When Rob is doing a project, I suspect he stays in character a LOT, even when away from the set. He looks like that here, like he is in Georges mode. I have heard him say that he often keeps whatever accent he is using at work when he is away from it to stay in character. And we all know what a pro he is, how he takes his work very seriously and seems to be a perfectionist.
And that interviewer that got a kiss from him? Wow! What a lucky girl!

Kristen is in L.A. She flew back from Sundance to L.A. last week. I don't think she turned right around and went back to London. Rob looks a little bored with it all...he's probly at a pub with some friends and these girls bombarded him. He's such a gentleman, he dosent get mad but is probly thinking "oh, ok...fine, take a pic". He does look like he has gotten his drink on tho!
