I'm with Rob! It is really weird. hehe
The only shows I watch from all of these are NCIS, Criminal Minds, and Jeopardy, and I DID see the episodes with Twilight mentioned or used, and got quite a kick out of them, especially since so often I do not get references to stuff or words from 'pop' culture. Because I don't watch much TV, I am wondering now if this is out of the ordinary, or if references are used (or with such apparent frequency) from other franchises such as Harry Potter, Avatar, Spiderman, etc.

I still believe the strangest occurance was when twilight was mentioned at a senate!
In reference to whether or not HP, AVatar, or any other blockbuster, they all make references...some just aren't as prevalent as twilight is.

Im with Solas. I was totally watching the NCIS, Criminal Minds and Jeopardy (*coughranthecategorycough* episodes and seriously laughed hard.
Glee was, by far, the best one. I seriously hit my head on my desk with that one.
By the way, could have lived my entire life WITHOUT the image of Miley lusting after Rob, especially since we've seen her flip and flop over this beyond way to many times. 8points at Miley& YOU, OFF THE BANDWAGON!!!
