(most likely in pre production for WFE). when he'll fly to chicago, meet up with Kristen and they'll do Oprah's show thursday, but it won't air until the following week. after chicago, bet your house that he's coming back here to LA to get ready for his shoot starting May

Thnx Nik for the Lainey bullshit confirmation, thats pretty much what I thought, the director's tweet seemed genuine, he actually seemed hurt that people were making up lies and creating drama where none existed.

Lainey BS, I was shocked that Oprah covered it. She was kind of nasty talking to her too, which amazed me. She is usually pretty nice speaking. I watched 5 min. and shut if off. Only notice her cutting off interviewee's answers when she gets excited about something.

the rock festival was FUCKING AMAZING!!!!! but so short...i feel so down right now because i'm at home. But, on the other hand, i'm exhausted.
There were 3 days full of concerts, from 4 pm till 5 am... and we were dancing till i had cramps in my legs. we were in a tend and thousend and thousend of people around us, most of them didn't slept during the 3 days (drugs... :S) and always music in their cars, 24/7, it didn't matter if it was 5 am, 8, 10... (do you know what a rave is? ok, so that) i still haven't hear the silence
Higienic conditions were the WORST, i'm not going to explain nothing for respect, just that I LOVE MY TOILET!!! BTW I had a shower one day yujuuuuu ajajaj but i was (well, we all were) veryyy dirty: beer in my panties, wine in my head, i couldn't wash my hands or clean my teeth... :(
And the food, well, i just ate pizza and sandwich, don't want to eat a sandwich anymore!!!! And i have my skin sunburnt, i look like it was August i'm so tanned! You know, the spanish sun, and we spent the whole day lying in the ground or jumping...
But i'm soooo happy, the best weekend of the year of course, i saw A LOT of bands!!! and i love them all. i'm still in shock
But right now, like i said, very tired. i slept just 10 hours in the whole weekend so i'm going to sleep when i read your answer how about your life?

she is such a non zero entity on the twilight sets that when someone (and i'll never say who) started 'feeding' lainey false info, that someone's stock fell so far and it has yet to recover.

i don't think he's on his way to chicago just yet. i mean, he could be, but why? today is the 3nd and he's not taping till the 5th. why go to chicago and waste a day sitting around when he's got pre production for wfe? i mean, he could but promotion for his other films (ecipse and bel ami) are taking him from it and he needs every day he can get. he could get today and tomorrow in for at least costume fittings and maybe a script run through with the cast.
i would have thought he would have gotten at least 4 to 6 weeks working with those animals before those cameras rolled. with as many directions as he's being pulled, he'll be lucky if he gets 2 collective weeks with them.
i think this is unwise. animals (no matter how trained they are) are still an unknown to us. we don't know what they're thinking or what they might do. and some of these cats he's going to be working with are of the maneater variety. i know he'll have incredible safety measures on that set and a stunt double for certain scenes. but if this is gonna look believeable, he's got to have some close up interaction with those animals.
i don't know. i guess they know what they're doing. but reese i hear has been working with those horses for months now. 'course she does have to ride them and i don't think rob will be riding a tiger.
although i can think of many man eating 'cats' who'd like to ride him.

I have gone to Lainey gossip's web site a few times and found her web site full of hate. I thought her nicknames and opinions were rude, mean and uncalled for. She rarely says anything nice about any celebrity.
I cringe every time she refers to her mom as the squawking chicken.
She is not a Rob Pattinson fan and I respect that.There is no reason for me to read her stuff, I have ROBsessed that gives me my Rob fix daily.

Nik, I fear you're long gone, but you do come up with some of your best stuff, when sleep deprived, although I don't wish that for you. I'm saving that scenario you described of his birthday along with your other classics: roller blading out of Budapest, marrying Kristen and hiding out in the Amazon where he can study those parasites, etc.
@Nutz, it is a real mystery why SM would make that little trip. She doesn't have a producing credit on Eclipse, does she? Even so, seems very odd. The reshoots were very minor based on time they were there and David Slade is certainly either doing damage control or is being truthful. I dunno. We'll find out come June 30th.

I don't believe the reshoots were minor, & I think that there may be more truth in Lainey's report than people want to believe. The biggest reason I feel this way is the presence of SM. She's not going to fly in to Vancouver because of scenes with bad lighting, or wigs looking bad. She would ONLY be there because of major problems with scenes. Maybe not everything they worked on was big, but there had to be something that required SM's OK or input. People are not going to complain publicly, they're going to show a united front to the fans, so David Slade tweets that everything is fine & Summit says everything is fine, but I think something was wrong.
As for Rob storming out of a meeting, obviously I don't know any more than anybody else does, but I'm willing to say it could happen. Maybe he got pissed at something, or maybe everyone was pissed at him for being a day late, or a gazzilion other things could have happened, but he probably gets mad just like everybody else does. He's not Saint Rob, he's Rob the regular guy who happens to look like walking sex. :-)
@Marna, BTW, just started reading new BDB book. Think I need to agree with you, something was definitely awry. And, yes ofcourse, Rob is capable of getting angry especially if he has a creative difference, he does have some clout now, afterall. From the gitgo I have had a bad feeling about Eclipse, but I'm so often wrong and usually the opposite turns out, so I'm still holding my breath, but very odd this whole reshoot thing and SM being there. Ultimately, Summit is calling the shots, not SM, Rob or anyone, SOooo we shall see. It could be that DS shot a edgier, more violent scene(s) and Summit got nervous? IMO that would be a good thing.
@lallieb, I've been nervous about Eclipse too, all the minor characters that are suddenly major characters, the horrible wigs, the emphasis on the fighting to bring in the boys, all make me nervous. I guess we'll find out in a little over a month.
I finished the newest BDB book in 2 days, I couldn't get myself to stop reading LOL On the whole, I liked it, there were some chapters I could have done without, but overall I thought it was good.

I also kind of agree with what Lainey said. This wasn't the first time he was reported showing up late. For RM and Bel Ami he was tagged as showing up late after breaks and what not. Still think he works hard and deserves a break, but at the same time this costs the studio money, but we all cant blame rob for being late when the whole reason they need reshoots is because of slade's obvious mistakes. Perhaps they should yell at him. Rob is trying to juggle 3 films in a 2 weeks block..cut the guy some slack.. also London to LA is easily a 14 hour flight.

My wish about Vancouver isn't about production costs - I certainly know they are there for the tax breaks etc - it's about the gossip. It seems to ramp up in Vancouver...Of course it's probably anytime and anywhere its the juggernaut Twilight franchise. Very glad Rob doesn't have to head back soon - and that the promotional duties won't be as intense...

It was one time that tweets mentioned he was/and EVERYONE ELSE were late and that was the last Friday before wrapping...something happened and everyone was delayed and it wasn't just the actors. My guess it was the night he went celebrating Kristen's bday and possibly were a little hungover(in his case) not sure why everyone else wasn't there on time though! So NO he doesn't have the rep of being late or holding up production, sorry your story doesn't have merit!

I thought it was odd that Stephanie was in attendance at the re-shoots also. Maybe they needed to add more romance and they needed her approval on how far she would allow the romance to go. Again this all could be normal and it is being blown out of proportion just like everything Twilight does. I guess we will see come June.
I did read on some thread that the Eclipse re-shoots did not go well, that it was tense. I read it dismissed and moved on. I really don't know or care if it is true.
