Here is a question for you. Why when Bella rides with Edward does she sit as far away from him as possible practically holding on to the opposite door. When she rides with wolf boy she is right on top of him, practically in his pocket. That doesn't make sense to me. When I am with the man I love I want to be as close as humanly possible. Are the directors nuts?
Once again, I don't get the choices they appear to be making with the screenplay, changing the story from the book.
Wasn't it BELLA who kept her suspicion that Victoria was behind everything from EDWARD because she didn't want to worry him?! YES it was.
The way they are spinning it here... making it look like Edward lied to Bella... making him look WEAK because he's peevish and outwardly jealous... making it look like Bella is actually conflicted - ALL of which is CRAP.
While in the book Edward was overly protective of Bella at first, he backed off when he saw she would put herself in more danger with her efforts to be "Switzerland."
Edward didn't let his jealousy show, which made him appear MUCH more mature than Jacob. "Dangerously calm" was how Edward was described after Jake kissed Bella.
That he took the high ground, even though he was jealous, was a big part of Edward's confession to Jacob in "Fire and Ice." But in the movie, WTF are they doing? Making Edward look insecure and emo?!
Bella NEVER wavered in her choice of Edward. There was no choice. Her conflict was feeling guilty for hurting Edward and Jacob by holding onto their friendship.
And, yes, I wanted to throttle her for being so selfish...

I just don't get it. Bella would have never just left Edward standing in the dust like that. Big fail.
