History Honours WOW that's great. I was hoping to do Art this year but things didn't work out so looking for work and hoping to do college next year. Work situation here is not good so it's really hard to find anything. I got into my current career by being forced out of my previous job and I had just started studying so went on to do it full time. It has lead me to a great job, good money, close to home and I work with some of my best friends! Can't ask for more than that. And i always think it was the misfortune of having to leave my last job (which I loved too)that caused it all to happen. You know, one door closes another one opens! Kate said...: I do believe everything happens for a reason and all the twists and turns have led me in different directions and I have net some fantastic people and good friends. Jandr I was doing an Accounts course for the last few months but the tutor (who was an artist) thought that I would be WAY more suited to Art so he recommended an general art degree. I was too late in applying this year so I'm working on putting my portfolio together and hopefully applying next year. I'm into photography and crafting more so that painting but he reckoned it would be the way for me to go. I'm doing an evening class in fashion design at the moment (and dressmaking is part of that) and loving it,just something to keep me going, who knows where it will lead!; October 3, 2009 at 7:54 AM
