at your comment regarding Kristen. You seem to be the type to look for the best in people and that is a really good thing.
Try as I might I still don't like her. It's more than just being jealous because I'd be jealous of anyone around Rob. I just don't appreciate her attitude. It's strange because I know she stutters and can't really articulate, but when you piece together what she says she seems to really think about her answers and seems smart.
Her attitude on the other hand, really should have been left at the playground. I don't like how one day she calls her fans stupid and the next is thanking them but not really thanking them..just sort of saying it because it is expected. She has a huge fanbase without twilight and she couldnt say thank you to her loyal fans?--only twilight? to me she seems very unappreciative.
I get that she understands fans dont like her so she has a chip on her shoulder, but there are tons of people like Kstew411 and people on this blog like yourself who are really big fans of hers and support her. To me I thinks he sounds educated in the way that she speaks (verbose words), but her attitude is very juvenile. I am almost 21. She is a year younger than me I am not the most mature person either, but I still try to respect people and appreciate the people around me. The way she presents herself is very negative.
She honest to god could be the sweetest girl in the world, but her attitude says otherwise and that why it bugs me. It is not how she looks or dresses. I personally think she is average looking and to me its a boost because at least we know rob isnt shallow and there may be hope for us all yet. I think dressing unhollywood like is actually refreshing too. It simply comes down to her attitude. If she really was a nice girl I wish she could show the world the real Kristen then because right now her attitude seems obnoxious. I really do try to like her. I can see why people like her and are drawn to her, but unless you are a fan of hers off the bat a person has to try really really hard to be a fan of hers. I wish she would do something to change my mind because I really would like to like her. She just gives me the wrong vibes.

I don't think war is a solution to any problem either. But as an american i do feel that we need to do what is possible to defend ourselves. The wealth distribution you are talking about is literally split between the Bloomberg family, Astor, Johnson, Rockefeller families. These are all old money families. The money that they accumulated is generational. The rest of the money isnt spread out equally in America either. But i agree that education and redistribution of wealth is a must.

I disagree vehemently with EstGarzo about dealing with terrorism, but will not get into it here, except to say that I don't think redistribution of wealth is the answer (sounds like the bolshevik plan). education if done properly is one key, but there are so many other factors, most especially the way we raise our children-and even that isn't foolproof--I didn't let my kids even PLAY with guns and look where my son went.

I've been reading robsessed since last summer and i really like your way of conduct the blog.
I confess,i'm a shipper ando being an adult woman i've had doubts for a long time on a real existing relationship.
As stephlegit my doubts were quite off after august just cause i think they wanted to be papped at chateaux while concerts pics were from fans phones so really true.
I'm also convinced that you can fly a lots of hour to visit yuour good friend but you won't do it if you have spent with this friend seven months in a year...i mean, Rob and Kris were together since august to november and probably they hang out some times in L.A. in december too. So there wasn't a real need to meet again if you are just good friend. Since NYE my doubts have disappeared.
I just want Rob to get to NYC safely and without weather delays. I'm chomping at the bit for the Rob media blitz next week!

I first visited New York during my hooney moon ten years ago and then again in 2003. My brother in law Has lived in Manathan for eight years and durig twin towers attack he was fortunatly here in italy to visit us . he worked very near ground zero. All of us were shocked and i still cry when i watch or see images from that day.
When everithing happened i immediatly looked for our twin towers entrance tickets that i
attached in my photo albums of the honey moon.
My favourite places in NY : public library, MOMA and Metropolitan, Central park where in the julay of 2003 listened to a concert of the philarmonic orghestra with a pirotecnic show at the end( so wonderful experience) the village, coney island ( bad thing they are going to destry the luna park) and so on.

I think that people have these preconceived notions based on stereotypes. It's nice talking to people from other countries. America may be a huge country, but compared to the rest of the world it seems small. I personally like having international friends.

I can understand you. You can write in italian too. I can read italian. I just can't understand when it is spoken. My mom is italian and I have taken the language for the past 5 years. She speaks in dialect so I have a hard time understanding her sometimes.
I am glad that you enjoy NY. It really is a unique city and I am glad you had the opportunity to at least see the Twin Towers. I still cry a lot thinking about that day. I never knew anyone besides Americans cared so it nice to hear. Americans feel that every country hates them (including myself) so i thank you for caring so much about the lives lost on 9/11.

I remember 9/11 like it was yesterday. I was 7 months pregnant with my second child and was watching the Today Show as usual when I saw the North Tower on fire and then the second plane fly into the South Tower. Those first few days were so horrific and I remember crying and crying. Luckily my oldest child was only 2 at the time so I didn't have to explain to her what was going on. Living in the northeast I know people who have lost loved ones there and it is/was so tragic.
@Ianolagirl: This is news to me about KS and Jackson! No, I am not that same person and have never posted on another board...just this one. So there really is a story out there about KS and Jackson?? Hahah! I would highly doubt that...but ya never know! My friend does not speak of this "knowledge" to anyone in the industry or anyone else! But we are very close and she told me...as I'm sure Peter Facinelli would tell his wife what the real story is.....that's why I would never give out her name and get her into hot water. Who would know from me saying anything on this blog who she is anyway. Not trying to "prove" anything...but just stating what I know to all the people who would like to know. I guess I could say nothing and let you all continue to believe that they are "together and in love and gonna have babies and all that", but that is simply not true.
macbeth sounds like a fun place steph but sadly I have never been out of the united states. (I have however visited some of the best bars on bourbon street (new orleans).)
I'm thinking a big trip when my daughter turns 16 or 18 (it's a ways away), it's just us and I'm torn between london, paris and venice.
@Steph: I commented before that I saw Kristen at the Conan show in November up close and in person...you probly remember me saying that. I just want to re-iderate that although she was nice and all, she seemed very shy, immature, and just a tad on the "trashy" side. even though newark is in nj it caters to both international flights to and from ny. technically newark is closer to manhattan than jfk is. jfk is deep into queens. the roads arent cleared yet. i have 4 wheel drive and i have trouble getting around. we have a total snow accumulation of about 20 inches. we are still expecting more snow. personally i think its safe to send flights out, but not to get them in. there flight was around 3 or 4 oclock and london is about a 6 hour flight so they should be here by 10 the latest. maybe if i am lucky kristen will have a connecting light to LA lol.
i am sure the runways are clear. the roads are a different story all together.
We're all friendly here...and I'm glad no ones at eachothers throats...no need for that. I do respect all your opinions. Yes, I sometimes wonder about them. no im in NY. i was jsut saying maybe once they land she will have a connecting flight and leave rob here in ny with me and she can go back on her merry way to LA
JFK is nicer and easier to navigate through. You probably won't get lost, but because its NYC airport there is a lot of air traffic. SO a 5 hour flight turns into a 6.5 flight cuz you will hover over the airport for an hour. then once you land there is no place to park the plane. its so disorganized so i don't like it. at least when they land (because of the weather) they may be able to dodge the paps.
Newark isn INT'L and its closer to NYC. Newark is literally about 15-20 from manhattan where as jfk is about 40-45ish minutes. it also depends on where you are staying. jfk toward manhattan will lead you into lower manhattan and newark will lead you into the upper west side. Where rob needs to be in midtown.

my friend is snowed in at home and she lives in new milford. she said that there are planes taking off and landing. I hear the planes from JFK doing the same. It started around 4ish that they started letting flights in. I mean its great that planes are able to take off and stuff, but no one can leave. The roads are terrible. I wish I coould show you all a pic of the amount of snow we have. I am at my parents home right now which is only 15-20 from jfk and it is absolutley terrible. the roads are a mess and they are doing construction on the beltparkway which is the road they will need to take to get into the city. they might be stuck in traffic for a little too.. oh well. should have waited until sunday.

My neighbors already think I am weird. When I was home for winter break in january my friends and I played manhunt..in our costumes leftover from halloween. bear in mind most of my friends are between the ages of 20-25.

It's monday right? I wasnt going to go and i gave everyone on here sh_t for going, but one of my friends from my classes saw the background pic on my phone and was like "omg i love him" and i was like " no you dnt" then she proved her loyalty.. 45 minutes later she roped me into going with her at 3:30am. I told her she owes me coffee, gloves, food and her first born.
I know you think I am nuts for not wanting to go. I didn;t got once for the RM filming even though it took place literally 2 blocks from where I live both in Manhattan and Brooklyn. I just feel like I am going to be so disappointed waiting there in the freezing cold for just a glimpse of him. Even if he gets to sign autographs he will sign my pic and then move on. i honestly don't know. it is cold, i wouldnt put it past people to start sleeping there saturday night. there are a few bloggers on this site who plan on flying in this weekend as well.
i mean my friend wants to get there around 4 or 5am. she said she has done these circuits before and sometimes theres a morning crowd, but most def and evening crowd despite the weather. waiting around in the cold really isnt my thing lol.
ny=ers prob wont give a damn enough to show up. i am kind of indifferent to going myself, but if there are ppl flying in then i am pretty sure there will prob be a big crowd despite the cold. then again who knows.. never done this sort of thing before

I am. This is just my typically response when I am excited about something. I sit here analyzing how stupid the idea is. I just feel like a little sh*t for caving in an going. I feel like I am part of rob's problems and not the solution.
BTW the plane landed safely apparently they were on a flight with sir paul mccartney. maybe he can act as the buffer for the paps?
Showing up for a premiere as his fan is not being part of the problem. Following him and grabbing him or interupting a scene he is shooting is being part of the problem. How do you know about his flight landing?
Usually I depend on twitter updates. Apparently people are talking about SPM being on their flight, but i am not sure if they are joking.
go to kstew411. i usually read it when i know something with rob is involved.. like this week at the bafta's for example. Goz said she is reliable and not a shipper just a big kstew fan. I have a few people i follow on twitter. I just dont update my twitter i mainly stick to facebook.
ive literally been stuck on this blog since noon with nothing to do because i am snowed in. entertain me. lets see what transpires. i mean i would call rob and kris to hang out since they are in nyc, but somrthing tells me that dont want to hang out with me. boo!

He does look possessed and I'm excited to see Robert do jon stewart! I have high expectations for that.
Remember Me is a Summit movie, but Kristen is very polarizing for Robert's fanbase. You got some who love her and some who hate her, so her going on the red carpet would be promotional gesture but a personal gesture at this point, post-London and tweetings about their jolly good time in England together.
I say Kristen will go with his friends and family but skip the red carpet. The only way it won't look like an unspoken gesture of gf is if other twilight cast members are there and she can look like she's there in a more official capacity.
Don't think she'll do the red carpet even then though.
I tend to lean more towards they are together and my reasons being..
1. I wouldn't fly such a distance for a "friend". Other side of the country maybe, but that would have to be for a very close friend.
2. With the new moon appearances being over and eclipse being quite far off release date, yet they seem to be spending time together still?!? They would of been together all the time while shooting new moon/eclipse, having press conferences, interviews, premieres etc. Yet they squeeze in the bit of free time they have to see one another?
That doesn't really seem like a "friendship".
3. The few interviews I have seen of Rob being asked straight out if he was dating her.. He goes straight from articulate and well spoken to awkward.
4. The way he looks at her.. It looks like a really nervous, uneasy attraction.
Before the holding hands photo/KOL concert/dinners etc. I would just think, maybe they are, maybe they aren't.
But I think there's much more now that points to they are a couple.
Personally I couldn't give a flying fuck, it's their life, I actually feel sorry for them.. It would piss me off big time being followed everywhere and asked the same question constantly.
I really respect them for keeping such a low profile, must be hard.

These discussions of whether or not they are together are always interesting to read. I believe they are together as much more than friends and here is my reasonsing.
Candid pictures of them together taken where she is looking adoringly into his eyes and he is smiling that drop dead gorgeous smile into hers. Pictures withe his arm protectively around her. The way they lean into each other. Would I do this with a friend? Perhaps with a particularly demonstrative or close friend.
Interviews they do together where they are having so much fun together, playing off of each other, when they look awkward and uncomfortable in interview alone. Could this also be a sign of friendship? I think so, but then I think friendship comes first and is the foundation for real love.
Comments the he and others have made. He has said in multiple sources that she was his preTwilight Hollywood crush and the reason he auditioned for the part. They have fantastic chemistry from the start which both have stated as has the director. His friend, can't remember if it was Tom or Bobby, said she was the only girl he wanted. Too many people who know them both or have worked with them both have alluded to a relationship closer than friendship.
They have compatible personalities and shared interests. Both are talented, serious actors. Both are musicians who have that artist's love for music. Both are casual and like to hit the pubs and clubs or just hang out. Both are a little quirky and not mainstream. They both prefer to dress down in jeans and t-shirts and running shoes and even have the same habits of the messy hair and running their fingers through it often. Could this be a sign of friendship? Sure, but they seem to get more and more alike as time goes on.
And, here is my final comment in support of a relationship beyond friendship. Could you, as an 18 or 19 year old young woman be with Rob for more than an hour and not fall in love with him? If he turned that smile, those eyes, his charm, and attention on you, couldl you resist? I think he is in love with her and she has responded to that like any woman would. It may have been difficult at first because she was in a relationship when they met, but since that relationship ended, I think they have decided to give their love for each other a chance to see where it will go.
Maybe I am simply projecting my feelings onto Kristen, but I hope they are in love. They are young and in a profession that pulls them apart for extended periods of time so who knows how long it will last. I hope they enjoy every minute they can with each other while they can and who knows, maybe they will beat the odds and love will win out.

Yeah, I know what you mean, waiting in the cold with a mass of crazy teenagers for what? A piece of paper, which he didn't even look at!
But I know I would go, I could't stand being somwhere else when I know he's near...
I agree, and what if you stand out in the freezing cold and he doesn't even sign your paper? What if you're short like me (5'3) and can't get a good glimpse of him? If I'm going to wait to see Rob it's not when it's winter. But then again I don't live in NYC either. I do live close enough though, near Philadelphia which is 2 hours from NYC. I would love it if Rob was in a play on Broadway and I could go see him.
