Hi ladies - thanks to Marenostrum and LindaRose - if you are round tonight (morning here in OZ)- the link was the right shot of Rob laughing but from a different angle. The other one I was looking for had the full sequence from an angle looking face on at Rob and captures the full crack-up when he loses it laughing. Looking back over previous threads - hey we knew all along that it was Marcus' shirt and Rob borrowed it!! LOL I remember posting something like Rob saying "hey man have you got a shirt I can wear to this awards thing? I've only got the Stoli and Kristen still has my gray t" ;-)

I'm pretty sure I've seen some of those quotes before like his mum sending him the link to the petition or someone had sent it to her and when she emailed him and told him about it she had left the link on the message - he couldn't help himself and had to look - but was quite distraught about everyone hating him so much!! Poor thing. Well at least they all know now that he's the hottest guy on earth at the moment! LOL

Hi Georgie - glad you are here!! I didn't see the link to the calendar I don't think. My daughter has already bought a Twilight calendar which opens sideways and has a two page spread for each month. It is one of those 18 mth ones. Verrrry nice - lots and lots of Edward. Personally I think I'd like a Rob calendar with a new pic for each day!! LOL - Might have to make one.

As I am studying for the boards, that is the first time I appreciate the name of a syndrome. I never paid attention before. Trisomy 18 is called Edward's syndrome, I think this syndrome has totally different meaning these days than the original one.
HMMM - the calendar - well it would be probably at the end of my bed where my Men of Cricket (that hubby bought me for christmas last year LOL) is currently hanging. Thank you for sending Mitchell Johnson over to WA by the way!! He is one gorgeous lad. My son wouldn't let me hang my cricket calendar on the pantry door in the kitchen as he didn't want to be looking at half naked men all year - mind you he goes in the pantry much more often than the rest of us hahahaha (he's 14!)

Rob looks really great on the set of Eclipse. Twilight was my favorite but next is Eclipse. However I am very excited about NM to hit the screens in November. Since they have made a way to bring Edward into the picture more than the book I know NM is going to be awesome.

I didn't like those pictures.. Rob looks sick and tired, more than any time before. I think he feels like he is diseased or something, that whoever he hangs out with, has to suffer with him.
Yeah, if you look at the whole cast they looked "not happy" if you go to the source page, Rob is smiling & looks happy.
In the source, the best pictures were the ones taken while eating... But other than that I only saw him smiling sarcastically. I think, he really starts to get annoyed with all these people following him.

Well, we know they've got one thing right in bringing Eclipse to the screen. The grad gowns are a hideous yellow that Bella says only Edward and Alice can actually carry off.
Affinity: BB is the nickname for Edward in The Office, a great FF story.
You pushed my button mentioning the other FF here. Not only is BTwi a piece of poorly written crap, more importantly it's an insult to Rob. Using Edward or a fictionalized RP as a muse is one thing, but putting words in Rob's mouth to make conjectures about his real life is a whole other ball game. That's way beyond the limit. I feel strongly that "stories" like that should be pulled and true fans should steer clear of them. The man deserves to have his own private garden. (steps down from rant box)

Welcome Affinity! I wish I did half as well as you in another language. I don't read FF myself, but I imagine it's like any other kind of fiction, a matter of personal taste. Fortunately, there's a lot of it out there, so there should be something for everyone. Fans argue about the various kinds all the time, and one reader's "poorly written crap" may be an entertaining story to someone else. Find someone who enjoys the same kind of stories that you do, and they'll be happy to share their recommendations.

if anybody read BTwi it must be absolutly clear that this is only a FF! All has been able to distinguish between fiction and reality. nevertheless the FF ist well written.
@Affinity. Excuse me for directing the rant at you, it should go to the FF's writer. I admit it: I have a take-no-hostages stance towards this "story." It is completely different than using Rob as a character plopped into a completely fictionalized setting, like other "PattinPorn" (I Love LA, Taking Chances).
The writer says "This is a fictional tale about the real-life relationship between RP and KS." Real-life relationship? She's pretending to be writing their fictionalized X-rated documentary!! For me, this crosses the line (a difficult one to draw, I concede). Maybe I'm overly sensitive, but this one makes me feel like a perv in a bad way, and good porn should never do that, no?
There are a lot of well written racy Edward/Bella FFs, if that's your cup of tea (Wide Awake, The Office, Tropic of Virgo, etc.).
Again, I admit it, I'm in a pissy mood, but this FF makes me see red.
All that aside: Affinity your English is great, and hope you'll enjoy the forum all the same!
