Angela - they translated it that way because for some reason Twilight was translated as "Fascination", so they had to stick with the theme of nouns ending in -tion I guess:)

It's called fascination because that's the state of mind you're in when you fall in love for the first time, you 're fascinated by each other. The second book is called tentation because when edward leaves in new moon moon, bella is broken, she become closer with jacob and that is where she begin to be tempted by a new path
