More "Breaking Dawn" Filming Details

I'm trying to figure out why Taylor is going ? Last time I looked he wasn't on the honeymoon.

According to ego.globo:

"Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart And Taylor Lautner land in Brazil next Friday, November 5, to begin testing the scenes of Breaking Dawn, says Brazil's largest newspaper Globo. The newspaper said the trio would return later this month to begin filming scenes. The neighborhood of Lapa will be used as the backdrop."

According to information from lulacerda journalist, filming would take place in Rio in six days, and in Paraty on 7 and 8 November.

Robert Pattinson Will Be in Rio de Janeiro for Breaking Dawn Shoots

President of RioFilme Sérgio Sá Leitão (such a fancy name) confirmed that Breaking Dawn will be shot in Rio de Janeiro! He has been hinting at it on his twitter and yesterday he finally confirmed that in November Robert Pattinson will grace Rio with his gorgeous self.



He says the filming of Breaking Dawn in Rio will bring approximately 2 million dollars into the Rio economy. I think it could bring more if they would sell tickets for the filming of this scene in "Isle Esme":

We had quite the surprise yesterday :) Somehow, Peter Berg and Taft School became our saviors. Brought us water in our dry desert. Fresh air in our empty home. Light...in our dark tunnel.

You get the point. We're in a very serious, very long term drought and we can thank Mr. Berg for plucking Rob out of his hotel and off his bike to give us some reprieve. (video after the cut)



Yet some folks (enough folks) commented to me that they were unaware or couldn't recall the Pattinson/Berg connection prior to yesterday. That means class is in session!

There once was a book in the 60s called Dune. That book became a movie in the 80s called Dune. That movie is trying to get remade in the 21st century...it will be called...Dune.

Peter Berg was set to direct that movie and Robert Pattinson was rumored to be considering for a lead. Dune may continue it's journey to the big screen but Berg and Pattinson are no longer attached. Yet they remain friendly...friendly enough for Peter Berg to call upon Robert Pattinson for a favor we appreciated greatly :)

When did all this Dune-ness happen?

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and The Monster Known as Robsten Makes CNN List

CNN.com lists the "worst kept secrets in Hollywood". The list includes:

• Jay-Z and Beyonce are crazy in love
  
• Adam Lambert is gay
• Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are aliens sent to earth to make the rest of us feel inferior...No it doesn't say that it just says their relationship was one of the worst kept secrets in Hollywood

They also talk about the monster Robsten:



I call it a monster because it has become almost as big as Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, maybe bigger. It's got a life of it's own, you can't read an article about either without a mention of "are they or aren't they?". It divided the fandom into 3 "teams": Robsten, Nonsten and Crapsten. Team Edward vs Team Jacob be damned.

So now CNN calls it one of the worst kept secrets in Hollywood. Well, it's Rob and Kristen's secret to keep. The important thing for us is his happiness whatever/whoever he does and that "If he is not shagging me, I don't care who he shags" :)
