Good morning/afternoon, These are so cute. I loved this interview. Rob seemed relaxed with JF, probably b/c they spent the afternoon in a tree together. ;-)
This was one of the best interviews and the tree scene will always be one of my favourites... until we get to see Rob in a comedy... It was fun to hear him say in one of the interviews from the press junket of Remember Me that he would like to do a comedy but the most of them were written for so and so... I'm sure that somewhere somebody will soon write a comedy just for him... That would be great.. An English movie with the british humour would be fantastic and we could finally get to hear Rob's real and charming voice...
Thanks for these, great pics (incidentally the last one does not "open" for me). Great to see Rob looking so relaxed and having fun!
The UK's Sunday Mail Mag "Live" this weekend featured a long interview with Rob that was so negative it almost made me want to cry. Some quite old photo's and same old comments like "my sisters used to dress me up as a girl and call me Claudia", "I can't watch myself in my movies" and "I never do anything interesting". 99% of this article was negative and would not have put Rob in a good light for people reading it, not knowing much about Rob.
I can't help thinking that the author of the article had not really interviewed Rob at all - he has appeared to be so much more confident, relaxed and happy in recent months that the two don't weigh up for me. Any UK fans agree with me?
Well done Rob, for handling yourself so well in the Remember Me press stuff - you were a delight to watch. The scene in the tree was a real gem!
sissi - ITA but it doesn't have to be a comedy - anything to hear him use his real dreamy accented voice for a change...
@Carole - I would be willing to bet the "writer" (used loosely) of that article probably just pulled all those negative comments from all the other interviews Rob has done over the last few years... It is obvious that Rob has grown more comfortable and happier about his work and fame. ;)
I wasn't so crazy about the interview. It was OK, but I thought JF veered into things that weren't all that relevant to Rob in the present (Rob's musical aspirations, though I liked he mentioned Lizzy) and then prolonged the discussion, ultimately making it silly, talking too much. Rob is not an easy interview (I mean he's no Johnny Depp), and he'll definitely talk, but the trick is to find the right cues to engage him, & humor helps, but for that you need to bring something different to the table for Rob to think about & respond to (which could take all night!). I appeciate that JF thought the music might be such and there was limited time. Just my opinion.
However, Rob in the Bothered tree skit, ADORABLE! His fluffy hair, that jacket, his expressions, and obviously hanging on for dear life. Loved it!! A definite keeper.

@CL07: :D - I agree, spending time with Rob in a tree takes the relationship to a different level...
Would like to see Rob and Jimmy together again. Jimmy is a hoot.
This was such a cute interview. And Rob up in a tree with Jimmy being bohvered was priceless. :o)
