Christine you are a smart lady so I assume you're asking this question rhetorically but I'll answer anyway and this is going to be a pretty simple explanation.
We pay for those photos the fans ... every time we click on site that displays them.
A picture of Rob is a big pay day and picture of Rob and Kristen together is huge!
Who buys them sites like Pop Sugar TMZ, US Weekly, E Online and on and on pay for them because every hit to their site is a return on there investment... they get money from the sponsors of their site for those hits.
It is all motivate by greed the paps for the money for the shot, the sites for the money they get for every hit and all because of the greed of the fans to see Rob anywhere and everywhere.
I like "multitasking" ;)

I agree with you Christine it seems like a useless exercise to snap pictures of him in every airport...but a lot of fans want to see him arrive in LAX to know he's back or arrive in Sydney to know he got there....so yes it's ridiculous. But while there is that level of need amongst shall I say some fans then it will continue.
But you if you go to places like Gossip Cop or Twitter fans will obsess over i asking questions like "Has he landed yet????" and if someone says yes invariably then someone else will either demand a link to a picture or post a link themselves to a picture of him arriving. Bizarre I agree... particularly since he's never going to smile for a pap! And when he doesn't smile or remove his sunglasses then the crazy rumours get started and the ridiculous stories get printed ...he's unhappy, unhealthy ...blah, blah and then it all starts all over again.

Many would, christine but wait: still 3 let's say 4 weeks and then it's done, over. No Rob movie or interview anymore for at least a year, a year and a half. How's that gonna be for his fans who're talking about a drought when they didn't have any news about him for a month? I'm not gonna be hypocritical, I will be glad to see some pics of him once in a while, taken at airports by fans, even paps and I think most will agree, at least when they're honest about it. For being able to support Rob's movies, there have to be some! :)

How do you get the dashboard to keep updating?
You can click on the "everything" on the top of the page and it will update, there you can also see the replies for you, or you can go to the circled arrow on the right side of where the www adress is written and update the site. This is why I´m following people, because I see the their comments and can join in. Of course I miss other comments if I don´t go directly to the site, which therefore I do every now and then
I do both of those but nothing happens :-( they don't like me !
Hmmmm, if you go to it with your cursor doesn´t it show a hand to click on?
