We are dying to see Eclipse. Tell us, what was filming the movie like?
Kristen: We had a lot of time to prepare for it. Luckily, the budget is bigger as well. It’s amazing seeing the final product on the screen.
Rob: The fans are really going to enjoy this one.
Taylor: It’s a lot more intense. We loved what we’ve seen of it.
What do you guys like the most about your characters?
Kristen: I like everything about Bella. I’m a big fan of hers. In every movie I try to add a little bit of myself to her and that’s because I relate to her a lot. She’s so weird! She thinks a lot about what she’sgoing to say or do, like me.
Rob: I like that Edward is so agressive but humble as well. He’s like this humble gentleman, but there’s this really aggresive and dangerous part of him too.
Taylor: Jacob is a lot of fun. He likes to laugh and have fun. It’s fun playing him.
What are you dying to see onscreen?
Rob: Bella! Can’t wait to see when she cheats on me. It’s a great scene, you’ll see.
Kristen: I can’t wait to see the love triangle. We had seen a very innocent contact between Bella and Jacob in New Moon, but in Eclipse it’s more real. I’ve always supported Bella’s devotion to Edward, but I think it’s going to be interesting to see her betraying him.
What was the hardest scene for you guys to film?
Rob: Itwas hard for me to propose so formally to Bella. The first timeI read the script, I was terrified. I thought it was impossible.
Kristen and Taylor (at the same time): A Jacob and Bella scene (laughs).
Really? What happened in that scene?
Taylor: Jacob, in his wolf shape, is being pet by Bella and she scratches his ear.
Kristen: Yeah, it’s a scene where I’m talking to the wolf, but he’s not there, so I had to pretend he was there. I didn’t know what to do without his support, so Taylor offered to be a stand in.
Kristen, what was it like to kiss Taylor so passionately?
Kristen: It was very weird kissing someone else, because Bella loves Edward so I don’t know what the hell she was thinking. Plus, it was weird to me because Taylor is like my little brother.
What was your favorite scene to watch on screen?
Kristen: When they fight for me. I also liked the sleeping bag scene with Jacob,that was hilarious.
Taylor: Yes, I have tol hold her inside the sleeping bag because she’s cold, but Edward can hear my thoughts.
Rob: It’s a great scene, definitely.
How did you prepare for the fight scene in Eclipse?
Kristen: I gotta feeling, by The Black Eyed Peas (laughs).
Rob: Somebody to love by Queen.
Thanks to Twilight you’ve been able to travel all around the world. Which were your favorite places?
Taylor: Australia. We just went there and it was amazing. There’s so much to do there.
Rob: I’m less exotic. I’ll keep Chicago.
Kristen: New York is one of my favorite cities, but I really liked Mexico city. I hope I go there again sometime.

As for this article...
I know for those who look at this story as the perfect fairy tale love, they hate this triangle. But I don't as it does ground this fantastical story in some kind of reality and it NEEDED it. It needs it to make it a more accesible story to those who are not hardcore fans of the book. And that is the audience that Summit is seeking as know they've got the hardcore crowd in the palm of their hands. They're in business to make money and why would they not try to expand their audience beyond that of the core? And it's those that think this story is ridiculous in the first place that Summit is trying to lure into the theatre. So what do they do? They up the action and they throw a dose of reality at the fairy tale.
It's dollars and sense (yeah, I spelled that right).
And as I said earlier, this triangle gives the actors more to work with and I think it makes it a better and STRONGER story. Just my opinion. Don't make it right.
And woo hoo RPG...way to go girlfriend.

As this is an individual's blog and not a fan run forum with just moderators to keep things civil (where the community itself can post pics and videos and articles and links, etc.), the only ones who can start threads are Goz and Kat and Kate. And I don't know if they've even thought of it where the NB's are concerned or if it's been suggested to them or what their policy on that type of thing is or what. I suppose you could e-mail them and ask. Couldn't hurt. I would imagine that if one of girls could be identified as one of ours and if they showed up in a video, they'd most likely post that. Just a guess.
But I suppose we need to keep in mind that this blog has a massive readership who don't post. They don't particpate in the community and that's fine. They don't have to. And I would imagine that a lot of them are here primarily for news and photos of Rob Pattinson are perhaps are not much interested in the activities of the vocal posters. I know that I forget all the time that this blog isn't just for the vocal few (and considering the readership here, many, many, MANY do not post as oppose to those that do), and I suppose (just a guess as I don't know for sure), that the ladies who do run this blog try to keep that in mind and make sure that the blog remains about Rob and his career and yeah...his life AND not about the actual posters themselves. Although...
It's my own personal opinion that the blog is the community. Those of us talking are what is making this place what it is and all of our personalities here are what gives the blog it's personality. Because without the posters, then this is just a news and information site. And nothing wrong with that. And if I were running it, I'm pretty sure I would cater more to the posters that do participate and for those who do not, they could just skip that which does not interest them and they could simply go for the pictures and the articles. But that's me and I ain't running anything.
As for the photo...
I believe Victoria is on the left (our left) and Lizzy on the right. And I'm not sure of the spelling of her name. I've seen it both ways; Lizzy and Lizzie.

I believe there are three years between each sibling. Not sure, but that's what I heard quite some time ago. So with Rob being 24 this year, that would put Lizzy at 27 and Victoria at 30. I couldn't swear to that in court though. But guessing from their childhood pictures, that seems about right.
And yes, they are beautiful girls. They look so much like their beautiful mother. And I'm not sure how old Clare is but I would imagine in her mid to late 50's yet she looks like she could almost be their older sister as appose to their mother. And I'm guessing mid to late 50's because I once saw a wedding photo of her and she looked to be about 25ish. But yeah, the Pattinson's are one beautiful family. And oh my goodness...the pretty grandchildren they're gonna have one day. That is if those great Pattinson genes are the dominant ones.

And yeah Nina, I know you were just making a suggestion and a damn fine one it was too. I also wish we could put all the ROBstock II news on one thread as it would make it easier to keep track of.
But that's another thing about the way that blogs are set up; as more information comes in, the threads disappear and by Friday, so would this one. That's just how these things are designed.
My friend belongs to a Hugh Jackman forum. It was the forum set up by the producers of The Boy From OZ when Hugh was on Broadway. But it turned out to be such a successful forum (and one of the most famous of the Broadway online communities) that it's now been nearly six years since the show closed and that forum is still going strong. And that's unusual as they usually close those things down when a show closes. But they've formed such a tight knit group there that they've left it up. And I suspect that it's Hugh himself that is paying the bill to keep that forum up as he knows so many people from it personally. So many of his fans went to see that show hundreds of times and visited him at the stagedoor just as many during that year he was on Broadway and as wonderful as he is with his fans, he got to know a great many of them on a first name basis and he knew that so many friendships had formed on that forum and that is why I think he's the one that's keeping it going. Not for him, but for his fans. A gift to them (so they could stay in touch with each other) for their support of the show. But what I was intending to say before I went wandering down that particular road was...
On this particular forum (which the fans run completely and they don't even have moderators), it's set up in such a way, that you could pull a thread up from six months ago and continue on with the conversation as though there had never been a break in it. As this is my friend's fan hangout, I've read that forum many times and the design of it is amazing.
Wish we could do that on a blog, but they just aren't designed that way.

I'm still here evangaline, but I don't twiddle. I don't know how and I don't have any desire to learn. I despise it because it's had such a negative impact on Rob's life.
And I know that many do not use it in that way. That they use it to just communicate with each other and I have no problem with that. But it is so easily abused and I just can't figure out how it can be trusted. How do you know that people are being truthful when they're gossiping about someone?
So...I can't go look at what it is you're talking about. I'm guessing that Rob wrote some music and someone is performing it? Did I get that right? I guess you're gonna have to explain to me what's going on with it. I'm sorry hon.
And please understand, I'm not judging you or anyone else who uses it simply to communicate with friends. That's fine. But I do judge those who spread lies and gossip with it and who twiddle about Rob's presence the minute he walks into a public place. THAT is why I hate it so much.

As for Sam's concert...
If he weren't working, I think Rob would have shown up for Sam despite all the fans being there. He knows they're gonna show up and when he can, he shows up anyway.
The truth is, he allowed those two songs to be used for that first film because he knew that if the soundtrack was successful, that it would help Sam and Marcus and Bobby in their careers. And it did.
And even though he knows that a lot of the people showing up are HIS fans, they're still showing up and supporting the boys. And when they're albums are released, HIS fans are gonna snatch up and again, this only helps his friends. And the more albums they sell, the more attention they garner and soon people besides Rob fans will discover these guys too.
It's all good. And Rob is a great friend to help them in this way. I remember he said not too long ago, that he'd like to use some of the money he's made from acting to help his friends in their music careers. That really got to me. He didn't say he wanted a mansion or a yacht or his own jet plane or a desert island, but that...he wanted to help his friends.
Yeah. I like Rob Pattinson. He's good people.
@nina & @nikola6 - Agree that this blog can't be all about the fans - it has to be about Rob. However, as someone who normally lurks and doesn't comment, I love following the stories of the NB in LA as well as all the other chatter that goes on here. I like the information each person contributes as well as some of the insights into the showbiz industry. This is the reason that I come to this blog and rarely to any other. Many have the same information, but I like the community feel of this one most of the time (only rarely does it descend into bickering which I'm sure most of us are not interested in). Just my opinion.
Also...
These guys are damn good musicians and songwriters. I've heard some of their stuff and I like it. I'd like it whether they were Rob's mates or not. And I know that a lot around here feel the same way. They simply like the music.
And it doesn't really matter who or why people are supporting these guys right now. The important thing is that they're being supported. And hopefully this early support will lead to bigger things for them.
And yeah, about Rob not wanting people to know...
I love his idea about putting out his own music under a different name. But I can't imagine a record label that would go for that in a million years. They'd want Rob's name and face on that cover to insure that it would sell. If Rob really wants to do this anonimously someday, he's gonna have to do it independently.
But I know what his fear is with all of this. His music is very important to him and he wouldn't want the baggage of Twilight interfering with his credibility as a musician. But it doesn't have to.
He needs to play a singer/songwriter/musician in a film first. Show that talent off legitimately with a film role and that would give him all the credibility he would need.
Just like Jamie Foxx with his Oscar winning portrayal of Ray Charles. He's now a viable musical performer. Simply because of that role. And that's all Rob needs to do too. And it doesn't have to be a musical bio of a famous musician.
I so wished he could have done Parts Per Billion because in that he would have played that musician.
And he's got to get this music out there one day. He's just too damn talented to sacrifice the music for the film career.

I've wanted to comment to you since you put that link up. Thank you so much. They've got stills over there I hadn't seen before.
My favorite is the one where Edward is holding Bella in his arms with her back to the camera wearing that beanie. The emotion on his face is so strong, that it literally jumps off the screen at you. I'm guessing that this is the moment after he's killed Victoria and Bella is finally, finally safe.
It reminds of the famous poster from Warren Beatty's masterpiece,
REDS (1981) with him and Diane Keaton. Great, great film about John Reed and Louise Bryant and the Bolshevik revolution of 1917. The poster shows the two lovers (actually, man and wife) embraced with Keaton's face concealed up against Beatty and his facing the camera overcome with emotion. Just EXACTLY as in this shot with Edward and Bella. Google the film REDS and that shot should come up and tell me they're not reminicent of one another.
And one other thing...
Have they padded Kristen? LOL! A couple of those shots of her in that yellow top? Oh my goodness. She looks damn near voluptuous in those shots but truthfully, I'm just not used to seeing her with boobs. Well. Okay. She's got boobs. But not those kind of boobs. Actually, she's got boobettes. LOL! Which is as it should be. She's a tiny, little girl (didn't Rob just say that she only weighs about 95 lbs.?) and unlike so many of her peers, she hasn't hammered a couple of fake boobs onto her tiny frame. These itty bitty girls look so ridiculous with those big boobs. Not only ridiculous, but unnatural. So fake and as we all know, Kristen (love her or not), is anything but fake...in anyway.
And there's a school of thought that says that men love to drool over the fake ones ('cause they're such visual creatures), but that they actually prefer to touch and kiss the real ones. No matter the size, because the fakes aren't soft and pliant like the real ones. And I'm guessing this is (for the most part )true, because I've heard myself more than a few guys say it.
But as for Kristen's...uh...enhancements? It is very true what they say, that movie making is a series of smoke and mirrors.
And with that last observation, I think I shall bid ROBsessed adieu as it is now 5:35 in the morning and insomnia stolen another night of sleep from me. Think I'm gonna go try to lay my head down for a few.

Ah I get a little frustrated at not being able to write exactly what I want, because some words in Swedish sounds wrong in English. Like "Varsågod", when I looked it up in (for some reason I didn't know what it was called in English) and it was translated to "Go ahead" or "Here You Are". But it doesn't sound as friendly and polite as in Swedish!
You others who don't speak English might understand what I mean? Some words have a completely different emphasis in a different language. Well, anyway ... I'm just babbling on!
Nikola: That picture was my favorite too! I couldn't take my eyes off it, and completely forgot there were more stills! The way they embrace each other. It feels so real. Not like an ordinary loving hug, it's really emotional!
But I think it's after Jacob carried Bella up the mountain where Edward was waiting, and she ran up to him and gave him a hug, and he was relieved that she was finally there. (Because she's wearing the beanie and a jacket, in the clip with the fight scene, she only wears a shirt)
I'm less exotic, too, Rob, and absolutely love Chicago.
