The women that hate on Kristen actually are crazy I think. You act like you know rob personally! Are you his mom, dad, sister? Then shut up! If you don't lime his choices go stalk and obsess about someone else! Easy. You're taking this so personally. I love Rob. I trust him and his judgment in people. I don't really get Kristen, but I do get that she is a person who is hard to get to know. I didn't like her as Bella because she immediately reminded me of the girls in high school who fascinated the boys, and held the other girls at a distance--but, as I learned after high school, those girls rarely did either one of those things on purpose. It's just who they were, the energy they projected. Does that make sense?
And Rob is only 23 and Kris is only 19. I would be very very surprised if this was forever, even f they are perfect for each other right now.
Just want our lovely boy happy. And he looks happy. Not brainwashed or pushed around: happy.

Toomuch it's interesting that you've said that, it's always been a mystery to me as to why so many women who are fans of Rob hate Kristen so much, I guess I understand now that many are threatened by her personality, she's a strong girl for such a young age and that must be difficult if some people aren't that confident they will surely see her as a threat to Rob, especially since he comes across as very sensitive and self deprecating. I guess it's the mother hen syndrome in some of Rob's fans worrying about him being as you said "brainwashed" by such a strong or as some like to call her "bitchface" female, but the issue here is, that most don't know how she is with him behind closed doors, or how she truly is in general, you just have this perception of her and that can be tricky. I'd have you know that many of those cookie cutter "sweet" female personas are just hellish when the cameras aren't rolling, that's what everyone recognizes as the DIVA syndrome, however from all those who've worked with her Kristen is anything BUT, but I do understand how some of her comments (since it's hard for her to articulate) could come across as harsh and could very easily be misunderstood, again she's still very young and people are constantly evolving as she grows and matures she'll probably be able to project her ideas in a more subtle and gentle nature, and may change people's perception of her in general. The one's who simply hate/dislike her because she's the ONE with Rob and not them, may not change their views of her so easily. Then again that's their right, and personal opinion, BUT I guess we are here to discuss Rob, and not Kristen, I was just taken aback by all the negativity and thought to comment on your views :)
I guess it's not mandatory for anyone to LOVE Kristen just because Rob does, it would just seem very respectful of Rob if people didn't tear her down and kept the noise about her to low levels. JMO

Why the comments about Rob and Tom being a gay couple are 'disrespectful'? Only people who think that there's something wrong with being gay, would say something like that? Really don't get the Kristen haters. She is clearly someone whom Rob likes and cares for. He obviously enjoys her company. If there's more to it then good for them. Don't you want him to be happy?

Steph, you keep repeating yourself in these posts about how you don't like Kristen but have tried, etc. and we totally get it! It's getting annoying that you are posting the same thing over and over again.
Dozens of us who used to be on this site night and day, when it was the best place in the world to share our fascination with Rob, now only visit occasionally. We check to see if the infection of negativity and name-calling still persists, and we come because we support Goz & Co. and the great work they've always done.
After many months of great times and 1000-post blogs, the maturity level suddenly took a dive. I'm not talking about age. Some older people are childish and some teens are socially and intellectually mature. Instead of respecting Rob's right and ability to make his own choices, warring factions sprang up with people on both sides claiming to know what's best for him. Unless you know the parties involved as intimately as he does, how can you possibly presume such a thing?
How can you say you "hate" this one or insist that one is a better choice? Spot-checking tonight, I came across an example - someone Rob should be with because they'd "look good together." Thank goodness, Rob appears to use deeper criteria to choose those close to him. Hence the friends he's had half his young life who remain loyal to him and that he supports - often at this own peril - just as unswervingly despite his exalted position.
There are plenty of sites where you can create your own Rob fantasy team. This one used to be home to fans who think he's dangerously close to perfect and more than capable of making his own decisions. No rude comments, no rampant judging of others on scant evidence.
Not Goz's fault. She rightly respects diverse opinions. It would be nice if those who prefer animosity to celebration could take it to some more appropriate site, and respect the intent of this one.

@Diane, I know this thread is dead (thankfully), but just wanted to respond to you. I was not here back in the day, discovered it on the day that some photos of R&K hit the internet: Unaware in the middle of the night on a dark airport tarmac and got pappzed. I was absolutely stunned at the comments. No Twihards, just sensible intelligent opinions. Who were these people? I've been here ever since and don't go anywhere else. So depending on the day or the thread, things can get lively, but there's really no divisive, hating or bashing. EXCEPT, unfortunately, when Kristen comes up. And even then, there's lot's of people who add sanity to the squabbling. You decided to peek in on a bad thread. I don't know if your reference to immaturity extends beyond that and to the NB talk about Rob, which I don't participate in. In any event, you should come back.
