I think Rob smiles in Japan just because of how unique and sweet and different the whole situation is. All those people lined up so cute behind the ropes, quietly screaming. Only one rude papz. He was charmed by it, I think.
I know I can't help but smile when I see a group of sweet Japanese tourists here in So Cal just loving every moment of it. Makes you want to smile.

@Emily-I think I read it's like a 15 hour flight or something-I'm a former smoker, I can commiserate with the nic attack that would bring on ;) you're right, though, it was a good break for his lungs. Damn, he makes smoking sexy, though! LOL
