Somehow I remember the coming of the Volturi as being way more regal and menacing looking than this. I am sure the actors will deliver with great performances, however, visually they don't convey the power that I remember reading. I think the short robes have something to do with that. Full length robes are always more menacing methinks. Full length robe = fear and foreboding. Calf length robe = hi jinks through the woods a la little red ridding hood.
