aww miss him too, at least we get to see him for a few hours. Dont think Kstew will be attending cos if shes in UK it is only going to confirm Robsten more!
Not sure how Sundance works, but Kristen has TWO movies opening there this weekend---kinda hard to be in two places at once. She was there last year for Adventureland (great flick, btw). Maybe Sundance folks will participate via satellite feed?
And totally agree with the missing of Rob! We were sooo spoiled back in November!
Very proud that Rob is helping with Hope for Haiti.
It's like we women over 19 don't exist. It's all about the tweens. Didn't they do a demographic study? It's women. Not just some women. It's all women. Well, almost all women.
Friday is going to be a good day for the people of Haiti and for us!
The butterflies are real - I'm worried for Rob too - Taylor is a better impromptu speaker, sorry to say, but I don't think Rob is as nervous as he is afraid of all he has to lose if things go bad for him in any way. He doesn't want to screw up - doesn't want to lose fans, doesn't want to disappoint, doesn't want to lose his reputation. There is just a lot on the line in every live performance with him. In movies he can do another take, repeat til it's right........not in live TV.
He has done better in some of the talk shows though lately - like on Jimmy Kimmel I thought he did well and on Letterman - even though L was a jerk to him.
I'm worried for Rob but if he just focuses on the issue and not himself and his celebrity - he'll be fine.
Honestly, I am not worried at all. He is so natural and funny without meaning to be. He will be introducing acts and there is so much going on in LA I don't know how much screen time he will actually have. Although every minute will be welcome. I think he will be great. It is actually his interviews that make me love him the most. He is an excellent actor so the roles he plays make you feel whatever the character is supposed to make you feel. But when Rob is Rob he is so darn likeable you can't help falling in love a little bit more each time. Friday won't be any different.
Oh, and I also think he is much better without a studio audience and I don't think there will be one for this. When he is one on one with someone he is great.
Rob has a good soul and this is a worthy cause - he can rise above personal insecurities I'm sure - and don't forget it is his adorkable charm that we all love so I'm sure it will attract plenty of others to donate to this cause. He will be fine and Haiti will be the lucky recipient of his generosity of spirit and everyone's elses fiscal generosity. I'll pay whatever it takes to see our boy in the flesh again...he has done a good job of avoiding all camera lenses lately.
I don't really agree that Rob is afraid about losing anything, I remember him saying, he won't mind if everything would disappear (I actually thought that he wanted to disappear). He is actually good when he can concentrate (that means no screaming and wild fans on his face), remember his Oscar scene? I think he did well there. He does good in a few interviews too, and let's not forget he had already been to a few hosting stints like the ones in Cannes(where they auctioned his kiss).
I'm sure Rob knows that this is something to be serious about. I think he can internalize that just like what he does in filming.I am happy that Rob was the first of the trio to make a move and join in this valid cause. I hope to see him on TV asap! And I know his fans will be more than willing to help him in raising funds for Haiti.
PS. What TV channel can I possibly see this telecast, I'm living in the Philippines? Thanks..^_^
I've seen this before but it is so freakin' HOTTTTTTT. Faster Pussy Cat - you turn me ON!!!!! I'm going to bed with THAT on my mind now!!!! Heaven help me.
@mary I agree with you I am sure that he sometimes wants to disappear I wouldlove to be the place that he can do it whenever he wants and that day will be great for us and haitians we will see our men and he will help them :)
The money from donations will be used towards purchases for the blog. Not a single dime will go into our pockets :) Help us bring you better content/pictures by donating. Every little bit helps!
