Why the sour reactions??? Rob is absolutely being his completely and predictably adorkable self - its just exactly what I would expect him to say, as funny and cute as I would expect, and just about as long a tweet as I would expect from him!! It was gracious of him to do this - he didn't have to do it, he doesn't owe me or anonyone else anything - but he DID do it, for Peter, Peter's Twitter followers, and, yes, for you...all of YOU - ROB'S FANS. You remember, you're Rob's fans, right???
Don't forget he's been quoted as saying social networking sites like Twitter have made it nearly impossible for him to stay in any one place more than 20 minutes. So I could see why he'd have animosity toward Twitter and to tweeting on Peter's account. But he DID it, so that speaks volumes about Rob and why I love him so much - good character, great sense of humor, megatalented, humble, self-deprecating, and appreciative of his fans (in ways that make HIM feel comfortable).
Can't we just be grateful for what we did receive? It just goes to show you that you can't please all of the people all of the time. So, there was no photo. If he'd included a photo there would always be somebody else who would find some other thing to complain about that he didn't do. Be thankful Rob tweeted today. It's called GRATITUDE. And I, for one, am grateful for much in life - especially for ROB!
Reading so many negative comments brought my high way down. What did people what a full speech? What he wrote was so him and now alot of people are unhappy? What Peter did for us was nice they don't owe us anything we should be happy for we get.

First of all, I met Peter last month, and he is one of THE NICEST GUYS EVER!! Yes, he is sexy too. But I digress. Ugg. Enough complaining over the lack of Rob. First the MTV VMA Awards, and now this tweet.
Fans need to remember - ream me if you want - but, my hubby is in sports management/administration so I see a lot of this from a different perspective.
Last year they were promoting Twilight because they wanted to gain hype so movie would see the movie. Now that there is a loyal following - there isn't the need to hype so much.
Second, last year all they were doing at this time was promoting - now they are filming Eclipse - they don't have as much time to promote.
Third, a lot of the problem is Summit and his management. I wouldn't doubt is they are behind all the robsten rumors - they create these stories and then spin them to create interest (again - this is from a sports admin/mgmt perspective)
I thought the tweet was cute and even though I've only been a Rob fan for a couple months - from what I've seen of him the little tweet was exactly was I would expect from him.
I was not a fan of his until I started in the Twilight world - but now that i have seen interviews, etc I am addicted because he is not like any other actor out there - he is totally down to earth and honest about everything. Which, I think is why sooo many women (women, not girls) like him.

Ouch...don't get me started on fanfiction..arrrgh!! I got a notice today that a new chapter had been updated to a story I had been waiting for an update for ages. I went over only to find that she was stating that she's taking a 'break' for at least a month..then she'll work on the next chapter. I don't know about you people, but there's at least 5 stories I'm waiting for an update on. When one comes in I'm going to have backtrack and re-read the last few chapters so I can figure out which story I'm actually in. At this point I will ONLY read completed work. I know the writters want reviews after each chapter, but heck, some make you wait over a month, even several months between chapters. I don't know about you, but when I start a story I need continual reading to maintain any type of emotional bond with the material. Probably the reason I've never watched soap operas.
Anyhow..I took her off my favorites list, I'll check out the story next year to see if she actually added to it. But heck..I wish they wouldn't use the chapters update function notices to the fans to say..."sorry..no update..but hey, taking a break!" or.."Please vote for my story..sorry..no update"...

A. Twitter is lame anyway. Not much space to say anything profound.

Fantasy Rob,Reality Rob which one is it?i think some folks have a hard time separating the two in their heads,this why the idea of him dating Any Woman drives them crazy because the fantasy rob in their heads is cheating ob them,some use fantasy rob to fill a void,it sounds deep but its true,in their heads he is more than just a Hot celebrity,if this persist it can be very dangerous this is why sometimes i fear for his safety.
