Robert Pattinson made a surprise pit stop on his road to promoting Remember Me — The Weather Channel! Yes, R-Patz stopped by Wake Up With Al, where he briefly spoke with Al Roker about his new drama. When he mimed doing the weather and talked about Detroit, I loved the way he flapped his arms about as if he were going to take flight. ;-) TRULY adorkable.
I saw RM tonight. sigh. I think it was a beautiful movie, and he was intensely real and so believable.
If Rob starts doing the weather the ratings for the weather channel are going to be sky-high!!

Remember Me had by far the biggest ratio of the weekend as expected, coming in a $3.6 million and a 3,062 ratio. This was much higher than my estimated ~2,000 ratio and $5.5 million Friday. The marks the 3rd biggest ratio I have seen since last September after Paranormal Activity (6,974), New Moon (5,171) and This Is It (5,155). It was always going to be difficult to gauge because of the very Tweet-happy Twilight fanbase and as it turned out their effect was bigger than I had imagined. The film appears set to take in $9.5 million for the weekend.

My first post.
On RM. GREAT GREAT movie. The more I see it, the better it gets. What's important is, we as fans, love it.
I told my friends and also my accountant. They never heard of it. I think we should continue the campaign. Not just this Saturday but for the coming weeks. Who started the RM Saturday? Maybe they can do the same for the coming weeks. It goes around fast. We can focus on this and show more support to RP.

For the love of all that is Fu..... holy.....folks on the internet are going crazy because RM did not open at No1......and naturally they are playing the blame game,
they are blaming summit (saying the folks at summit want Rob to fail) ,bad press and some bloggers are blaming kstew (Robsten backlash) saying her appearance at the premiere doomed the film from the start.......i think its a combination of all the above (Over exposure,folks are tired of hearing and reading about him and kstew) but like i said yesterday the film did very good for a small indie film........i+to+was+shocked+it+did+not+come+in+at+No1+,if+you+factor+in+his+fame+and+the+hype+he+gets+its+easy+to+assume+the+obvious,but+it+only+opened+in+limited+theatres+so+that+to+could+be+the+cause.....in+any+event+give+it+room+to+grow+before+you+doom+it+as+the+next+'glitter'+i+think+Rob+deserves+that.
