The "Teen Choice 2009" is rapidly approaching and the wildly popular cast of 'Twilight' will appear on the two-hour special, ET confirms.
'Twilight' actors Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed and Kellan Lutz are all set to attend the Fox awards show, hosted by the Jonas Brothers. The cast of Fox's new comedy "Glee" will also be appearing on the show.
You can vote for Rob HERE and HERE. You have to register and be under 19 years old to vote :))

this is the worst...i have NEVER watched the teen awards and now i HAVE to. i might need to have a big glass of wine to ease the embarrassment. *sigh* i can't wait for Rob to shake the teens. It sucks too because aside from Potter, his movies are not teen movies. He's not a teen actor!!! i'm frustrated. But whatever, it's the price you pay for loving a teen fiction book series (arguably teen fiction). I vote that every movie he makes post Twilight should be rated R. Let the adults finally be able to claim him from the teens...free Rob from the teens!

@Goz - thx for the dose of logic! If he gets an Oscar nom for Best Supporting Actor should voters not let him have it cuz they think he deserves Best Actor? It makes no sense. As for a little age adjustment so we can vote, it doesn't really feel like a fib. It's my inner-teen who dreams of running off with him.

I've never watched the Teen Choice awards either but in reading over the award categories, I'm confused as to how this is any different from the MTV movie awards. Is it basically just less crudeness and more Jonas Brothers?

To all of you who were 13 again for half an hour: I don't think it was such a good idea to admit you lied about your age. I mean, now everybody can read about it here. Did you never think of what some media may make of it if Rob really wins that award? They might write the voting was all fraud and he wouldn't have won otherwise.
Now, how would you like such a story?
Not to mention it wouldn't be very pleasant for Rob. And I don't think he'd appreciate it, if his grown-up fans take over a voting that was meant for teens. So, please, try to resist and stay out of it. He doesn't need that award (and may not even want it - he said, he never wanted to do a teen film, remember?).

I don't take Teen choice awards that seriously and I highly doubt anyone will write an article about this. It's just not worth it.
Gözde, I certainly did not mean to slap you. Just because you joked about it others don't have to fake teenagers' identities AND make it publicly known afterwards (people tend to forget that this is not a private place although it feels like one).
To be honest, I think the teens will vote for him anyway. But we all know there are media people and bloggers out there who'd love to tear him down. All they need is a bitchy comment from one of the other actors that did not win and throw it in an article or posting to make it a nasty story about Rob.
