Other than the parts you said BOTHERED it just wasn't funny Jimmy :)
P.S.: I'm not saying it's not funny because he is making fun of Rob and I feel like defending him. Pffft, I make fun of Rob all the time :) I just don't think this one is funny.

It's funny. It's a parody. It's free publicity that can't be bought for love or money and it's kind of flattering for Rob. I'm SURE he's not BOVERED by it at all. Nor should you be.

Jimmy fallon doesn't need to use Rob's name to attract more people. What you all have to understand is that Rob's celebrity is rising, and it will lead to more and more jokes being poked at him especially by comedians. It's nothing new, and you all shouldn't take it so personally.
we're all dying for Rob to do SNL, but I can imagine, already, your reactions when SNL pokes a few rob/twilight jokes this season. And believe me, they will.
Really, this gives us some insight into how the 'non-twilight' world sees Rob. And I think part of the reason he is seen this way is because of his fans (especially the ones that get their panties in a bunch/starts petitions/goes ballistic whenever something slightly negative or even humorous is said about Rob).
I think the fact that Fallon has this segment about Rob at all should be flattering. Do you think he'd 'bother' with someone like Zac Efron?

I'm afraid the whole 'bothered' series is totally nicked from UK's comedienne Catherine Tate who made a chav catchphrase from the line 'am I bothered?'. When Jimmy Fallon says it, I cannot help but think of her. The 'bothered' phenomenon peaked when they got Tony Blair to turn it back on her:

it was ok. the ending made me giggle a little. he's not bashing rob just doing that thing you brits say uhm "taking the piss out of".
I'm sorry. I tried. Really I did. I tried NOT to laugh. Y'all know how much I want to agree with you on everything! I just couldn't do it. I thought it was funny. Maybe not in a "needed to use Robert Pattinson to sell the joke" funny, but funny in a haha kind of way.
OK, so I then wanted to agree that it was gratuitously using RP to gain attention to a lame, but funny-to-some joke. But then he goes, "Don't look at me!" (cute coy glance) Which was just so hilarious. C'mon, you know Pattz does that! You KNOW it! :-)

If Fallon was going to Bother to do these takes on Rob, then he could up the act, get his writers to do some real writing and make it funny as fuck. Then I'd bother...
The skit was funny but I don't get the connection with Rob other than he was using a brittish accent and wearing the blue shirt. (shrugs)
I just didn't think this one was funny. His first one was, then they are slowly getting old. Eh, whatever.

I'm so glad I wasn't the only one who didn't find this funny coz I thought I had lost my sense of humour or something and yes he totally ripped this off from Catherine Tate except she actually IS funny!

I'm not a Fallon fan but I actually like this skit. I love how he's in a damn tree the whole time and the hissing! OMG. Plus, I hate those Snickers ads. They don't make any sense!

I thought it was funny, too, not as much as the other ones, but still...anyone else think that Rob probably finds this funny? I can see him laughing at it ;)
I can understand if this isnt your brand of humor, but dont think that snl is'nt going to be a whole hour of this if he on there.
Plus robert humor level doesnt seem to be very sophisticated.
