It's good to know he's still out there, and even better to know that he's managing to be out and have a good time without being attacked. I hope you are having fun Rob, and we miss you! :D
So happy that Rob got out to hang and relax a bit last night, undetected, for the most part.
He is so deserving it, after the media blitz that he's gone through the past month or so...
I really hope he gets the much-deserved vacation over the holidays, with his family and friends.
He could really use the time to chill and recharge his energy, I imagine.
THEN we'll get him in the naughty room...it's been too long. ;-)

I feel bad that he had to watch the concert from behind the curtains. But the fact that he still goes out and supports his friends when he can is really, really awesome. He's a good friend.

Emily, I agree, it seems he never misses a show when his schedule allows it. I think that's awesome! And I miss him like crazy, like everyone else ;), but I'm glad that he's got a little time to breathe here before he starts shooting and promoting again.
also, I would LOVE to see Bobby Long live! If Rob was there, it would absolutely rock, but I'd go see BL anyway...but, not gonna happen. :( I'll knock folks down to buy his album, though, whenever that happens!
Awesome news! So so so glad we don't have pictures of him running from the paparazzi. Glad he snuck in and out without anyone knowing. He deserves some peace and quiet!
That said, why isn't the media guessing something about him and Bobby Long being an item? LOL. I mean, the dude is ALWAYS around. In New York, in Vancouver, now in L.A. That is one tried and true friend.
That is really nice. I wish I'd gone but maybe it's better I didn;t...better for him!:)I didn't go because I knew he'd be hiding if he showed up at all and I'd be looking around like an idiot the whole time and not enjoying the show. I'm NOT that crazy. I go see him when it's a scheduled fan thing, not when he's enjoying his free time:-)

I missed the concert, I wanted to really go oh well there's is always a next time. That's good rob got to enjoy his free time supporting one of his friends
haha, Jer coons sounds like a fanboy. he used exclamations in relation to Robert! Yay for Robert getting out and about in LA, and for getting to spend time with his boys.
I HAVE seen Bobby Long live and he is really great, very sweet (and not to mention very good looking too!) guy. Rob was at that concert too (this was in Vancouver last Sept).
I also think Rob is getting the hang of going incognito...GOOD for him. He could use some R'n'R and be able to chill with his friends without being papped, I am happy too even though I miss seeing new pics. They'll come soon enough anyways.
It's obvious Rob doesn't want the filthy scum paps to find him, so I'm happy they're not, even though it means less pictures. I'd rather see Rob happy and photographed when he wants to.

I Love Bobby too. Another Robsessor(kathy) got a chance to see him in Minneapolis last month. I told her to get me an autograph and she sent me both of his CD's(live version and recorded)as well.She got to talk to him and his manager for a few minutes. She said Bobby was really sweet, a bit shy, and unassuming. Although he did crack a couple of jokes on stage.He sounds really good and the live version sounds just like the studio version. Few musicians can sound like that.
He's loyal and true to his musician/real life friends. That's a beautiful thing. He never fails to support them if he can get there. Love you Rob.

I was there at the Bobby Long concert last night and was too immersed in Bobby's silky voice to notice anything else. I'm glad Rob was incognito because I'm sure I would've died from the sighting alone. :)
The other girls in my group spotted him coming in through the back door and peering from the curtains. I loved that Jercoons confirmed that I was in the same building as Rob.

It's amazing he's not getting papped even at concerts where people can anticipate him. I think he'll be at Marcus' show too. And he was spotted at the cast screening of the Runaways with Kristen, but they weren't papped either. He's all around but being elusive, I love it!
Yeah, glad he can get some privacy from the paps. Maybe I shouldn't have said anything about Marcus' shows on here!
It is surprising that he wasn't papped, the papparazzi have to assume he's going to be at these concerts. Also surprised no fangirls were camped out at the stage door. These concert dates of his buds are well publicized. Ha! Good for Rob, the man is good!

I saw a Bobby Long concert in Germany, and I must say, he really is good! I loved his voice.
Afterwards he was signing merchandise, and he was very shy :) I think it's a Brit-thing. Although Marcus seems less shy :D
I envy all of you who are able to go to a premiere or concert or autograph session! I live in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and every time I go to the mainland, I seem to miss all the interesting things! That's why I love this site; thanks to all of you for sharing your experiences!
bobby is amazing. apparently the paps were at one of his shows at hotel cafe earlier in the week but no rob...so possibly not trusting their sources so much anymore.
i got to see bobby play 4 times back in september (vancouver and new york) and i was so wrapped up in his performance that i didnt even notice that rob was there...helped b the fact that bobby made fun of me while he was on stage
Bobby Long will be in Portland, OR Saturday, Dec. 5th at the Tonic Lounge! It's on Sandy Blvd. and the address is on Bobby's myspace. $15 at the door and he's playing early 8pm to 9:30. I hope I was in time so you can come out and see him :D

MARCUS FOSTER CONCERT 12/4/09: I was at Marcus' concert last night and I was able to say "hi" to him as he stood in front of me and he said "hey" back on his way to the stage...that was lovely. I thought that should make my night. Then about 15 minutes into his concert, a buzz started where I was (near the women's bathroom and a narrow hallway that led to a room with a PRIVATE sign on it - it looked like the storage room). And there he was, Robert Pattinson, along with Bobby Long and a lady in black. I thought he and company will try to make their way to the side stage where he usually hides, but they stayed put and that was only about 5 feet away from me. As I leaned against the wall, I felt very tempted to go to him and say "hi, I'm such a big fan." But I'm such a dork, very shy and respected his privacy that I settled with seemingly inconspicuous glancing. So, I was in such agony debating within myself for the next 45 minutes or so until Marcus said it was his last song and I tried to snap out of my shyness only to realize that Robert was retreating back toward the "PRIVATE" door and disappeared.
