Lol " Why am I explaining this to you?" hehe she doesn't know he has a horrible memory! and I think they both were talking about 2 different things. too funny!
This was funny - it really does blur for him LOL I've said before that his language and accent 'adjusts' to whoever he's with but this is a prime example with a funny story attached. Here he didn't get a 'candy apple' in a previous English interview it was a 'toffee apple' LOL and WHO would dare to leave Rob out!!! :-)
This one was a hilarious one. Rob has quite the reputation in the media, I guess. Which actor promotes a movie he hasn't seen yet and about which he doesn't know the story quite well anymore? Only Rob can afford it to ignore story plots and still come over as his charming self, make the interviewers having a funny time. While I can see that some will judge him as being unprofessional (even his two co-stars were "mad" at him 'cause he talked nonsense in his interviews) I'm sure that the majority will find it very hilarious and love him for that. It's almost like reporters are betting against each other for being the one who gets the most funny interview with him.
Yes and it tells a lot about the journalists' personality wether they like his kind of humour or not. You know I visit Eonline for the 'entertainment news'. Jason Kennedy and Marc Malkin (the one in the green suit on the LA premiere) love Rob and his nononsense attitude, while I have the idea that other reporters there, like a certain Ken.. have another POV. Not totally coincidental I prefer the former journalists to the latter and not only because of Rob but just because they seem to be more grounded and have a more respectful opinion towards the stars. F.e. Jason and Marc find it normal that stars protect their privacy (and admitted surprisingly that they feel pressure of their bosses to go into it while they themselves would prefer not to do), while that Ken finds it normal that they "share" their personal life. Marc was very straight in denying every form of "publicity" of Rob and Kristen in answer to a tweet that accused them of it.
In the end it is a question about one´s approach to life and what is important. Some only see the superficial and shallow things and feed their ego by winning quotas from selling sensations...and others are kind and human... and then there are 50 shades in between ;)

He is a journalist´s dream... Just throw him any bone and he´ll make something funny or interesting or at least very endearing out of it
