oh wow, im going to get in trouble for this, but....

i really didnt like the movie...
and strangely enough, tay tay was the only one who had real acting chops for me... i know, i know...

didnt like the color, the music, or the script. hated edwards makeup, and robs acting, not so good... eeeek, sorry...

yeah so i wont be buying the dvd...

What?!? I LOVED New Moon so much better than Twilight. I thought Chris captured the emotions SO good, it was exactly like I imagined it would be. The passing of the months, Bella sitting in the same chair made me cry.

I will DEFINITELY be buying it, probably a couple of copies :)

I'm going to get the Target 3 Disc DVD version. More features. I could care less about the packaging.

The color scheme reminds me of what they did for the Lord of the Rings, how every volume was a different color. Twilight was Blue/Grey, New Moon is Brown/Gold, and it looks like Eclipse will be Red/Silver.

I've always liked better Twilight over New Moon, maybe because of Edward... so I was pretty sure I wasn't going to like New Moon the movie. I was wrong. I actually liked it. Visually is much better. The special effects are better and I really like the colors and the lighting. Now, about the acting... well... even though his role was quite small and maybe he didn't have much to work to I think that Rob could have done a bit better though. Kristen was quite good, but I would have wanted for her to show a little bit more of emotion in the break-up scene. I've always pictured Bella crying a lot in this movie...
Well even if I think New Moon had it's flaws I'm still buying the DVD. 2 versions actually, cause here in Romania they are not bringing the Special 2 Disk Edition, so I have to buy the Romanian edition for the Subtitles for my mom.

I actually love Twilight as a movie better than New Moon. I loved the cinematography, the music, the acting, the script. But my favorite books are 1 and 4, so that would make sense. I just thought Twilight was sweet and funny, beautiful. New Moon can't compete, but I'll watch it a million times anyway. Biggest thrill was last week getting to New Moon it twice when we were out of town - the hotel had it on!!

Yes, Ms. Godze. Totally agree! Especially the passing months scene. Talk about showing perfect emotion with no words!!! I loved NM! Multi buyer here!!!

p.s.
Rob's despair/devastion portrayal of Edward was spot on~couldn't be helped that his character wasn't a larger presence in NM.

One more thing, I have to agree with Gozde...Loved the way Chris did the passing of months and the mirror scene as well.Just like I imagined
