Stephenie Meyer should finish Midnight Sun and they should make a pre-quel or whatever that would be called. I mean yes, Rob won't look 17 (did he EVER?) but who cares?

P.S.: I interpreted the video wrong at first. Sleep deprivation :) He isn't worried that there might not be any more sequels. Well Rob, we aren't worried either. With the movies lined up you'll be one of the hardest working men in Hollywood anyways :)

Hey Gozde, how are you? Hope all is well with you.
Did you notice that after Rob says that he's not worried that he does that "nervous" giggle thing? So maybe he IS nervous? I don't know, maybe I'm not awake yet, so don't pay attention to my ranting!!!
Am I the only one who couldn't care less if Rob weren't to do any more Twilight films and that includes BD ? lol. I love my Twilight and I'm glad he's remained faithful to the franchise, but I'm looking forward to the possibility of other stuff more !!

But i am all for Midnight Sun with Rob. Throw the horrendous BD out and bring on MS i say!

I too would love her to finish MS. I loved it so far. In some outtakes from her interview on Oprah recently she said her mother is pushing her hard to finish it, so it may happen Goz!!!

I haven't seen that ff, I have so many on my list, but I'll add this one. I'd love to SM to finish Midnight Sun.
I'm not very excited about Breaking Dawn, the movie, but that's mainly because I can't see how they'll make Renesmee realistic as a CGI baby, there is a lot of focus on her ability so she'll need quite a bit of screen time.

He did have the nervous laugh, but don't know how to interpret it. I love BD, it's what we all waited for, E&B together, forever. And Bella kicks ass. Would love to have MS made, but more so want Rob to move on and have huge success outside of Twilight. Maybe SM could just finish the book and leave it at that.
Goz, count me in too! Would LOVE to see Midnight Sun completed, both book and movie! It's a darker perspective and would be a simply FABULOUS Robward-centric story!!!

Keep bringing on Edward... !!!! I love vampires, but if they don't, I'm JUST FINE with more of ROb in many other possibilities! Would LOVE a Midnight Sn and BDawn... best book of the Saga..!!! Hope it all happens. I agree with you Gozde.. we need Midnight Sun finished, but I think she is done. and she means it.. :(
I have to admit that I am a little worried. I hope they actually get the script right one film or two and get Rob contracted at an appropriate salary, and that they do it quickly. I want it to begin filming in the fall before he becomes so in demand there is no time for Breaking Dawn. I love Rob, don't get me wrong, and I will follow his career no matter where it goes. But, I also love the Edward Bella story line and after New Moon and what we are going to experience in Eclipse, based on the book, I need resolution. I need Edward and Bella to get married, be in love, and live happily ever after. I need that movie to be made.
I hope to finish the book but the movie really do not want midnight sun ...
Robert is at a point in his career that true fans should support him for their next projects NOT TWILIGHT ...
Rob I do not want to be typecast in the character of Edward and be seen always as E / B has the potential to do more than that ...
Sorry this time I disagree and hope that some immature fans will not destroy the race by just wanting to see Rob as Edward and Bella ...

I would love to see Rob and Kristen do Midnight Sun, and I wish Stephenie would just finish it ASAP. I read the continuation of MS done by someone else as ff, and she did not capture Edward anyhwere near what Stephenie did in her own beginning of Midnight Sun.
Not that I am a particular of Catherine Hardwicke, especially personally, but would be a hoot to see CH do Midnight Sun. In fact, I have in the back of my mind that some scenes were shot from Edward's POV based on Midnight Sun, especially the initial desire to kill Bella in the science lab.
I DO think Rob managed very well to have Edward look 17; I have worked with a lot of kids and adults of various ages, and some 17 year olds look like little kids, and some do not. The photos we have seen from Eclpse shooot have him look 17, to my eyes. However, I am not sure how much longer he can pull it off, so I would love to see this done sooner than later.
As long as Rob keeps picking interesting and diverse scripts, such as BelAmi, and possibly Water for Elephants, I don't think there will be a problem of his being typecast forever as a teen or a vampire, or for him to be considered (stupidly) as a teen heart-throb.
I too support Rob in all his future endeavors. I am so looking forward to RM and now to WFE as I loved that book. Picturing rob in tight pants and fitted jacket for the circus - yea!
I want us all to pledge our unwavering support for Rob forever!
I can't see MS ever being made into a movie, and reallly there's no need.... But I do wish SM would just finish & publish already!

I too wish Stephenie would finish writing MS but not sure about it being made into a film. Like I said earlier, I'd prefer for Rob (and Kristen for that matter) to move away from Edward & Bella as soon as they can because there's a lot of dislike out there for other women that Rob acts with, simply because the don't want to see him with anyone else. This kind of mentality annoys the heck out of me and the quicker people can move on from Rob as Edward the better imo, for the sake of his career. That comment that Robsessed responded to on Twitter the other day about how there is no Rob without Kristen and vice-versa was just SCARY !!

Stephenie should have finished Midnight sun first and they should have made midnight sun instead of twilight. Edward's side is more interesting then Bella's + we could have seen more Rob ;)
we're talking aobut things that will never happen? i am totally on board with Midnight Sun prequel or whatever. That would be heaven. I dont give a damn about Rob's age.
Annie--i agree Edward's side is more interesting, but it is having the 2 perspectives- Edward's POV and Bella's POV- that make for a complete picture. Still, I think it was better to first see through the eyes of Bella, she who could not read minds and who was a fairly normal human being, and then get a wholly different POV from Edward, filling in the gaps, explaining his comments, concerns and even facial reactions.
