I believe in Rob. He may be averse to fame and attention, but he's quite a logical person -- he'll draw upon his inner strength (and whatever coping mechanism he uses).
i think this is just a bad pic of him because all the other pics from that night he looked really happy but nervous.
i know that this isn't a kristen site but did anyone see the pics from the new mag. that she is coming out in, IMO she looks freaking hot, and she is so honest in her interview. (some of those pics could be used for FF TO blog, for those that know what that is.)
i would not be in that picture..how dumb do those people look anyways..jumping in for a shot..they are smiling..like ahhhh look at me..i got a picture with Rob and he's not even looking at the camera..if i ever met him i wouldnt want a picture..my memory would do the job for me.
Poor Rob??? you guys kidding me,he is getting millions of dollars to do this shit,Its his job.........and those folks are the FANS, you know the ones who make it all possible, i Love Rob and i sometimes hate the way he is hounded by the paps and SOME crazy fans, but the fan bashing is not productive considering its the Fans who made him who he is, because you can be the best artist in the world and paint the most beautiful paintings, but if no one shows any interest or buy the shit, it all goes in vain.
@Rptmo "I don't find any particular pleasure in being an attention seeker(...)"How do you explain that? His words are prove of that there's no price to be an artistic prostitute.
linda rose - :) i have a crush on her. did you notice her f*** me shoes.
RPTMO - i get what you are saying that he's getting paid big $$$ and that is a part to being famous BUT...it still does not give some fans a right to act the way they do and i am not saying all fans but you know that some are really crazy.
RPTMO- at the risk of being told again that I am a Debbie Downer or that I don't know anything or anybody, and that this site isn't for me, and at the risk of being repetitive (once again ;-)) saying that I am most likely not of your world, I will say I have consistently and vehemently disagreed with you and always will about this--that as if 'getting millions', 'having fan's, and it being 'his job' makes him a happy boy and that everything is OK. Unless/until I sit down with this lad and not only hear the words but feel from his soul that he is just thrilled being mobbed, screamed at, having no privacy, and that the 'millions' excuse away everything, I will feel for him, wish I could protect him, and wish continued strength and patience for him, hope for a sanctuary for him including a time when fans can admire him, adore him, and whatever else--but in a way that is respectful and good for HIMSELF.
rpattzgirl ~ On VD, it's Daman whose reading Twilight, he called Edward whipped. It was actually pretty funny. He also mentioned Anne Rice. Anyway, have a safe trip and Happy Vampire Hunting!!
@solas :-) sweet heart i Dont come to this site to get validation from no one, my ego is to big for that shit,i come to this site to show my love and support for a 6'2 british hunk, i am not a follower i have my own mind, sometimes it may seem harsh but i mean no disrespect, dont mean to offend, sometimes my honesty gets me in trouble because iam not fake and i cant lie.........with that said i respect your opinion (merci pour commentaire) (hugs)
Just a little history on the other side of the fans being the ones who make it all possible. Certainly the huge success of Twilight and the rest of the franchise is due to the fans. But as I recall, Rob wasn't cast by fans to do "Twilight." In fact, I think there were numerous fans who didn't want to see him in the role at all and said so, vehemently and sometimes viciously. If Rob hadn't stayed, despite all those fans, we'd all have lost out. So I think he also earned the right to his paycheck and to continue in the role.
I can't say I feel 'sorry' for Rob but I do admire his willingness to persist regardless of being loved or hated.
Thanks, RPTMO. As you can see, I don't come here for validation, either. :-) I have a mind of my own and apparently almost always with the minority (or lone) opinion.
A- I do like seeing different opinions, even though I think many are wrong!;-) ANd I loathe gossip. And the FF talk freaks me out. That, and afraid of being called a 'Debbie Downer' (had no idea what it was and had to GOOGLE it!!), has kept me from visiting much, or posting. (It was when glimping over the site and seeing the New MOon poster in Hebrew, that I simply had to comment, and decided to give this site another chance. If they can have that posted, someone is using good judgment. :-D) So I did not see what you said about Breaking Dawn. I am wondering if they are doing it soon because Unbound Captives is delayed, or is delayed because Summit wants to do BD before everyone ages any further? (Although photos of ROb show that he can still look quite young). I also do not get a lot of expressions used here. What do you mean by:doing some pick-ups already? That they are filming scenes for BD whilst they film for Eclipse? Also--is it for certain that BD will be in 2 parts (and if so, will they be done back to back)? I would love to see the process of writing the script(s) from book, how decisions are made for what to keep, embellish, etc. Another item (to simply take off and learn new things) on my list if I win the lottery;-).
It makes sense to me, in my very limited knowledge of the film and movie industry, to film for future movies if a scene is in the same spot. For instance, the battle with the newborns in Eclipse is the same place as the show-down in Breaking Dawn.

Poor Rob [3]...

@Rptmo - on spot again! :)
He definitely "shuts down" sometimes. The madness gets too wild he needs to block some of it out just to stay sane.
Even if it's "your job", your job can be overwhelming too at times.
@Ana73 ~ Yes I did see the new Interview pics of Kristen. Your right, she's hot in them, absolutely gorgeous!!!

Wow. Someone looks bored... hahah! Poor guy. I too am happy to be lame, unfamous me :)

Ought I assume from the context that your use of DEET is not a banned mosquito repellent?
