Gozde, you're really strong in resisting to watch all those stuff. You should be proud of yourself, really:) I've watched the first three clips and now I so regret doing this:( But since the shower scene clip I try not to watch anything new. I hope I'll make it:)

fabulous banner as his hair on it! thanx, girls. i'm going to stuck my ears and close my eyes watching RM while they show Eclipse trailer, no spoilers for me this year. i just can not get for what Summit gives away the whole movie twelve days before the premier??? whose who plan to watch the movie will come anyway because of Rob or because of the script. whose who are not Rob's fans won't come, they are mostly Twilight's haters. any extra not needed in my opinion. does Eclipse need promotion and that early? don't think so :) just my opinion, maybe i give too much credit to Robert's fanbase..

can someone who's willing to keep watching this (me...) and is computer savvy (not me) help me do a screen freeze of the moment in the shower where rob's spitting out water and looking amused? :D pleasepleaseplease?
Echo: I personally like the freeze frame profile view of him looking down at her. That look has epic written all over it.
I am not expressing myself very well here, but that look makes me fantasize a whole novel around it. Just one look, that is all it took, took, took....
Unlike Stephenie Meyer, I do not need a whole dream to think up a story; I just need one photo. I know, it is weird, but it is freaking fun.
There are actually a lot of Rob photos, both in and out of character, which have this power to make me conjure up a whole novel around them.
The looks on his face are so potent, not just, sometimes, impregnating, but also the tragic, dominating, vulnerable, tender, etc. You get the point. All of them are utterly stunning.
A lot of you think he KNOWS what he is doing with those looks.
Yeah, I think, by now, he has a stock of them to trot out. It is so easy for him because probably the first time he did it he did not know and was surprised by the reaction to one of his natural expressions.
But by now it takes very little to bring them out. (Think Cannes, Inglorious Basterds premiere.)
However, that said, I think he might turn them on, so to speak, yet still have no idea how something like the penetrating, smouldering gaze--we all know the one--gets there. He is just as bewildered by the power it has as we are.
It is magic. He just exudes this breathtaking presence and he really does not know how he does it. None of us do. It is a mystery.
If he gets his picture taken too often--like that has already happened many moons ago--there is a possibility that he will start to try to conjure up the looks. (Who knows what Wenner or any of the other photographers said to him during the shoots.)
If Rob is a successful magician, ironically the magic will disappear, maybe not all at once, but with time, surely. If he deliberately conjures up this gaze and that, in a calculating manner, it will be lost.
The enchantment only comes when his magnificent beauty and his unaffected natural Self are combined, when his genuine self is revealed.
How can that naturalness survive the onslaught of constant picture taking beseiging him, that is my question. (wonky keyboard not working) I am the first to want access to almost every picture taken of him--except the intrusive, pap violations--so I am, I suppose, contributing by being a market for the photos.
I do not think having your picture taken takes your soul, as the first peoples thought, but when you are photographed as much as Robert is something must happen to you. I wonder what it is and how that authenticity he still has--I think--can be retained. Because, beautiful as he is, it will be a very sad day when that magic is gone.
