Jim Carrey Name Drops Robert Pattinson

I was on the fence about posting this since I'm sure when Jim Carrey said it he MADE IT funny. I just don't find it funny when I read it :))

Jim Carrey has joked that he would like to "drive a stake" through Robert Pattinson's heart.

The 47-year-old actor plays Scrooge in Disney's forthcoming version of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol.

Asked what his most Scrooge-like tendency was, Jim said: "I'm generally a live and let live sort of person but I have to tell you - I'm not only here to help present this film but to drive a stake through Robert Pattinson's heart."

"He is the undead, people," Jim added, before breaking into an impression of Pattinson playing a vampire.

The latest Twilight film, New Moon, in which Robert plays lead vampire Edward Cullen, is released in the UK on November 20, just a fortnight after Jim's latest film is released.
