight premiere with my 2 grandsons
and it was a blast! The atmosphere was perfect for the movie and the over-all experience was what I enjoyed
so much. Plus there wasn't a real stand-out performance from the actors...they were ALL good. Would I set thru it again? Probably not...Well certain parts are worth seeing over. But now it's one of my best recent memories.
This is why I'm so happy to see BD2 at the Thursday night show..nobody there but fans..can't wait to be in that atmosphere! No marathon close enough to me though. :( Will you see the marathon?
