Meeting Robert Pattinson's elephant in the room

Some of you might know I also blog over at WaterForElephantsfilm.com. Doing so allowed me the unreal opportunity of meeting Tai. Who is Tai? Oh let me show you who she is...

Ahhhh...the lovely elephant who plays Rosie in Water For Elephants! I have touched the trunk that has wrapped around Robert Pattinson. The aura was still surrounding Tai when I met her. She glowed. I knew it was because of her relationship with Rob.

While visiting Tai, I got a few details about Rob and Tai:

The stars of Water for Elephants were brought out to meet Tai as a persuasive tactic to get them to sign on to the film.
Rob came out to meet her and was quite taken. We got an idea of this meeting from the Details article.
He was over her, under her, beside her, like a little kid. Very excited. Wore a hoodie, sunglasses, and sported a beard. The ranch crew didn't know who he was so there was no fangirling going on but said he was really nice.
The trainer said Rob got elephant rides and Tai lifted him in the air with her trunk. When he was leaving, he was on the phone talking about how thrilled he was.
The trainer said Tai would likely recognize Rob again due to the amount of time he spent with her.

This was an amazing experience and I feel blessed to have had the privilege. My WFE adventures continue on. I'll be heading out to the premiere to support Rob and his film. I'll join the ranks of other fans and we'll hoot and holla for Rob as he walks the carpet as the star of his first big Hollywood movie with a major motion picture studio. *tear*

The 2009 Oscar's cannot be topped... well, at least not until Robert Pattinson attends them again. As we gear up to watch the 2011 Oscars, we're just wishing and hoping for glimpses of Rob over Mickey Rourke's shoulder in the audience.

But alas - it seems that's not so tonight. Never say never.... but then we just sound like Justin Beiber and we wouldn't want that!

Robert Pattinson & "Twilight" Mentioned On Coronation Street

So while watching "Coronation Street" the other night I heard the name the makes my head turn everytime. Yes Robert Pattinson.
For those of you that don't have a clue what "Coronation Street" is(or "Corrie" as it's better known over here) it is a VERY popular British soap opera. You know you've made it when you get a mention in "Corrie" {giggle}

The family shown in the clip are called the Windasses (I know great name huh?). Anyway Anna & Eddie Windass are thinking of adopting the little girl in the clip (Faye). She comes to stay with them for the weekend and is finding it hard to settle in and find things in common with the family until their son Gary and herself find they have a certain book in common.

Robert Pattinson will not attend the Oscars

Fact: The producers confirmed Robert Pattinson will not attend the Oscars.

Fact: The producers of the show claim they will have some Twilight goodie that will blow your back out...or rather, your mind.

Fact: It will not be the Breaking Dawn trailer. (come on...who thought that?)

Fact: I will watch the Oscars because I always have.

Fact: I no longer care to know what ploy these producers have up their sleeves since it's not Robert Pattinson and they are now, in my mind, manipulating ONLY our Rob/Twi fandom. Why aren't they trying to talk to the Potter fandom? Or any other fandom? I'm not into the media game once you remove Rob from the table.

Jackson Rathbone talks about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart sizzling bacon

I like bacon.

Especially when it's Rob sizzling it!

Eonline reported on some recent comments made by Jackson Rathbone:

"It's definitely sexy," Jackson Rathbone told us at Leeza Gibbons' Dare2Care Pre-Oscar Cocktail party of Edward and Bella's highly-anticipated onscreen love-making. "It definitely qualifies as shmexaaay."

How sexy?

"It's a PG-13 movie, but also it is what it is and it's a union," Rathbone said. "They are consummating their relationship and they don't just do it once, let's put it that way."

Rathbone also assures us we'll be seeing lots of that signature Rob and Kristen chemistry in the flick.

"Oh yeah," he laughed. "It sizzles, man. It sizzles like bacon!"

It sizzles, man! Oooooow! That's sexy. I can hear Jackson saying it. Bet he drawled it. But we must wait for the bacon sizzles from Robward and Krisella. That is unless Bel Ami decides to get off it's lazy bum and grace us with Rob's sizzle! Humph.

"I do not know why but all the interviews with Robert Pattinson, or almost all at least start with a description of how he is dressed. My interview, however, is not yet written: it will be ready in Italy at the release of his new movie after “Twilight” , I mean ” Water for Elephants”; probably in May. But when I know that it will take me just to do something different, I will not say anything about how he was dressed.

But I also know that in the case of Pattinson, even the smallest detail can not be wasted, because millions of women worldwide, from 9 years old, would sacrifice more than just broken a nail just to get their hands on the smallest news about him. Here, then, a detailed account of Pattinson look. Meanwhile, the location, a second floor suite at the Four Seasons hotel in Los Angeles. Then the time: are the 3 and a half in the afternoon and although it is not his first interview of the day, he seems to be just pulled out of bed.

Finally he arrives: He pours himself a cup of coffee, “I need to wake up”, he apologizes. And, indeed, he has the sleepy face, but his eyes are incredibly clear. Then he sits down and puts his feet near the coffee table in front of the chair.
