God, the more I look & listen to Rob, the more I find him incredibly gorgeous, beautiful, charming... Speechless.
So yesterday evening really coulnd't help: I told my husband I love him (The Pretty obv!). I confessed with a very calm voice and a seraphic smile on my face (thanks god my thick glasses lens were hiding the lustful look into my eyes, which would have melt my contact lens!). But he looked at me as if a was a crazy teen screaming for Take That... Why darling??? It's the best and noblest replacement you could ever have! you must be proud your wife has such a good taste!
FILTM!
PS: my husb spent the rest of the evening googling for Paris Hilton pics... what an adorable silly ;-) Didn't know whether to be happy for me or offended by such a ridiculous comparison between my choice and his!
@ Robsessive LOL! well, I don't think he's really jelaous, c'mon... I said adorable silly, not stupid... omg, hope so...:-)!!. Ummm... anyway must better investigate , tonight a new Pretty-Immersion with husb by my side... and if again PH.. bedroom door locked forever (with me and pc on Robsessed inside)!
I'm terribly lucky - my husband doesn't mind because he thinks Rob is NOT handsome. The first time we watched Twilight together, he loved the film , but he ended up saying - "but what's with that guy? He's not that terribly good-looking, is he? So why is he so famous? Why do you girls like him? I don't get it". So he's not even jealous although he now recognizes Rob's face and sometimes points it for me when he sees a magazine cover. Lol
@Nina: LOL!!! very nice scene! Think my husband wouldn't be so comprehensive...even if he agreed in coming with me when RM will be out here. Maybe can be a good start for a fruitful "ménage a trois"... or not... I'm not so sure I want my happy RobIsland to be attended by him, it's MY healthy Obsession :-). I finally decided to confess just because I was tired to close Robsessed windows when he was flying like an annoying mosquito around the pc desk to check why I was totally in ecstasy and went on not answering him...;-)
I actually told this story on another post. But about a month ago I called my husband Robert my mistake (I know I was freaking out too). I was like: "Robert, did you closed the gate when you came in?"
And he burst out laughing and said: "That guy's gonna ruin my life"
those are the moments that make us love them more...
@why is rum...funny. Some people must be blind...lol..no seriously.. Rob not handsome??? I went to see RM with a (older) girlfriend of mine who isn't robsessed at all and after the movie she says "that was good, but it kind of dagged a bit... like with all the love making parts" I think I gave her a WTF look when that came out of her mouth
@Robsessive: I'm sure he thought (and still now he is thinking despite my quick admission) that I was just Twilight-Obsessed. He saw me several time checking for saga information on internet or chatting about it with friends...he couldn't absolutly imagine (and at that time me too!!!!) that it was only the first obliged step into my ROBsession: not only a total physical appreciation of The Pretty (lick & save always, anyway ;-)) but true admiration for a young talended actor and a Man (not a boy) who is Charm in Person just being himself and not pretending to be a star. He's so great!
@ Meme My husband gets a bit huffy when I mention Rob. Think that started when we got a virus on the computer and I asked him to fix it for me. He discovered my (frankly huge) stash of RobPorn and ever since then has tutted every time he sees him on tv! Add to that my Rob pc wallpaper and my collection of dvds, and my phone wallpaper - oops! Actually, I'm beginning to se his point...
I need to stop looking at these pics when my husband is still at home. Or in the morning anyway. How am I supposed to to anything else but stare at him?! Seriously!
Love your husband stories! Mine always yells in a very high voice "Edward" when he sees him somewhere and then laughs.
@Fifty Don't worry. We all have Rob everywhere :) I think the best we can do is come clean and admit the ROBsession. I got away with it by telling my husband (with my most innocent expression on y face): "you know, he reminds me of you a little...not physically, but he's attitud, he's adorable and dorky, just like you..." that put him on a good mood and now he just teases me about it.
I'm LOVING all of these husband stories. My ROBsession all began with reading Twilight (on my HONEYMOON no less!) Then the obsession led me to see the movie....then--well, it was all downhill from there. Before I knew about this sight I was CONSTANTLY googling Rob, youtubing him, searching for anything new. THEN--I discovered this site--better know as heave for Rob lovers!! Of course after discovering this site--I've been checking it everyday--multiple times a day. I tried to keep it private but one day my husband said to me--ya' know--I found something *interesting* on the computer today....ROBsessed?!?!?!?!? I told him a *friend* sent me the site because she knew how much I liked Twilight! (what am I, 17 again? No Mom, those aren't MY the cigarettes...they're a friends!!!)
Well, fast forward a few months later--my husband--he's pretty much used to it by now. He even came to see RM with me last weekend. Although he does admit that he is handsome--he couldn't help but to jab him during his *lovemaking* scene with Emilie. Husband: "His arm is soooo scrawny!!! It's just as big as Emilile's!!" Me: "Oh shhhh...it is not!" He also poked fun at how low his jeans were hanging off his bum in one shot--they actually were, I have to admit it!
Overall, he's ok with it--but does tend to get annoyed/jealous when I tend to talk about it tooo much.
I mean to say *heaven* in my last post...not heave! LOL!
Also--I forgot who said it on here--but she called her husband Rob. Well, is anyone ever afraid they might call out Rob's name while....well...you know....doing the deed? I'll tell ya, I've been fantasizing about him (hence my name!) constantly while doing the deed....I'm afraid I might actually say his name aloud! Now THAT would be terrible!
Does anyone else *fantasize* about Rob when with their husbands? Is that awful!?!? How would I feel if I knew he was constantly fantasizing about someone? Hmmm...I dont' know...but I can't NOT think about Rob lately..
Oh now that you have it in your head you won't be able to help it! It's a slippery slope though--I literally can't think of anything else now. And it's not even that naughty per se....all I have to do is imagine his face, or say his name in my mind and I'm good! I wish I could say it was this elaborate fantasy...it's not!
Hi everyone--have been so busy with RL have just been lurking for a while--lots of excitement lately!!
That man is just beautiful. Love the air guitar picture. And Emilie has amazing legs, let me say...
Love the husband stories. I have not formally admitted it to my hub but he knows anyway. That article that was in the WSJ a couple of weeks ago--the one that mentioned Robsessed? he underlined the part about 80% of women admitting they'd leave their husbands for Rob and wrote next to it, "Guess I'm not the only one..." I found it when I read the paper later that day!! I think that article made him feel better!
I haven't gotten up the nerve to admit I am obsessed with FF though. But when I do I will tell him that it is responsible for our, uh, rejuvenated sex life, LOL. He should be just fine with that :)
My eldest daughter bought me a Rob calendar and my husband makes fun of it. He just calls him the vampire boy! In all reality he thinks about the chances of me ever being with Rob and thinks it is all hilarious. He has no desire to see any of Rob's movies-figures cause his favorite movies is---The Sound of Music-and well he is 11 years older than me. So we don't share the same likes in music and movies. Did I mention we live in separate house on the same street? All my friends think I have the perfect marriage set up!:)
He was reading MotU over my shoulder one night and declared that it was porn. My reply was that it was very well written porn, and therefore of intellectual value... At least we women are imaginative enough to not need the illustrated version LOL!
The bizarre thing is that my Rob fantasies seldom involve sex... well not too often anyway. Actually that's a load of crap - what I mean is that not ALL of them involve sex ;)
I have stayed up REALLY late reading FF more nights than I can count...I don't know what my husband thinks is going on. One of these days I will fess up. I don't want him to think I'm having an online affair or something...or am I? LOL
@fantasizing: thinking of Him during the ehm... Supreme Act(ok, seems quite an elegant expression)?
too dangerous for me, always try to avoid it, it will be the end of my marriage...and when the temptation is arriving (always) well, I start thinking about.. I don't know.. shopping list? curtains to clean? nailpolish to be refreshed? ok, it works.. oh yeah, of course my hub! darling here you are...).
except this particular situation.. always & everywhere thinking of ehm...ok, you get it: - while ironing: Rob, give me your shirt, it's a little bit rub...oh do you wanna..now? ready of course! - while driving: Rob, are you tired honey? well pull down the back seat and rest..oh do you wanna..now? ready of course! - while cooking: taste my pasta Rob, do you like it? no??? my apple-pie, neither...well whatelse?..oh do you wanna..now(I agree, better)? ready of course!
ok, must stop myself.
PS: I'd like to point out that in my dreams is always Rob that Want Me, not the contrary! I don't want to be blamed for objectifing him. NOT AT ALL! I just want him to be happy (as you all) so I do my best to satisfy his wishes (as you all would do, absolutely sure!) :-)
Wow, Emilie has the most beautifully toned dancer's legs! Rob sure knows how to pick 'em. They made a lovely match in RM.
RPG thanks for the warning. I'm not going anywhere near EP until I've got my full game face on. So much angst in the FF world lately, and so little wild love. Is there something in the water, or what?
These are such great red carpet photos... he looks smart, handsome, and at ease with the crowd and the press, in short, perfect... so what happened in the short time from these photos to the after-party shots? I feel so sorry for him today, he must be feeling terrible about this now. I really have to lay some blame for these horrible "out of it" photos on those around him who are responsible for keeping him away from this. Hopefully, he will escape the cameras before he gets into this shape again; I really do feel so bad for him especially after he's done so much work to make sure that his new film is taken seriously.

I told the story here again...
But I haven't though about him during...ya know...After reading your comment now...I don't think I'll be able to help it!! LOL.
I wouldn't feel guilty if I were you....as long as you don't admit it...it's harmless, it wont hurt your husband's feelings

Flippy flappy Rob hands are the best type of hands. Emilie is adorable and so tiny! They both look beautiful as always :)
Wow, Emilie has the most beautifully toned dancer's legs!
Rob sure knows how to pick 'em.
They made a lovely match in RM.
RPG thanks for the warning. I'm not going anywhere near EP until I've got my full game face on.
