Wow its been so long since i've heard Rob laugh, i've missed it to.
Not sure what to think about Kristen's interview. Why does she need to "protect" herself from rumours....either she's dating Rob or not! I feel that I can't believe anything Kristen says any more. If she's dating Rob then she's being sneaky and if she's not dating him then she's just being weird by making those kinds of statements.
I seriously think that she's dating Rob. Michael completely dissaeared last March and hasn't been seen with Kristen since...
I am getting sick and tired of these rumours! Rob and Kristen need to make a statement at a press conference or have an HONEST interview with Jonathan Ross. Celebrities can be honest with Jonathan Ross and I think thats the only way they can admit to dating or finally deny it properly.
I know Rob and Kristen deserve their privacy and shouldn't have to respond to rumours BUT the only way to stop rumours is to be HONEST.

You know, Kristen is really growing on me. During every Twilight interview I couldn't wait for her to close her mouth because all she did was spout off big SAT words and was so serious all the time. But I liked that in that interview she realized that you can show sincerity and devotion to a project by just being sincere and devoted; not by trying to be philisophical. I also kind of understand why she hasn't addressed the Robsten drama. If they were "together," then they'd be on the verge of a break-up or some other scandal; and when they aren't (which is how it has been as of lately,) they're "secretly" together or they're engaged.
So yea, I actually kind of see where she's coming from now. It's refreshing to not be completely annoyed with her, lol.
And, of course, Rob was adorable. That blanket was rather creepy though.

The way you are reacting is exactly what she meant when she said it doesn't matter what she says and that everyone will interpret what she says in any way they want.
protect herself i think it means that she wants her privacy that she doesn't feel like she has to put everything in her life out there just because people are so invested in knowing everything that happens in her life and in Rob's life.

I'm with you in some ways, because we all obviously want to know as the nosey fans that we are.
BUT, they have made it clear for over a year now in interviews that they are not involved romantically and people still take from it whatever they want.
I think her not answering that question is just basically saying "My love life is none of your business," And NOT "Whether or not I'm dating Rob is none of your business."
Basically, she thinks her love life is private, and I get that. I would hate it if everytime I wanted to date someone it was plastered on the front of every magazine that he and I were "engaged!" or "pregnant!" or "splitting up!"
The media frenzy is crazy as it already is, and, like she said, either way, people will think what they want. Rob and Kristen have both denied romance and people STILL claim they're together.
Honesty is NOT the way to dodge these rumors, because no matter what the truth is, it will just fuel more gossip.

Kristen made a very valid point why she won't answer the dating question--she said she needed to protect herself, and telling the truth is not going to make her life any easier.
And she's right--the train's left the station. People aren't going to be satisified with a yes or a no at this point. People have projected so much upon both of them, it's not even about them anymore.
Kristen's a smart cookie. She's just looking out for herself and protecting things that matter to her about her personal life.
And Robert seems more mature in this interview next to last years interview. I don't know if he's more mature, or maybe just making sure he's not too goofy or self deprecating so Lainey doesn't crucify like she did this week. She was a meanie!

I don't know what to attribute it to, but I like KStew much better now. She seemed much more genuine and human in this interview ... Maybe she's maturing, maybe not giving a damn anymore was the key, I'm not sure. Poor girl looks completely exhausted though. I hope they get a break between Eclipse and BD.
She's right about the rumors. If she confirms that she's dating Rob, the papz and fans will turn the heat way up as far as trying to hound them about the status of their relationship and watching their every move for signs of fighting, etc. If she denies it, no one will believe it, they'll think she's lying. I'm like everyone else, I'd kind of like to know, but it's really no one else's business but theirs.

Kris was really good and solid in this interview. Love Shaun. And I get it too that if she gives up that part of her life now that in the future when she wanted to keep something private she would look stupid. Everyone would be like, well you told us about this why not that.

I think she was just contrasting Rob and Tay Tay. Taylor in her words is really solid, sorta a man of action and steady. Whereas she was saying Robert was more cerebral, sorta overanalyzes things-thus wishy washy in the sense he probably goes back and forth on things with the analysis.

Love these interviews even though I found the interviewer's thing with that bed cover cheesy as hell. Stupid even but oh well anything to throw some silly stuff out there. I just wish they'd STOP that. But when that was over she got into the good stuff and the interviews were much better. I loved how Rob and Kristen answers these Godawful Robsten questions, they are so covered up and both sees straight thru the bullshit and do not say one thing or another apart from work stuff. Well said from both of them! LOVE that.
I really like Kristen. She comes across really well, she's sounds intelligent and she handles he questions really well. Plus she's a good actor. I think she's great.
Rob is so good with clueless witless interviewers. Shaun didn't put him at ease by snuggling into the cheesy blanket and invading his personal space to touch his hair, she just turned him off. But I love how he tried to politely shut her down by mentioning the dandruff. She cringed for a second, but still went in for the fondling. What a waste of interview time.

They won't deny each other, not going to happen. That is what they used to do when they were not together, why has it changed? Because their relationship has changed. LK -- what you said, exactly. If they AREN'T together, that is exactly what they could say. In that they don't, and that we never see her with Oregano anymore (or her one time BFF Nikki Reed)... therein might lie the answer. And in that I think that, it pretty much validates her comments that people will believe what they want to.
Imagine if you were one of their exes and had to see the two of their faces plastered all over the internet and newstands together ALL the time? And this will likely go on for another two years or more if they're filming BD in fall of next year. That would be harsh -- it used to hurt to run into my ex at the grocery store -- thank God he wasn't famous! Maybe, by keeping things quiet, they're not only keeping things FOR themselves, but trying not to flaunt what they have (may have, may not have, whatever) in certain other people's faces.
Look at couples like Tom & Katie, Angelina & Brad, etc -- popular actors get hounded for info about their personal lives, no matter what. If Rob and Kristen made a definitive declaration, the media frenzy would continue - perhaps intensify. And frankly, it's none of our business. IMO it's obvious they've been together for some time, but I don't see why they should confirm my opinion. Good for them for setting some boundaries for privacy.
I just read somewhere Kristen talking about how she recently decided to handle interviews differently. Clearly she's more relaxed now, good for her.
I'm glad this Access Hollywood reporter interviewed Rob again. The one they did together for Twilight was hilarious. She seems to know how to get her subjects to loosen up.
