Kate: I love Pierce and I think I love him even more now. Here in an interview with the Daily Record he mentions Rob and "Remember Me".

Next year, he will be seen in a new film with Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson, called Remember Me.
Of course, to younger film fans, the most important thing is that he's worked with Robert Pattinson, the heartthrob star who plays Edward in Twilight.
"I think when you see Remember Me, you'll see Robert giving a fantastic performance. He's really working hard to work on his performance and acting and who he is."

Could be fun to see Rob playing James Bond one day! The best one was of course Sean Connery, Pierce was good too... The new one looks more like a russian spy than like James...
Can you imagine Rob saying "Bond! James Bond!" with his unique english accent, wearing a beautiful tuxedo? Could be more than fun! But I guess we'll have to wait a few years to see that happen ;o) LOL...
I WISH rob would be the new 007. In a couple of years gals?? CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW DAPPER HE WOULD BE??-However he might have to buff up and take stunt class. Yummy!
Seeing Pierce and Robert in one movie will be great. I already love the scene from the trailer in which Tyler's father yells: "You're responsible for no one. You're a kid". It just gave me goosebumps.
The whole movie will just kill me. No, waiting to see it will kill me first. Gaaaah... I so can't wait...
I'm sure Robert worked hard and I can't wait to see him wonderfully portaying a normal human being so all those lousy criticts can buzz off of him ;-)

Oh I've loved Pierce since he played Mr. Steele. Thought he was the second best Bond (Sean still wins in my book, current guy does nothing for me- nice bod tho) but Rob would definitely be a good pick. He is going to be the death of all womenkind by the time he turns 30. Can't wait for RM to see both these yummy men together.
Of course he does. He is not only the hottest guy but so talented!! He is so (hot) versatile, (hot) talented, (hot) committing to his role, (hot) amazing actor and ... hot
His performance in Little Ashes is commendable and the same in the Haunted Airman as well as Edward Cullen in the Saga.!!!
Can't wait to see this one and everything else he will be doing and can't wait to see him maturing into an even more attractive and sexier (can he get any more?) actor as he turns 30, 40, 50.......

Glad he said some positive things about Rob and hope he will continue to do so. It will go some way towards balancing the karmic account for PB. Sorry, bit bitter, as hard when one discovers feet of clay. He is fine to watch on screen and I look forward to seeing them work together.
From the trailer it seems that Rob rocked it. I can't wait to see this. The anticipation is killing me. I've read the script and know what will happen. I know there are changes, but It still looks like they kept to the original script for the most part.
Has anyone read University of Edward Masen? I just finished Chapter 15 (is there more to the story? another part somewhere?) On the website it ends at Chapter 15, but the story doesn't seem over. Any info appreciated. Thanks!
Shani, I read the script as well. I had heard they changed the ending but it was later stated that was just a rumour. Thank goodness.
It's great to read of an established actor giving Rob accolades. :D
Sparkledazed, I believe that UoEM is still a work in progress. It's on my list, but haven't gotten there yet. LOL
what a genuine comment. He really complimented his acting, while saying he's working hard to work on his acting. Robert is very young still, somewhat inexperienced in his acting, and has room to grow like anyone his age who is just starting out. The fact he works hard to get better is what will seperate him from others in the end.

Well that's a really nice comment from Pierce and I don't say that lightly. I must confess that during the filming of Remember Me I was constantly irritated by Pierce turning up to set, being all professional and accommodating to the PAPs who seemed to treat him with reverence while they put poor Rob through hell with their constant heckling and derogatory remarks. I don't want to dislike Pierce after this...that was a nice thing to say and I hope he was able to give his younger and gauche co-star some advice. I am really looking forward to this film much more so than New Moon (which I still haven't seen or Eclipse)
I can not wait to see this movie, I am so looking forward to seeing Robert in this. Robert and a romantic setting (hopefully good storyline) with a good heroine can't be a miss!
It's nice of Peirce to say nice things about Robert, and I hope that Robert will continue to flourish. Robert is the main draw after all.
And I think that Emilie could really become noticed after this. I can't say anything yet because I haven't seen her in the movie yet, I've just seen the trailer.
Also I hope that the storyline will be good, from the trailer it seems like it will be a great dramatic and romantic movie, however I still don't know the details of what the story is about, so I can only hope that it will turn out a good storyline.
Also I wonder if some people will start pairing him up with Emilie in real life after Remember Me is released? lol
And I agree with whoever said that they are looking forward to this more then Eclipse, I feel the same way too. But that isn't because I love Eclipse any less, but it is because I can only imagine what that screen writer did to the story and how she downplayed the E/B romance in order to give more time to un-important un-interesting subplots, and how that director who appears to know nothing about romance is directing it.
However if Eclipse turns out good (hopefully), then I would be looking forward to Eclipse more. Simply because to me Edward's character is so delicious and wonderful and Robert plays him so well!
Whereas Tyler I don't really know anything much about him at this point.
I hope that both Eclipse and Remember Me will turn out great! I wish I may...I wish I might...

I can't wait to see Rob in that movie. I believe he will be extraordinary and beautiful. I love Rob like that.
Just like @D.M. said - I'm kinda worried for Eclipse because it seems like they didn't focus on the romance much which both hurts and worries me. I hope Eclipse will be good, with a lot of steamy scenes between Edward and Bella and I hope that Edward will smile more, because he is so beautiful when he smiles. Rob plays Edward very well but I didn't like him in New Moon. He was sad and tortured all the time and no smile during whole movie. Maybe little one at the end. I hope he will be different in Eclipse because I can't watch Edward like that. He was way better in Twilight and he looked better - not like grandpa all the time.
I love Rob but I had to say that.
SO I'm looking forward to Remember Me because Tyler looks a lot like Rob and I love that! plus I can't wait to see Rob playing somebody besides vampire.
Thankyou Haystack & ADM. I printed it out and read it til 2:00 a.m. this morning thinking it was going to get steamy (DIDN'T) and also end (DIDN'T). Why do they call this mature & give warnings...I had worked myself all up for a passionate bomb shell and nothing! I actually was shocked and said out loud & in a huff "I've been robbed" and not Robbed in the good way. So now I'll try MOTU. TY again. OH and I still love Shani's AVI...it is so strangly appealing.
Oh, and I'll finish UoEM in the hopes that there will be some passionate interlude somewhere along the way...good story, but need that finalization that I didn't get in Breaking Dawn.
I am looking forward to this more than Eclipse. I'm going to have to bring a whole box of Kleenex I'm afraid!

Really looking forward to seeing this. I think Twilight was just showing the surface of Robert Pattinson’s acting skills, can’t wait to see him in a role with more depth.
Other signs that this movie is going to be good:
1 – it has Chris Cooper. He’s always great.
2 – great songs in the trailer, especially “Asleep” by The Album Leaf (the one that plays about halfway through). That song is just about as dreamy as Robert himself!
