Seriously, if there was an award for worst translated movie titles our country would win :D And it's like that with almost every title, for example 'Dear John' was translated as 'I still love her'. I laughed at that for days

OMG our Polish translates are the worst!!! your forever.. bleh! I can't even think about that one! I'm going to stick with English title :) but Croatian translation of Prison Break is making me laugh so hard :d
yeah... the Polish translation is .. have no words ... irrevalant and cheap
but as I remember long, long ago the title of the film called "Ssssssnake" which was a horror movie about some mysterious snake killing ppl on foggy swamps... and the Polish translation was "A woman-snake" whereas the said snake changed into one of the film characters, a woman in the last 10 mins of the film ... suspense and surprise , oh yeah
I'm also polish and I bet the translators are mostly old fat guys who think that kind of title would speak to women. Epic FAIL!!! Thank God there's no guy reading lines in the movies with his typical monotone voice (they usually read "I love you" and "give me a glass of wine" with the same tone of voice)...awesome...
omg, how much i loove polish translations... :/ i went to twilight and subtitles was like "lion felt in love with a sheep... what a stupid sheep!" thats just jokes at least we had some LOL with friends xD
