This has been driving me crazy since the Oscars, what is he doing with the mic? I've seen still pictures of him holding it, but I never saw anything during the broadcast or any of the before/after shows, and I can't even hear what he's saying here. Is he doing some kind of interview? It looks like he's standing on some kind of platform, but for the life of me, I can't figure out what's going on here.
