BEWARE OF FAKE ACCOUNTS PEOPLE!

It's been said again and again. The Twilight Saga: New Moon and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart do not have Twitter accounts.
The source this time? Co-star Peter Facinelli.
Said he in a very recent tweet (from an official, confirmed account of his own), "Spoke to Rob and Kristen. THEY DO NOT HAVE TWITTER."
Facinelli is currently with Pattinson and Stewart in Vancouver, British Columbia preparing for their work with incoming director David Slade in Eclipse.
According to Facinelli, too, there are a number of other Twilight stars who are also not amongst the Tweeting. That list would include co-stars Elizabeth Reaser, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, and Jackson Rathbone (except for his band 100 Monkeys' Twitter account).
Facinelli even went so far as to call out several accounts which are pretending to be the official ones for Pattinson and Stewart (namely, @rtp_ and @IAmKStewart), and stated "it's not cool to mislead people."
Indeed. In the words of Facinelli, "No more posers please!"

did anyone see david letterman when jonah hill was on, he said that someone made a fake twitter of him and actually caused problems with an actor cause they were talking shit about another actor pretending to be jonah. that is scary!!
they almost should just get one so that whatever they say is really them like Peter did, i mean i would not put personal stuff on it but i also completely understand why they dont have one. and i agree "match-maker" daddy cullen is very good looking.

I LOVE Peter F...he is so super cool. My daughter and I met him at twi con and you should see the HUGE poster she has of him...the size of a bedroom wall. He is my fav right after Rob..of course!

Sad thing is about the whole social networking accounts thing is that they are incredibly convincing. They often have rare pictures and information all put together looking very professional and well done. So then a teeny bopper Twifan goes on there and sees that Rob is friends with all the actors from Harry Potter and bam it must be a real account.
And to be honest what the hell good does it being myspace or facebook friends with a celebrity?
They don't give a shit about you so what does it matter? Rob doesn't give a shit about me or this awesome site Goz and I run with our lovely Kate sub. He doesn't care and probably has no idea it exists.
But then I don't do it for him I do it for me cause he has a sweet ass and I like to oogle his goodies.

Who has time to do that by himself?? I don't ~ and I am not a celeb. I can go to a grocery store in my jammies and nobody cares a shit. That is the good part...
seriously, I know we are all in love with Rob, but how hot and cool is Peter Facinelli?! everything I've seen him in and all his interviews really show that he in an awesome guy and so NICE. Kellan is a pretty awesome and funny guy, too...where do I find me one of these Cullen boys?
