wannabRPsmom: I actually don't think this is good publicity for the franchise, because Kristen is very polarizing. Last year, Summit had a great handle on how to present Robert and Kristen to the world with Twilight publicity. It was ideal: Robert came off like a sweet, unassuming guy who had an innocent crush on his very taken costar. That way it's innocent, but uncomplicated. Now, with the possibility they are together, and Kristen's popularity has taken a nosedive in the last year, it's not so ideal anymore. Innocent crushes and costars together who will fight and possibly break up are two very different things. I'm a little confused what's going on; but if they are together, the only thing that makes sense with them at the CM is they are slowly coming out without giving official confirmation. That's just a guess though, who knows.

Before I put this out there just so you know, I don’t think I know Rob (wish otherwise!), don’t know what’s best for him (do pretend to myself I do!) & don’t have opinions on what’s best for him (well...that I share with others when I'm sober!). I don’t like what the pappz & crazies do to him (but have to admit it would take every bit of self control in me not to jump him if I saw him!). I don’t take the gossip seriously & actually get a laugh out of most of it; which is why I love this blog & am happy to put this out there... with some tongue in cheek....why has no one noticed that she has Ray Bans on & he doesn’t...just saying??!!?? Socilite Life confirmed that Rob had a BUSINESS lunch AFTER Kristen left. For all we know, it's Kristen who does not want to be photographed in this type of "morning after" situation with Rob and insisted that he NOT walk her to the car.
Personally I think Riley hit the nail on the head (and has been all day!)...Summit has a lot to lose at this point if "Robsten" comes out as a couple. Kristen IS polarizing and we have seen that on this very blog today. Those who dislike the couple will be turned off the franchise. And, in the eyes of the "suits," Rob and Kristen are very young and very likely to have some ups and downs in this relationship, if there is indeed one. If they admit to a romance and it becomes rocky, again, it's bad press for the Twi-Franchise and leaves a bad taste in people's mouths regarding the upcoming films. It's lose-lose for everyone involved. Summit is walking a tightrope for as long as they possibly can. The "will they, won't they" speculation keeps interest in NM and Eclipse alive. And for all we know, Rob and Kristen have contractual clauses forbidding them to date. There could be legalities and loads of money involved that we know nothing about.
There's always more behind the little bit we see, is all I'm saying.

i think if Rob and Kristen were into each other..or even in love they would never see daylight, they would stay in the hotel room and never come out. dot..dot..dot...Believe me.. and to think that Rob would hookup with her and send her packing and have lunch...that to me would be a huge disappointment on his part...what do you guys think?

I've been in the same situation they are going through with my best guy friend, people always said we were inlove and whatnot cause we spent a lot of time together and were really close, we even slept over at each others house in each others bed and nothing ever happened so what im trying to say is that there still is a possibility that they are just really really good friends.
I think what Kristen said in her Nylon interview can pretty much describe why they are close, they are put in this stressful situations with thousands of people screaming and paparazzi now following their every move and analizing every little detail so it makes sense that they would lean on each other for support cause they are both goin through the same situation.
They could be a couple but they could also just be really good friends, the media should just let them be and stop with all of this crazyness.

I check out some other images of the Chateau Marmont and with the trees/flowers and red curb, I am pretty certain that Kristen WAS picked up at the Hotel and that Rob was definately having lunch there. However until I see them actually togethertogether...I have to say I am a skeptic sorry. But this does give something to lean towards the coupling of them :) Only time will tell!!
