Unless you've been living on a different planet for the last month then you will have heard about "Remember Me" Saturday. Just in case you've been too busy staring into Rob's eyes to know what I'm talking about here is our guide to everything you need to know about it and how YOU can help further Rob's career, his "box office status".
"Remember Me" Saturday is a fan-supported campaign and the idea is a simple but good one. We know that as the fabulous Rob fans that you are that you will all be going to see "Remember Me" when it opens on Friday 12th March, it goes without saying, but due to the fact that Friday and Saturday are the days weekend box office estimates are based on, the idea is to get everyone to go back and see it again on Saturday 13th March (along with anyone else you can manage to persuade to go with you).
Don't let them come up with excuses, once they go and see it they will enjoy it. All the reviews (even the ones from guys) are coming back great so even if the people you are bringing are not Rob fans going into the theatre they will be coming out. If you need any help with persuading your boyfriends/husbands/guy friends etc there are some brilliant tips over on the "Remember Me" Saturday blog.
Here's my tip: Don't tell them about Rob, tell them that the pretty blonde girl from "Lost" is in it or if he's a James Bond fan tell him about Pierce. You won't have to do any persuading as far as your female friends go, Rob will do all the work for you there!
In the meantime spread the word about "Remember Me" Saturday. Put it up on your blog (if you have one) Tweet about it and tell your friends on facebook. Fans have the power to make a difference. This was proved before with our "Little Ashes" Movement, fans made a difference they and can make a difference again.

I won't be able to take part to Remember Me saturday as it only comes out in France on April 7, but I hope you guys break the records and make him happier than a man can be...

Already on board...seeing RM as many times as I saw NM, but not Twilight...Twilight I watch at least twice a week. Annoying I know, but there it is. Can't wait for RM to open March 12!
I wish I could do it. But in Hungary there is no a date for Remember me screening, and the nearest country is Germany, where I could go, and the datum is 25th march there. But my daughter is in Brussel, I send her to see the movie on Saturday.

Wow thats a really great idea, too bad us guys in Africa cant help out on the exact date. its coming to theatres here in April I think, but im definatly dragging everyone I know to c it. oh & I watch a bit of twilight every morning before i go to work puts a smile on my face...totally robsessed. I want so badly for him to be taken as the great actor he is not just a pretty face.

Unfortunately in Italy it will come out only on March 26, so I won't be able to take part to this awsome event. But for that day I've already "booked" as many friends as I could and trust me, considering the script I read, one time won't be enough!

I am hoping there will be an early (as in morning) Friday showing, as I do not go to movies on Saturdays until it is night time, and I don't see well enough at night to drive to cinema.
So I hope if there IS a Friday showing, it will be counted in that weekend's tally.

Solas, they do count Sunday, sort of. Weekend box office receipts include Friday (plus midnight Thursday if) and Saturday as well as an estimate of Sunday sales---based on some percentage of Saturday sales.

@Solas, i have an idea for you. for example, here in Toronto the first show is at around twelve o'clock, so if it's the same in you town, you can order the tickets for the first show on Friday (in case you just want to support the movie) and after you'll be able to actually buy the ticket and watch the movie whenever you want.

I had planned on Watching on Monday, March 15 with niece and sister-in-law, but now I just might try the Thurs. Midnight show and watch it again Monday without telling them I have already seen it. How sneaky, but it helps Robs Box office numbers and that's all that matters. Since its opening so much later at other countries, his numbers should just go up, not down. Just hope they hit as many theaters as New Moon.
RPL -don't you agree that he really needs to do CraigyFerg's show? I think those two just talking would be wildly entertaining.

A friend and I already have tix for Friday, but I SUPPOSE I could drag myself to the theatre again Saturday to see Rob in the shower/bedroom/kicking some ass on the street. Why is Rob in a fight, bloodied, with his face on the pavement and pushed on the hood of a car so friggin' hot? What is wrong with me?
I'll have to get REALLY creative to get the boyfriend to the theatre, this is not going to be easy. This Rob cat was out of the bag over a year ago, there's no pretending here. Not sure the 'hot woman in the movie' argument is gonna cut it.

Almost equally as syched to see the Eclipse trailer, just read that Muse will not be on the soundtrack, can't say I'm disappointed, I'm little 'Mused out' to be honest. Although SMBH will always be one of my fav songs of all time. Was in love with it before I even heard of Twilight and just about fell off my chair with excitment when the baseball scene came on screen.

Since I have to go to NYC to see it (it is not any place local, that first weekend, at least) and I have to be back home well before sundown to prepare Friday evening and Saturday meals, etc, I think going into NYC Friday morning to see the 11 Am showing will work; I can get home by 3 PM.
So I will get to see it before Remember Me Saturday--it will be Remember Me Friday for myself. ;-)
Veils--tell him it is a family drama on the wavelength of Ordinary People, and that it would be psychologically cathartic to see it. ;-)

I will be there and see it as many times as I can, I have watched Twilight every day this year so far, I have it on sky+, sky player and also the DVD, have got New Moon pre-ordered so as soon as that comes, I will be watching that as much as possible. Just received today from my postman - Robsessed, The Haunted Airman, and the Harry Potter movies with Rob in them, am now waiting for a few other DVD's to add to my collection of Robmobilia.
NB meeting tonight....I'm SO there. I wish I had one friend or family member who was as Robsessed as I am. Plenty of peeps love Rob, but they are not Robsessed! Big difference. I would love to go to the theater again and again to see RM with someone who felt like I do. But, I'll go by myself like I did for Twilight and NM. Doesn't bother me at all. I just tell my hubby that I'll see him later~~he knows where I'll be!!! We've gotta support our man and our habit!!

Only saw it a couple of times, but I will buy the CD just to have everything of Rob's in my video library. Can't wait for Eclipse. I would love to be at the opening in LA, but don't think I can do the 5 nights sleeping out thing. I'm just not that young any more.
