Michael Sheen, who plays Aro in the New Moon interviewed Ashley Greene (Alice) for Interview Magazine. Sheen has a great sense of humor and the interview is tons of fun. If you aren't following him on twitter, you should: @michaelsheen.
Here's the part about Rob and you can read the rest over at Interview Magazine.
SHEEN: When I was on the set of the Twilight films, I could see that Kristen [Stewart] and Rob [Pattinson] have a lot of clout. They have a lot of power within the franchise now, it seems—and rightfully so. They’re asked their opinion, and for actors who are so young, they seemed to have a lot of say in what was going on. You say that now, with this film, you’re getting to be more involved. Is that something that you relish? Or is that responsibility quite frightening as well?
GREENE: For whatever reason, I relish it. Part of it might be that I did get to work so closely with these people, and see close up how they handle things. But I’m really excited. One of the coolest feelings was when I was reading with people for a part, and this guy came in, and I was just like, That’s the guy. You just know.

"take off your clothes and tell us Ashley"
HA!!!!!!!! I think this is my favorite tag, she's the Megan Fox of Twilight LOL
She totally is Marna!
I'm glad Rob has clout...he deserves it.
Rob = clout DEFINITELY.
Good for her for holding her own up against Michael's wit, I was impressed, wasn't expecting it based on previous perfectly lovely - but very vanilla - interviews. Very clever exchange.
I tried-really tried - to avoid expressing this sentiment, but couldn't help thinking I'd like see him interview Rob. A little clever Welsh/British wit in the midst of the usual Hollywood drivel.
Sorry for the O/T, but tennis guy's fans are kicking it up. A lot. Rob is losing ground fast people!
Vote!

So funny! Man, how beautiful is Ashley?? That was a very entertaining read.
SHEEN: So obviously you’ve developed an interest in fashion since the last time I saw you.
GREENE: You’re a jerk.
SHEEN: [laughs] Don’t say that. I’m the interviewer, and you can’t call the person who’s interviewing you a jerk.
SHEEN: Okay, last question: In exactly 10 years’ time, what would you like to be doing?
GREENE: I’ll be 32. Maybe having a baby?
SHEEN: You’d like to be in hideous pain on this day in 10 years’ time?
LMAO!
@Veils
ITA he should so interview Rob...it would be hysterical!!
LOL, thanks Marna! I had to make a comment, it's hard to find a picture of her fully clothed :))

Michael Sheen is brilliant! Loved the interview, the "HotForRob23" Twitter snippit was hilarious. He should interview Rob. The Brit wit would just fly, wouldn't it?
Ashley looks fab in her bodypaint pics!
Now Gozde don't go dissing on the girl for going nekkid... at least she has no illusions about where her best assets lay!
How did the follow up interview go?
"Bare" hugs 2 u!
God I love Michael Sheen!
Summit maybe just realizing how important their stars are!!!!
:)) True, she does know her "assets" and hey, I have no problem with people going nekkid! I love Alexander Skarsgard for that reason :P
The follow up was today! I don't know how it went! The meeting was 1 hour and 15 minutes so I guess that's good. Because the guy I met with was VERY high up. I REALLY want this job so much! Hope I get it.
Fingers, toes and everything crossed :)
Fingers, toes and eyes crossed Gozde. Good luck!
Higher up is a good sign.... I always say go straight to the top!
Am hoping for you, Gozde. :-)
Thank you loves :)) Muah!
I'm going to bed it was an exhausting day!
Hugs!
Gozde
Cute interview. He was really good! Frost/Greene.
I'm not always convinced of her acting abilities but Ashley is smokin' hot! she's like the female Rob-LOL
Gozde, crossing my fingers n' toes for ya! :)
Michael Sheen is marvellous. The whole interview is hilarious. He is an amazing actor and a funny guy. I love the british men. Rob and Michael Sheen working together again would be great.
HOTROB4EVER!!!!
I heart M.Sheen :)
Good luck GOz! I'm crossing my fingers for you too.
Michael Sheen is droll, and his daughter is a delight. I'm looking foward to him in "Alice."
Here's hoping, Gozde.
I really like ashley, she is not my favorite among the twi-gang, so please don't knock me out, but does she ever have a shoot where she is not half naked? I don't say this because i'm a fat jealous bitch? No, i am a skiny black with c cup breast(yike they are huge),.
She did this interview the other day where she say she wants serious girl next door role; and she is half naked all the time. Where is the logic?
Gozde, good luck! If the meeting went on that long it sounds really promising!
Gwen, I've been voting faithfully as often as I can, but I'm getting really irritated with the letters that can either be lowercase or capital letters!--what about the Os and zeroes?! I swear, they're saving those ambiguous letters just for Rob's voters!..(mutters about conspiracy theories)
ok, so I hadn't read the entire interview when I commented before, but now I have...Michael Sheen is hilarious! And he made a Friends reference! (which automatically makes people awesome in my eyes. I'm lookin' at you, Gozde. LOL)
Great interview, Sheen is cooler than I realized. :)
@Gozde, do you put your creation and running of blogs on your resume? Obviously, don't know what type of job you are interviewing for and if this would be plus or not. Based on the high quality and amazing work you have done here, any company would be very lucky to have you. I'm seriously not just kissing A here, I've visited other blogs and they don't compare.
Teri - love your avi
From the interviews it did seem like Chris W. did give Robsten a lot more freedom and they even created the kiss scene after the birthday party.
Wonder if the Sound of Music romp in the woods was their idea?
When you have input into a creative endeavor you have a lot more pride in it and buy in to the project - so instead of Rob saying "I'm just your PUPPET" to Catherine he praised Chris.
Twilight is still my favorite of the two.
CH had to take the reins on that project - no one knew what they were dealing with and she is a seasoned director.
She used Rob's music........that was AWESOME.
@femroc...me too about Twilight. LOVE Chris W. for so many reasons and yes, New Moon is a gift and will be viewed many more times, hard to compare the two projects...but at the end of the day...when I'm needing a little escapism and some inspiration...I always want to pop my first love in the dvd player. We never forget our first love - glaring faults and all - and never will. Twilight...all amateurish and indy and flawed and....perfect. Rob walking into the cafeteria...his beautiful half-smile for the first time...priceless. Always. ;)
Femroc, ITA! Twilight is my favorite of the two. To me NM just didn't capture the E&B magic.
Veils of Light-you hit it right on the head-I've never seen such a sight as Rob/Edward walking into he cafeteria. Catherine cast the leads to perfection-She got the love story-had to cut a lot of dialogue that was important to the fans of the book, but she got the feel of what was going down. It is definitely my fave of the two movies-the exploration and falling love, yeah, Catherine got that.
@Femroc----Oh yes, and Rob's music in Twilight-I still think that's why the cd sold so well!
And Gozde, keeping everything crossed for you!!
CH DID do some things right (ROB!!!), but she screwed up a lot of things too.
1. Nikki Reed-she couldn't find a tall blond in all of Hollywood that looked right for the part? Hell, she only has like 5 lines, CH could have picked anyone off the street to do the part, they just had to look right.
2. No "I love you". Not once did they say it in Twilight, we don't even know why they fell in love.
3. THE MEADOW SCENE, WTF was that???
4. The blood typing scene, where was it?
5. Jasper's powers, she could have at least done SOMETHING to let people know what they were.
6. Why is the entire movie blue?
7. SPIDER MONKEY, the 2 most stupid words ever spoken.
8. Continuity. after my husband watched Twilight, he said he felt like he just read a book with some of the chapters removed. He didn't understand what was going on.
9. Overacting. Yes folks, we must face it, there is MUCH overacting going on in this movie. That's the fault of the director, she should have pulled the actors back.
10. Edward dragging Bella through the woods by her arm. Edward's biggest fear is that he'll physically hurt Bella, so they have him yanking her around by her arm? Really?
I think 10 is enough for you to get the idea of what I mean, I'm sure some of you have things you could add.
I was always proud of that fact that Rob and Kristen stood up to the suits on the first film and fought for the characters that they wanted to play. At that point, they didn't have a damn bit of clout, but they stood up anyway.
Didn't Kristen yell at one of those suits...'you didn't hire a couple of Disney kids. You hired a couple of actors.' And I'll tell you what that earned them from those suits...RESPECT! They knew they weren't going to be able to push them around.
As for Ashley...
A truly gorgeous girl but let's face it, she's a weak actress. Maybe she knows this and therefore is going to play up her strong points...that face and that body.
Wouldn't be the first actress to make a career out of such.
I don't see her with any kind of a substantial film career. She's just too lightweight. I see her ending up in television. And there's nothing wrong with that. As difficult as it is to get jobs in that industry, anytime you can earn a nickle as an actor...you are a success.
Nik
If it is true that R&K have some "clout" (yay) then hopefully it disproves some peoples' POV that Summit was dictating what image of their relationshp they wanted people to see and dictated how they should portray themselves in public. No matter what their relash, I could NOT believe they would allow the studio to tell them how to interact with each other for the press & PR to sell the movies. Gimme a break! Not to say Scummit wouldn't have wanted to control it, but how they chose to come across was definitely personal decisions on their part. That's a whole other story...driven by the magnitude of the scrutiny by gossip mags, etc.
