I love Kristens long hair too! I like her growing out hair and I think the dark hair is too dark. I love the Bella colour on her!

Kristen looks much better with long hair, and the color is much more natural. Her black hair looks bad on her, the color is unnatural, and it looks like a wig (a bad wig at that).
I agree with Kaiyalopez, this person appears to have not taste.
Maybe this is part of the "Joan Jett" persona that she has embraced. Actors/actresses can be engrossed in the role they are playing that it stays with them for a while.

I believe Kristen cut her hair for the Runaways movie AND to get away from the Bella look. The reaction to Twilight was overwhelming and she wants to be taken seriously as an actor and not only known for Bella. She looks pretty and wholesome with her long brown hair but edgier and older with the short black hair.
I still like Kristen with long hair, better...

Could never understand the criticism for the new 'do' as it was a necessity for a film role and she couldn't grow it back over night. And people wondering why Rob would want her with a mullet? Huh? (I'll never understand how some people's thought process works) I'm guessing if he really loves her, he'd want her if she were bald headed (which she may be for a film role one day. Him too. Then all his LITTLE fan girls will run away saying...'ick. He's ugly. I don't like him anymore. You wait and see. The first time he really uglies up for a role, that's exactly whats gonna happen)
One thing that has puzzled me though...why keep dying it black? Does bring out her eyes though. I think it's a tad severe but I guess she likes the edginess of it and it's her hair.
BTW...this style wasn't always called a mullet. It used to be called a shag and was a very popular cut at one time. Not everyone can pull it off.
Kristen Stewart can. That girl's got her own sense of style.
