Kellan Lutz says "It's The Chemistry Between Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart That Has Made Twilight A Success"
Kellan spoke to "The Dish Rag" . He spoke about "Breaking Dawn" being spilt into 2 movies and said "I have read that they are talking to Rob, Taylor and Kristen to negotiate to make 'Dawn' into two movies. I'd love for it to be two films," he added.
He also answered a question about the rumour going around about a "Twilight" Tv Series, "I just heard that too. I don't know how. You already have the books and the story's been told so beautifully. And there's already 'True Blood' and 'Vampire Diaries,' and they're both great. I don't know how it would work. Twenty two episodes?
He knows that some people are waiting years to have the success that the "Twilight" stars have and said "People work 20 years to get what we have," Kellan admits. "We really are so lucky. Its like you get a headstart and its all because of the fans. And it's not just about money or getting offers, it's that we can mold our careers."
And on attributing "Twilight" franchise success to Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart
"The rest of us, we could suck probably," Kellan says. "It's Rob and Kristen who have the amazing chemistry. Without those two keystones, "Twilight" could have flopped. It really could have."

I Second that by all means.
Agreed !!!
What? There was someone besides Robward in Twilight?
@Littlebear I also noticed there were others there after my 18th viewing
Oh I totally agree...especially the first movie..I only pay attention to K an R...
I must be in the minority that disagrees - I don't see on screen chemistry at all between those two, it's lukewarm at best.
The movie wouldn't have flopped because of all the book fans, the books are what made the movie such a success, if this was just a movie not based on a best selling book then it wouldn't have done nearly as well - it would've probably just been the small indie movie that the actors believed it to be when they signed on to make the movie. The books gave it a built in fanbase. O.o
What a sweetheart Kellen is... I don't think he's a very good actor " we'll tear hum apart & burn the pieces" god he blew thar line... But I love Emmett!
Yes, I agree there is total chemistry there.. And Nooo should not be a tv show!!
Couldn't agree more. Without Rob and Kris, the movie would've been nothing.
Rob, Kellan...I'm involuntarily visualizing a threesome..this is a good pic of them.
@Sparkledazed... Between who and who? I always thought that Kellan was gay... Don't start throwing things at me, it's just an impression...
I think the success of the movie is only partly due to Rob and Kris, but you cannot make a movie only based on two people... The rest of the actors are exactely what they were expected to be from the book... the way it's was shot, the music, everything...
Sissi: ME & them...
noooooooooo to the tv show! please, summit or whoever, don't bastardize this more than you already have!
*sigh* they're probably already casting people, nothing we can do...I'll just take comfort in being 99% postive that Rob would have much better things to do-I can NOT believe the rumors that say he would be on it.
That picture of the two of them really explains what women like........either the jock type big shouldered football player dude or the slender, artistic, creative, sensitive type more in touch with his feminine side!!!!!! Oh yeah - I love Rob.
The chemistry is there because ROB is there - he can make "chemistry" with anyone.
Femroc, truth.
Sparkledazed, there's a thought ;)
Sissi, I agree. I can't imagine a different Alice, Esme or Carlisle.
Ashley, Elizabeth and Peter did great with the small parts they had. And Billy Burke as Charlie, he practically stole every scene he was in.
No offense, Kellan (I mean you really are a gorgeous specimen of a man) but when you stand next to Rob it's like putting a draught horse next to a racehorse!! Have to say I prefer long and lean to bulked up muscle!! Great photo.
