The stars of Twilight revealed exclusively to RadarOnline.com Tuesday that they were surprised to find out that fan favorites Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are apparently “co-stars” in each other's lives.
Michael Welch, Christian Serratos and Justin Chon, who play the human high school friends of Kristen Stewart in the blockbuster vampire movie, left for Vancouver, British Columbia Tuesday morning from LAX Airport and they stopped for our RandarOnline.com cameras.
Michael says "I didn't even know about it. I thought that all the magazine fodder was just lies. "
While we were chatting with Michael, sexy “18 going on 19-year-old” Christian Serratos literally bumped into him. At first, he thought it was just a rude stranger at the airport then realized it was his co-star!
Christian told us, "I had no idea anything was confirmed." Justin Chon said the apparent relationship caught him off guard too, and with a sly smile said: "I'm sure they're having a great time."
This is the first time the stars will see Rob and Kristen since the Comic-Con convention in San Diego, California a month ago.

Stacy- See, I think it increased in May because they started hanging out together at the end of April publicly. So to me anyways, the increased interest came about not from the media or fans, but from them starting to hang out by themselves away from cast mates, something they did not do previously, most likely because of how it would look to people.
I will say ... this shipper/nonshipper crap aside... I'm happy Rob is laying low.
But I would selfishly like to see some Robward this week.

That is probably part of it ... but honestly, there wasn't any other cast up there then, other than Taylor, so that hanging out didn't surprise me.
I think that might be part of the reason for the blow up, but you also have to give credit to people like Ted C for fanning the flames, and other sites quickly realize they were a great way to get hits. It all feeds the machine.
Judging by their body language in pictures, videos, I suspect (not know, just have a feeling) that Kris and Rob have been dating since New Moon filmed. There are too many nights spent at the same hotel. How many of you'all stay in a hotel room with a guy who's just a friend? It's not like these two can't afford separate rooms! And they left the TCA together. Rob totally looks like a guy who's getting it somewhere and since Kristen is the only one we see him with, well.....

As for Kristen looking like that ... easy. In all of her interviews with Taylor. She flat out said she loved that kid and would die for him. She is a lot more relaxed around him, and more bubbly then I have ever seen her. And honestly, the way she acts around him (and notice he was standing next to her in that TCA interview you're talking about) has shown me a side of her I liked, not to mention her recent interview, which made it clear she wasn't taking orders from Summit. She's not that type, and I respect her for that.

Yeah...actually People magazine and their "Messy Love Life" article was somewhat based on fan interviews on the set of RM. Many fans said they heard Rob and Emilie were sharing the same hotel room.
Kristen is still rolling her eyes at the speculation. She rolled her eyes and stuck out her tounge at CC when her and Rob's chemistry was discussed. In her "Dazed and Confused" interview (which was awesome, by the way...made me LOVE Kristen), she was asked about the Rob speculation and she laughed and rolled her eyes. But the best was when she said that people crowd around her car in parking lots and shout things at her (in her words): "Are you lost? Do you smoke pot? Are you f*cking Robert Pattinson?"
If she wanted to avoid talking about Rob, she certainly didn't have to bring him up then.

Good points. Again you may be right. For me, I think that both Rob and Kristen have realized that people are going to believe what they want to, no matter what they say or do, so why bother?
And I have no doubt that they are close friends - I'm sure they get what each other is going thru better than anyone else. That doesn't always equal romantic involvement, however.

Yes, Rob also said he and Kristen spent nights together bonding and arguing about their characters before, and during, Twilight.
He also said in an interview about New Moon that he had to be careful during filming when going to work on lines/the script because of all the "speculation."
Actually she didn't hang out with him the minute he got back from NYC. He was MIA for 3 days ... which, coincidently, is the time he said he'd have off before he had to start working on Eclipse.
And IMO, I think Kristen stopped talking about things because she realized they were so out of hand that no one was going to listen if what she was saying was something they didn't want to hear.

That's what I'm trying to say. If you're inferring from the bits and pieces we've seen, along with the copious amounts of gossip that they are sharing a hotel room, etc., that's not fact. That's not a detail. That's an assumption.
Its pretty annoying when people assume that everyone who suspects there's a "Robsten" is thrilled about it. I don't particularly care for Kristen and aside from Rob being single, I would much rather see him with a non-celebrity girl...which would make me feel like I still had a chance. I think there are plenty of people who aren't necessarily thrilled to think that Rob and Kris are together, but we're looking at the mountain pile of evidence and making an assumption about something that is increasingly apparent. I don't need the teacher to confirm my answer when I say 1+1=2.
I agree with Shani's breakdown. And just like there are people who only want to see things through "Robsten colored lenses", there are also people who want to adamantly deny that anything is going on no matter how much mounting evidence indicates otherwise. It doesn't matter if there are paparazzi pics taken of the two of them naked, sleeping in each other's arms, in Rob's hotel room. There are still people who would swear to the heavens that they spent plenty of drunken nights in bed with guy friends and it just so happened that both of them liked to sleep in the nude. And hell, I wish I could think like that too. It's much easier believing that Rob is still single and isn't dating anyone and spends all his time with his BFF Kristen.
Katie - I hear you. Personally, I have a few guys friends I would take a bullet for or do anything else for if they needed it and vice versa.
I can play devil's advocate and say that Kristen and Rob denied they were together into April, but the speculation kept building anyway. Their denials really never meant much to those who wanted them to be together. I even read now on the net that some people believe that a denial at this point would be an outright lie (which I think is kind of pathetic).
So, they could be together and not saying anything...true. They could also think, "Why should we bother anymore because people are going to believe what they want anyway?" Both are plausible in my mind.
We presuppose that Rob and Kristen actually care about any of this speculation. Rob himself said in an interview done in April that when he is filming, he is in a bubble and doesn't pay any attention to the speculation.

And they can't just live their lives at this point-if that were true, Robert wouldn't be chaperoned like a ten year old with a manager and agent sandwiching him all the time. I do think they try to push against it as much as they can though. I respect them both for that as well.

I have no problem with Kristen and Rob being together, personally. It's not about that for me. I like them both.
What it is about for me is the reasoning going on on both sides. See, a conclusion is only accurate if the premises it is based on are factual. The problem is that there isn't enough non-circumstantial evidence on either side to provide factual premises. 1 + 1 = 2 as long as we are functioning in a context of absolute fact.
Neither side can claim that concept absolutely at this point.

Meaghan- I hear you too, I agree it can go different ways. This is just me talking for no reason. :) But she didn't just take a bullet, Robert technically is pushing her in front of the gun in some instances if they are just friends by even being seen with her in compromising situations publicly.
And Robert may live in a bubble, but his people do not. The reality is Robert is more guarded and guarded up now then he was a year back. So, I tend to think instead of them throwing up their hands and saying we're just living our lives....they aren't making decisions soley by themselves and they don't seem to be living their lives more than they did last year.

I have fun reading this, with some I agree, and with other, not at all; but at the end of the day I don’t see the point in trying to convince each other, since we will believe whatever the hell we want to believe.. if we want to make out of pics of two people hanging out together, as lover or just friends.. at the end it is all in the eyes that behold.
Oh, and just so that I can be a worthy opponent on both sides, I pay attention to all the details, too. It has become a mini-hobby for me which probably makes me the craziest one of all!!!

I have been reading all of the comments and I just have to throw my 2 cents in. Stacy (who loves the Nikes) I completely agree with everything you have said.
We don't know if Kristen broke up with MA or if he broke up with her. It doesn't all revolve around Rob.
While I find it absolutely stunning that not everyone can see how absolutely amazing and gorgeous Rob is, there are some that don't see it at all. In fact, I remember hearing Kristen saying in an interview that Rob wasn't her type, he was too "dorky" for her.
All of this speculation about the two of them spending time ONLY with each other. Has anyone taken into account that last summer between filming, Rob was NOT filming but Kristen was. Not only that, but she was still with MA and it wouldn't look good if she were seen hanging out with Rob. Now she and MA are no longer together and she is able to hang out with Rob because she doesn't have a bf anymore. Did we all forget that Rob was seen out MANY MANY MANY times with Nikki and a few times out with Ashley between filming last summer???
Also, in all of the pictures that we see of them "alone" together, they aren't EVER alone. How romantic is it to be surrounded by agents, managers, and friends?? That's not a romantic night out to me. I think the pictures of them on the roof eating with Marcus and his gf are pretty telling. There was no touching or closeness at all between them, and I think that they would have been a little more "affectionate" with one another when they think they aren't being watched.
Again, just my opinion...not trying to offend or bash anyone's opinion, but I think they are just really good friends.
Rob likes to joke around and say things to get a laugh and now everything that he has ever said is being taken as the gospel. What if all those comments were made in jest?? I mean seriously...he knew she had a bf when he made the crush comment, and the comment about dreaming about her, and still he said it...I think it was him joking around and he may never have felt that way about her and we and the media blew it up and made it more than it really is or ever will be.
I will not be shocked if they do go public and are in fact together, and I won't be devastated either, but in my HUMBLE opinion, I think they are just really good friends unless they say otherwise.

Actually,regardless if they are together or not, I do think they think about these things, which is sad really. Because going to get a coffee is a statement unfortunately for them now. Seeing a band together is a statement. Or grabbing lunch. That would make you have to anticipate what "statement" you are making for just normal everyday things you would do with someone you are close to, regardless if you are schtupping them or not. It would make you so self conscious and neurotic, I would imagine. They both seem like nervous people as it is.

I don't think anyone is claiming anything for FACT at this point. No one knows for sure. We all just have our opinions based on what we've seen this past couple months...or haven't seen. And it's fun debating about it ;) But I don't see any point in getting all worked up about it. It's not like I'm sleeping with him or even know the boy personally.
It seems obvious from the way the actors answered that they don't know rob & kristen that well. Michael even commented on Robert about this. And how long have they been onset for NM anyway? But I agree they've been tricked with these answers. But there were other questions which were not about rob/kristen.
Someone asked if we'd say to robert something about a possible relationship between him and Kristen. I don't see why anyone would start asking him private questions suddenly if meeting him but if they were, I don't see that as something that irrespectful. Intrusive yes on the other hand.But it'd be much better than saying some of the things we read on the net about a robsten relationship (like 'she doesn't deserve him' or 'I'd loose all respect for him if he's dating her' which I did see in some comments eek).
Someone commented about hidden relationships. There can be a lot of reasons to hide a relationship. And we gotta admit robert and kristen would have a LOT of reason to do so. Some people already pointed them out and I agree. I'm not a celeb, my private life is not intruded, my carreer/a franchise has nothing to do with my private life, BUT I happened to hide my relationship with a coworker a few years ago. We were even living together but noone at work knew about it. We've never been caught in any kind of PDA and it was a mutual choice. We had our reasons and it didn't affect our relationship. So I do think robsten might want to hide their relationship and no I don't think it'd be offensive for any of them, as long as they know how the other feels. It'd be logic and the right move seeing the situation they're in with all the media attention.
Anyway, even though you can tear apart any "evidence" that is brought to light when you take them individually, don't you think it's become a lot to deny or spin when you start adding them and look at them all? I do think so. Of course, I'm one of those who think that no way 2 hollywood hot young (probably horny lol) actors spend nights in the same hotel room and play monopoly, so.... I wouldn't accept my boyfriend to do half of what we've seen with robsten (spending nights together, hanging out on a regular basis, being quite close and intimate during a concert, and so on...) with any very close female friend he would have. Would you?
